It is already proving to be a better resource and has been of a greater value than months of dealing with incomplete quotes, partial information, and surprises. Great customer service from Fana and the team. I needed a replacement for a bifold kitchen cabinet and trying to make sure I had the measurements correct was a task by itself. But Fana was patient and gave excellent follow up throughout the whole process. They werent the replacements to my existing doors but they are so close you wouldnt notice the difference. From start to finish everyone I interacted with was professional, pleasant and customer focus ed. I would definitely use them again!!Posted on multiple platforms..

As a GC new to GA, we were looking for a reputable flooring distributor to work with. We had never heard of ProSource before and given the name it sounded right up our alley. However, it most certainly was not. The prices are far from wholesale, and the fact that absolutely nothing is in stock creates a real problem for us as contractors (both because of wait time, but more importantly if you order too much or the pattern is nothing like the sample and you want to exchange it for something else - the shipping and restocking fees make it an impossible task). This is a store meant for homeowners who want to think they are getting a deal (they arent, but thats besides the point).

Prosource is a great place! They have the most competitive prices of hardwood for my flooring projects. The ladies in the office are always so nice and pleasant to work with especially Fana who is my design consultant. I will definitely continue purchase their products for my flooring needs.

Was sent in to ProSource by my contractor to pick up some epoxy grout and was greeted immediately by a friendly person at the first desk. She had brought in homemade cookies to share! Im sorry not to have caught her name, but she took me to Meghan who handles my contractors account. Meghan, like the other women working there, was also very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful beyond even what I came in to get. Thanks ProSource for hiring such great people to represent your company!

Very unprofessional staff! I sent my customer here to order new kitchen cabinets and bath vanity and the issues started with the design that my customer requested for her kitchen not being given to her and only the one that their designer thought would work best instead of giving both options and working to see what would work best for the customer. Then when I confronted the salesperson and designer inwas basically told that the customer lied to me. They couldnt give me a date for when the cabinets would be in, only the week they would be in and when I call on the Friday the week before they are to be delivered to get a more exact date I am told that the kitchen has come in but not the bathroom and instead of letting me know that to see if i want it delivered, I am told that they again know best and wont let me know when things come in only when they get the entire order. I was constantly interrupted and not listened to on the phone and spoken over. I have used other Prosource locations in the past and never had a problem but I will never use this location again and I am curious to see how the rest of the order is handled but none of my customers will be sent there again!!!

Unprofessional staff and management, disorganized showroom, and no knowledge or skill by staff in coordination of design or materials. Cant even match colors! Take your business elsewhere as there are many other much better options in the Atlanta area for renovations! Would not recommend this place for your renovation materials or professional advice. Run dont walk to a professional...these people are anything but, and you will regret any dealings with this company.

The owner of this location really cares about this business. I had some weird things happen with my order - some ordering issues on their end and some manufacturing issues - and originally left a bad review. He personally called me to apologize and ask what he could do to make it better. I will use them again on my current renovation. Their products are beautiful. Its just the right amount of selection at this location - its curated to be really nice and reasonably priced items. Im finally in our new house and I look at the carpet, the pulls, and the towel racks I got from them and smile - they really do look great.

Two of my cabinets did not arrive! This is pushing my project back for some time and it is very annoying because I was very prompt to pay for the whole order and now I have to sit, waiting for the replacement. Lets see how fast they can deliver it. I may then change my review. I still have a few items ordered but not delivered for my kitchen.

My wife and I had a 100% positive experience @Prosouce / Marietta. We were assisted in our selections by Stacy Wray... who was very helpful and pleasant. The showroom was well appointed, delivery time was reasonable and their prices were totally in line. Highly recommended.

Good pricing but disappointed with service once order was placed. I was quoted 2-3 weeks, and cabinets arrived almost 5 weeks later. One arrived damaged, and ProSource was very helpful to get the damaged cabinet replaced. It just meant more waiting. I am happy with final product, but it was difficult to get status updates.

