Really bad communication and no intentions of helping you once after they have collected your payment in full. We got a very bad install job and still nobody has come to resolve the issue. Almost a month after installation our issue has not been resolved. Definitely will not purchase from them again nor recommend them. Buyers be aware!!!

Please don’t do business with these guys they ordered the wrong size cabinets and now not wanting to pick them up I got cabinets that I paid for but can’t use

Good experience! My installer Jake Gore was phenomenal! My cabinets were installed professionally and he was very thorough with explaining maintenance to achieve maximum care. I would use Cabinets to Go again without a doubt, especially with Jake installing! Thanks guys!

DO NOT BUY THESE CABINETS! You can get better service and quality at IKEA. Bought a kitchen in early May. Installer installed a galley kitchen at different counters heights and drilled holes where pulls needed to go among other problems. Cabinets to go sent and independent inspector who sided with my concerns about 2 months ago, but sadly customer no Care is having deaf ear. Do not waste your time or money here it does not worth the aggravation.Update: Cabinets were installed in May of this year and not resolved yet. The original installer finally came back 2 weeks ago to reinstall the cabinet correctly, but neglected to bring any of the trim pieces, or the drawer fronts that he damaged. Arrival of trim pieces and new drawer fronts is still unknown.Save yourselves the aggravation DO NOT BUY HERE

Im voting middle of the road because I did not use them, only received a quote and spoke with one employee. Guy was very friendly. I couldnt help but compare the place to the McDonalds of cabinetry/stone.

We just finished installing our third kitchen purchased from Cabinets to Go and everything was great. I have never had the problems that are mentioned in these reviews. I will admit the first kitchen we purchased 2 years ago for a house we flipped were delayed a few days yet so was the flooring, the plumbing and the landscaping. We have never remodeled a house that everything was there at scheduled time.I find the people at Cabinets to Go to be friendly and knowledgeable and very straight forward. I have had to wait a little while at the store while they finished with someone but the 4 or 5 times we have been there I have always left with a layout and a cost. The quality of cabinet is second to none and the price is untouchable.I called the day the cabinets were due to arrive and was informed they were sorting the truck that day and should be available on the following day guaranteed to be ready the day after that. When we picked up the cabinets someone in the warehouse went over every line item.The first kitchen we got from here was not the smoothest thing yet the quality is great and the price is right. Now the other 2 kitchens had no issues at all. I highly recommend this company.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!You will be so disappointed and frustrated.We ordered dark chocolate color cabinets and they sent us one of the most important cabinets in a wrong color. They were suppose to send the right one in 5 days and it never happened, then after so many phone calls and calling customer service and talking to different managers ( basically they gave us a good run around ) finally they said they are going to put the cabinet on the truck and have it delivered the next day. That didnt happen either! They gave us a tracking number that is invalid and they say they dont even know why its invalid. Basically they are hopping that the cabinet is on the truck and get to us someday next week! These people have no desire to correct the mistakes theyve made multiple times. Even the managers dont seem to care about customers and fixing their mistakes to have a happy returning customer. I hate to write a bad review for any business, in fact this is my first time writing a review for someone and dont give them 5 stars, but we are at the point that I just had to do it so other people have an idea what they are signing up for.Also I hope Cabinets To Go read this review and try to do a better job with their customer satisfaction.

Great products slow service

So let me tell; you about Cabinets to Go. First, when you read the fine print they dont guaranty delivery for 120 days after you have paid. In my case, they sold me discontinued cabinets that now Im looking at 5 months to get drawer faces for. You call corporate, their answer is well we didnt sell you these cabinets and we have no idea when the parts will be in, you go to the local store they say its a corporate issue, Rather than saying well lets see what can be done of even try to come up with a solution they just want you gone they already have your money. No what do they do, threaten to call the cops because your there to complain about them selling you cabinets that they dont have. So before you spend your hard earned money just know this is the type of company your fixing to hand your money to.

Dont waste your time. Buy from Evans Cabinets out of Monticello, GA. I visited here with a Client. Emailed drawings as requested. Followed up with 2 subsequent emails regarding someone getting back with me. Noreply. No call backs. Nothing. I ended up ordering from somewhere else.

