Dave Rich and his team did an outstanding job on our kitchen renovation project! In our first meeting with Dave, he had very creative suggestions for making our kitchen more efficient and elegant! We toured his company, the plant floor and met most of the employees, all of whom are very nice, knowledgeable and dedicated. The maple wood used for our cabinets is very good and sturdy and the design very upscale. I organized a kickoff meeting led by Dave and was attended by my other subs. Dave made sure everyone understood their responsibilities and the project timeline. For the most part the install went very smoothly and while there were a few minor issues (and there always are with every major project), Dave made sure that everything was corrected to our satisfaction! Dave is one of the owners and this is a VERY GOOD company! Dave was true to his word and contract. I have recommended them to other friends who are remodeling their house.

We had our kitchen done first and we loved the way it came out a few years ago. This year we hired U. S. Cabinetworks again to do our master bath cabinets and were so pleased again with the finished product.

We met Dave Rich at the Home Show at the Cobb Galleria. We were initially impressed that he actually made the cabinets in his shop. After due diligence, we selected US Cabinet Works to do the job. Dave came to our house for an initial meeting, promised us that we would have a “perfect kitchen” when he was done, but throughout the entire construction and adjustment phase, he never came back to our home, to inspect the work or to address our issues. Bottom line: the material and workmanship of the cabinets themselves is just fine, but the professionalism ends there. We would absolutely not recommend doing business with this company. Here is a list of the issues and problems that we had and still have today: The initial measurements taken in our home, on which the cabinets were based, proved to be wrong; off by as much as ¾” of an inch along some walls. This required significant changes in the size of several cabinets that had already been built and delivered. One large corner base cabinet had to be taken apart, cut down to size, and reassembled in our kitchen. The overall design of the cabinetry had some major flaws. Cabinet doors open into the handles of other doors, particularly on the corner cabinets. The door of the base cabinet that holds a Lemans II shelf unit couldn’t open far enough to allow the shelves to travel out of the base cabinet, as they are designed to do. The crown molding was supposed to dead-end into the sides of the corner cabinets, but the sizing of the corner cabinets didn’t allow that to happen. The design didn’t take into account the size of the oven we had purchased, and that oven had to be returned for a smaller model, at a significant cost to us. The microwave, for which they had the specifications, was placed too high to be used correctly, and a new cabinet had to be designed, build, and installed at our cost. After the initial install, several cabinets weren’t plum or square and the doors on them couldn’t be adjusted to close correctly. Soft close hinges were promised in the design, but the corner cabinets and the three pull-out special drawers for trash and spices didn’t. One of the doors on a cabinet on our island still doesn’t close correctly, even after adding a magnet. On a shelving unit, the screws holding it together cracked through the surface of the shelf. We had three different teams of installers in our home over the course of nearly three months to attempt to get the kitchen finished. Dave never came out, regardless of how many times we asked him to do so. The last installer that Dave sent to attempt to adjust the doors of most of the cabinets so that they didn’t rub on the adjacent cabinets, insulted my wife before leaving and threatened us with a lien on our home unless the final payment was made.

We ordered a Bath Vanity from U. S. Cabinetworks after checking out a number of places unsuccessfully. Dave and Donna listened to what we wanted and gave us a very reasonable delivery date. The price was a little higher then places like Builders Surplus or Home Center Outlet and comparable to The Home Depot. However, the materials used were superior. The Vanity was delivered today on time as promised and the installers were absolutely fantastic. They were truly craftsmen and the product meets all our expectations. It was beautiful and we couldn’t be any happier with the final results.We would strongly recommend this awesome company of craftsmen to anyone seeking a reasonably priced custom Vanity.Thank you Dave & Donna and your fine crew of craftsmen and conscientious installers.

When you want to build something theyre great, but now that the doors have some wear on them, the unhelpful and uninformed woman that answers the phone wont even give me the name of the stain. Nor will she let me talk to someone that actually knows anything. I love my cabinets, but seriously how difficult could it be to recommend a touch up solution? Spoiled the chance of any recommendations to friends.

The work they did was beautiful and very elegant in the choice of colours. Delivered as promised, and when they anticipated any issues or delays, I would be notified immediately. I recommend this cabinet company, very honest and delivers on time.I m considering them for my next closet project.

U.S. Cabinetworks recently completed the custom vanity I designed myself! Im so excited because they were able to bring my dream to life! I met them at the home show last year and was very impressed with their work. After contacting several other cabinet companies in the area I decided to visit their showroom in Marietta, I was sold on the idea that I could create exactly what I had imagined. I was able to pick out every detail to the size of the drawers...the designer feet, the beautiful color it turned out exactly as I had imagined. I couldnt be more happy with my purchase and I would recommend them to anyone!

US Cabinetworks, Dave came out and made measurements of kitchen. He then did Full layout and Cabinetry Contract for us all to review befor beginning project. They would start on August 7th, and they did. I will use them again when doing Master bath. Extremely professional and friendly group to work with. My kitchen is absolutely beautiful. U.S.Cabinetworks did an excellent job.
