My husband and I absolutely love using Edge CCTV! We have their cameras in all of our automotive shops. The quality of the cameras and service provided to us has been invaluable to our business. The sales rep Jonathan was so incredibly helpful. He explained everything in detail and was able to answer all of our questions.Being able to review the camera footage and audio has helped solve so many customer disputes. Weve been able to show our customers exactly what was done to their vehicles and the condition it came into our shop in.We have several shops in the Birmingham location, Edge has always sent out a technician to fix any issue weve had in a timely manner. In particular, the technician Kamron has always gone above and beyond when fixing our system. He makes sure we know exactly what hes doing and how long itll take.

The only employees at Edge CCTV are true professionals. They constantly monitor the performance of the equipment and can usually detect an issue before we do. On the occasion when there is an issue, they resolve it quickly. This is usually done remotely, but they do not hesitate to quickly send a technician to the site to get things resolved. They response time both by phone and on site is amazing!!! Highly recommend.