I am a contractor and my customer loved the cabinets from your store I submitted measurement to your staff and we proceeded to order the cabinets. when we received the cabinet the order was awful wrong cabinets wrong color. I called in to express the trouble we had it went back and for on finger pointing. So we reorder the correct cabinets via manager I told manager the customer home flood early January and customer and her 11 month old baby are misplaced in a hotel until we can get home put back together. He told me he could ship fed-ex and would call me soon as cabinets arrived . well that was a lie cabinets came in normal shipping and No one from store called me. I call store and they told me that they would be delivered yet the person who was going to deliver the cabinet car wasnt big enough (which is the same person who initially took order) and that he was going to be fire as if I would be happy. Manager told me that I would be compensated for pick up the 2 order which didnt happen. The staff their answer the phone on speaker phone multiple times they way its ran is very unprofessional and I will never send customers there again. Very unpleased yet I dont want this to happen to anyone else it needs to be reviewed fully and yes I like to have some compensation for my time I built cabinets which were wrong I picked up cabinets which were wrong my due date which I get paid was extended over a week. My customer has to stay in a hotel with a baby longer. This isnt business. This is the Marietta store in Georgia where is all took Place. please call me asap

Dont do it. You will regret. Installers spoke little English. Damaged cabinets. Installers used putty to cover up damage to cabinets which they did. The island is not secured and moves. They nickel and dime you for every detail. They do not reconnect and appliance.

Wow, great customer service until you pay them.Once they have your money they are done with you.They no longer assist you, no longer return your calls.Be cautious about doing business with them. Basically, buyer beware! This is an updated post, because my edit wasnt added. I bought some oak utility grade flooring (.79 p/sqft) only needed 150sq. bought 210sq. They told me that would be plenty to allow for defects. It was not. When my contractor opened the packaging, 70% was trash. I contacted the company. Not helpful at all. To bad, so sad, and quote you bought firewood.These are not nice people!!

Not sure were else to put this as I have tried to settle with the store manager multiple times.  I placed an order for a full kitchen cabinets, everything showed instock when ordering.  The next week came to get them with many pieces apparently on backorder with no explanation.  This continued for another week another cabinet was still not delivered.  I tried to return the cabinets and was told it would be a 15% restocking fee even though the cabinets were still in the box never opened.  Manager called and offered me 10% off for thw trouble and promised that the cabinet would be in the next week.  Cabinet was delivered but I never received the credit for my troubles.  I called the store multiple times to find out the manager no longer worked there.  So I tried to speak to the new manager Steven and left multiple messages with no callback.  Absolutely the worst way to treat a customer!  Will never purchase or recommend after the way I have been treated!

God bless the man, Kurt, that helped me. He was not only very personable and friendly on the phone and when I went in the store, but he was also unbelievably helpful in helping my girlfriend and me pick out our cabinets, since we dont really know much about that stuff. The price was good, and the cabinets got delivered and installed super fast and they look awesome!

This has been a WOW experience. The service I received was equivalent to any Fortune 500 company. Steve spent hours working with us on the diagrams and drawing up our kitchen. Steve even gave us a few pointers on putting the cabinets together when we decided we wanted to play do it yourself-ers. They were actually easy to assemble...although you can get them to do it for a small fee.When we changed our mind at the last minute and wanted an additional cabinet, Ernesto stepped in and worked with us to make our granite template stay on schedule. The quality and price of the cabinets is phenomenal.

Very Very Very Awful customer service. I was short 3 cabinets on my order, and this store gave me the run around before it was made right. Absolutely the worst place Ive ever done business with. Cabinet quality was you get what you pay for. Cabinet appearance looks good when installed. As far as the Atlanta store goes, it was absolutely terrible. Im not one to write reviews, but I thought this one needed to be shared. I will never do business with this store or Cabinets To Go period because of this experience.

Beware of this company. I bought cabinets about a year ago and has been highly disappointed. First, I didnt get all that I ordered(missing handles and quarter rounds). Second,the warehouse manager, Robert was PAID to put my cabinets together after being delivered. So far, my cabinets are falling apart (pull out trash can) and the pullout drawers were not installed correctly. I was promised several times that it would be replaced. Robert came back to my house about 2 times trying to fix things but since then I havent heard back from him. Ive made SEVERAL calls to the store manager, Arnesto without any phone calls returned. Therefore, I had to call corporate customer service in which replacement parts were sent to me but no one came to install them. Lastly, I happen to find the CEO on Facebook and sent him a messenger a couple of days ago. Hopefully, he will check the message soon and get back with me. Again, beware of the Marietta Cabinets to go

We spent quite a while shopping in store - with little help from staff - and has high hopes this would be the place for buying our cabinets. We even walked in with blueprints for kitchen for accurately modeling the kitchen. CTG promised us an estimate and design layout in 3 days.We traded email addresses and phone numbers. CALLED TWICE and sent emails, BUT NEVER HEARD BACK. If you want to shop for cabinets but NEVER GET A QUOTE (or design plan), this is the place for you!! Horrible follow up and EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!Our 2 hours at CTG was a complete waste of time! Hated it

Walked into the show up one gentleman was helping a customer another gentleman on the computer. The guy on the computer never came over to see if we needed any assistance. Another couple came in the store and they were helped and attended to immediately. Needless to say we took or money and walked back out the door.

If you need cabinets please give Cabinets to go and opportunity to quote you a price.

This company does not want your business. We tried to get a bid for a large job and after pestering them for 2 weeks, we give up. Maybe they only want small jobs. Terrible customer service!!!!!
