Can’t ever get ahold of anyone on the phone and they don’t return calls just want to place an order. There search bar on the web sight usually doesn’t work as well, have to search google /there website. They are ok if you don’t need a human.

Still have not received my skydiving container that I ordered back in October. According to their website, it should have been delivered to me in December. When I contacted them about it, they basically told me I was wrong and that their website said 17 to 18 week wait, not 10 to 11 weeks, which is what it said originally. Unfortunately they have done nothing to remedy the situation other than make sure it got scheduled for manufacturing, which is what they should have done in the first place. It sucks when you pay 3 grand and get slow, bad customer service where they tell you that you are wrong. But hey, they upgraded me to ground shipping for free! That should more than adequately make up for the lost time. I will be surprised if I get it before the 6 month mark. Do yourself a favor and order custom skydiving gear elsewhere.

While at the Dropzone today I noticed that my Altitrack Altimeter was reading incorrecty and needed a reset. While taking the cover off to perform a reset I noticed that the gasket was broken. I promptly got on my phone and their website and ordered two new Altitrack covers with gaskets and screws and also a handy dandy Larsen & Brusgaard muti purpose tool. It was after 2 PM here in Texas and after 3PM on the East Coast. Scince it is the day before Thanksgiving and after their ship times I expected it to be shipped out Friday or Saturday but to my surprise I get home and get an email that the items are on their way. Now that is great customer service and as always the ChutingStar crew has come through. Thank You.

When it came time for me to order my new G4 helmet the staff was great at communicating the lead time. I knew the helmet was on back order but was super anxious to know the status. The staff are patient, knowledgeable, and are always quick to respond to any and all gear questions.Shipping has always been very fast and my items arrive well packaged in an appropriately sized box that is well sealed. I usually wait til I need 100 worth of gear for that sweet, sweet free shipping but Im sure the premium methods also go out quickly.I havent made any larger purchases with them yet, but based on my past experiences with components and small essentials, I would have no issues doing so!

Cool little skate shop with a indoor mini ramp set up just behind the shop.I just dropped by to look around and I wasn’t disappointed. The staff was tentative and willing to answer my questions. And even listened to an old skate rat day dream and talk about getting back into skating after years off a board. I’ll definitely be back with cash in hand to get some new gear and set up a board to skate their ramps. For 5 bucks to skate the year round indoor ramps are worth it.They were even cool with me just hanging around to watch them skate awhile.

A separate time they removed a review I submitted to their site on a disappointing skydive goggles purchase (the lens kept falling off, fogging occurred easily). Unprofessional. Meh. Theres better places to order your gear from. Only plus is the slick, easy to navigate website.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. They sold me a helmet for my 6 year old. Tried it on him, said I needed to buy a Liner kit, and then it would be good. It kept falling forward and the buckle came off! When I returned to the store they said I should go to Walmart to buy a new buckle and they cant exchange the helmet because its been worn!! I made multiple attemps to contact the owner/manager via the website and shop voicemail. No one called me back. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS.
