This Bath &Body location is by far my favorite! They are always well stocked, organized, and provide great customer service! Even on high sale days like candle sales and soap sales when the there are tons of people they always keep the lines moving quickly! What I adore most of all is that even in covid they are careful to make sure that everyone is safe by adhering to social distancing and the staff wears a mask. They also wipe down the check out area after each customer! I highly recommend!

Everyone is very helpful and they were masked up. There are always sales. Sure products here are expensive but you get what you pay for. Love it!

My absolute favorite location. Gina the store manager is awesome and always makes sure that I try all the new arrivals. All of the employees here are very nice.

After receiving a voicemail about a job fair that I could not attend, I called back immediately trying to request a personal interview time and date. The associate by the name of Amanda briefly just hung up on me instead of trying to schedule another day with me. I understand if the job fair is how this store usually surveys candidates, but I found it incredibly rude that I was hung up on before even being asked if I could interview another day. I frequently shop at this store because it’s close to where I live but I will now go somewhere else if I can’t even get a proper interview scheduled.

It was amazing, they made sure everyone was practicing social distance, they made sure it wasnt a lot of people in there all while keeping a smile on their faces and keeping the Christmas spirit Amazing job

They had a lot of new product and staff were very helpful to tell me what it is but I couldnt stay long I had to go leave myself

Great location that you dont have to go to the mall for. The store was clean, well organized and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very busy when I was there, but there was a huge sale going on so that might be why there was a frenzy! Much better than going to the mall!

Love shopping at bath and body works workers are usually very helpful however sometimes its hard for me the find the price of what Im trying to pay for. The mens candles and womens candles are together so you have the ask for help to find out which is which. Overall is a great place to shop and buy gifts and presents for coworkers and family...

Worried about them donating politically but as this store goes, everyone is very friendly. Glad to have one close by. I wish Wallflowers plug-ins didnt break so often but that is not this stores fault! They have replaced broken ones for free for me. As soon as you walk in you are greeted and there is always someone to help, so I dig this place.