I own a flooring installation company. I know that I can send my customers into the ProSource of Marietta showroom and my account rep will take care of them answering any questions. The showroom is stocked with every type of flooring imaginable (carpet, tile, hardwoods, vinyl, and laminate). ProSource carries all the latest and most popular styles on the market. The materials are delivered quickly and usually within a week from the point of purchase. I highly recommend ProSource and realy enjoy working with the whole professional staff.

I had a very large renovation at my home and needed new flooring for almost every room. Pro Source was referred to me and I could not be happier, they were very helpful in giving me many choices on what color I needed and it turned out perfect and beautiful. The store, selection and employees are outstanding, I highly recommend Pro Source to anyone that needs flooring.

No follow up or follow through once the job is done. They take your money and run - AWFUL - need to call the better business bureau. A year later multiple efforts to try to get them to follow up... What a JOKE - Stay Away ...

Would never use this company again, horrible experience. Unprofessional doesnt even begin to describe this business and the owner. We actually went in to ProSource Marietta to buy materials to renovate our master bathroom. While in the showroom we were asked about if we had hired a contractor to do the work. When we said we didnt have someone yet they conveniently mentioned that there was a company that shared the same building and they referred many people to this company by the name of FloorLogic Solutions. They said FloorLogic Solutions was great, did good work, and gave us the contact information. We proceeded with calling FloorLogic Solutions and getting a quote. We hired them and everything went downhill from there. It turns out the owner of ProSource Marietta actually runs FloorLogic Solutions. When we began to have problems with the demo right from the beginning we were concerned. We tried calling the person we thought ran the company. When we could not reach him we reached back out to ProSource Marietta and were then connected with the owner of ProSource Marietta. We were shocked and surprised to find this out because ProSource Marietta is only supposed to supply materials, not do installations. Even their corporate headquarters was surprised to find this out. They did not disclose to us they were affiliated in any way with the installation company FloorLogic. The first crew that was sent in had someone in charge who began extorting money for damages he did maliciously and stealing materials and supplies from our home. He was aggressive, incompetent, and not qualified to build a new bathroom. When we finally did get connected to the actual person running FloorLogic Solutions and it was the same person running ProSource Marietta we told him we were going to fire them. He asked for a chance to make it right and if we did he would have a foreman on the next job every day watching the workers and everything would be done to correct the situation, to which we agreed, which was the next mistake. He then took that opportunity to send his best crew to our home. He sent someone this time who is a convicted felon with a violent background and who spent 10 years in prison, was released but re-offended and currently has yet another open felony case out of an adjacent county. This worker and a partner showed up one day for about two and a half hours, didnt do much work, were supposed to show up the next morning and did not, at which time we spoke to the owner again stating we were terminating our relationship and they were being fired. It was one of the worst experiences we have ever had with a contractor engaging in these types of unethical and negligent, dangerous practices. Afterwards we did get a legitimate contractor to come in who had to repair the damages incurred by FloorLogic Solutions/ProSource, which of course cost us more money than if we had hired someone else to start with. We did contact the corporate headquarters of ProSource Marietta which is based out of Missouri to report our experience with this franchise owner, had all the documentation of what had happened and supplied them with everything they asked for from pictures to cancelled checks of our costs incurred. At first they were quite taken back and expressed concern because ProSource is not supposed to be provide any installation services, and at most they may give you a list of qualified contractors. They had no idea that this franchise owner was engaging in any installation services. The corporate headquarters strung us along for three weeks saying they were going to work with us to remedy the situation and come up with a satisfactory resolution, that the president of the company was going to call us and it was all going to be taken care of. But, in the end after having time to discuss the worst details of who came into our home, corporate headquarters did a complete reversal and would not help us at all which was disturbing to say the least. Doing business with ProSource Marietta/FloorLogic Solutions was a very costly mistake.
