We had a really good experience here. We needed a new radio, alarm, and backup camera for our 2003. The staff was super helpful, fair and delivered as promised. We brought our car in early, and the work was completed the same day. I highly recommend.

These folks are great! The manager is awesome! They stand behind what they sell. We purchased an Alpine car stereo for our Jeep Wrangler and after a while it developed a couple of issues. We advised DCA and they handled it at no cost to us. Even after a year they made sure we were taken care of and satisfied. I will always go back for my car audio needs. Integrity!!! The were very supportive when I was trying to find out the right stereo... I wanted Android Auto in a Prius, and it was a breeze. We picked the stereo scheduled a time, and it was installed quickly... Plus it looks and works like a factory stereo...

I recently has this company examine my truck to figure out why I was getting no sound through my stereo. They did a quick analysis and told me my radio was blown. I had them install a brand new apple CarPlay in my 2013 tacoma and I am completely satisfied with the results. They had it done within a few hours and were very upfront and honest with their work. The owner John has the worst customer service skills. He is a jackass and he started yelling at me because I didn’t have the parts. He also talked down to me because I was late to the appointment, but yet I didn’t know there was a specific time to be there. He should not be running a business if he cannot talk to customers in the right way! I will be shopping elsewhere!

My radio went out on me earlier this month and I called around to get it diagnosed from multiple audio shops. I reside in Newnan, GA and this place is located in Marietta (After my experience here I definitely did not mind driving out the way for this professional, accurate service, I’d do it any day.) This was the only place that gave me a quick time frame and date to come in and have my radio checked out. It only took about an hour and a half for him to install my new radio and it works and has more and better features than my original radio did. I love the fact that it is includes a bluetooth, multicolors, and a microphone for phone calls. This is the place to go for all audio needs with a range of different radios and audio services, you won’t be disappointed!

Called Digital Car Audio about faulty speakers in my 2006 Honda Accord. It took 5 minutes for John to take a look at my car and give me some answers and a couple of solutions. This is a really good place! John, the manager, was completely honest and upfront. They were able to immediately select and install a great new radio for my sons 2010 Tacoma, with Apple CarPlay and other features. Price was fair and we are happy with results. One year product warranty and lifetime labor warranty. They sell all kinds of vehicle electronic add-ons, such as backup cameras, blind-spot monitoring, remote start, etc

Came in about my battery I recently purchased going bad, they checked my battery, it was indeed bad, since its under warranty, another battery free of charge, just have to wait for it to be ordered and available for me to have it put in. Im just lucky I work from home and dont have to use my car as much, otherwise the wait would have been an issue.

John took us in at a seconds notice, he was the most honest person in the business I have met and did a quality job suggesting and installing the system we agreed on. It all worked great!! We purchased a van with no DVD player but added the option. This ended up going through a provider called installer net. We picked Digital Car Audio based on online reviews and location. I left after John took the time to show me and explain the install. It would not have been visually appealing. The install would have looked like a box attached to a smaller box with gaps etc... Not good.... BUT... John held onto the product so we could work it out with the dealer. The dealer worked out the deal to get two headrest units. The dealer, installer net and John all worked out the details and when I took the van back we got the install completed.The installed screen are great looking. The service was fantastic. I will be going back for my other audio needs.

Called all around inquiring about Apple carplay..They were the most reasonably priced.. I scheduled a consultation with John and he demonstrated how Apple carplay works and Bluetooth music.. I had the alpine radio installed same day.. highly recommend these guys.. great prices and friendly service!

I bought a Kenmore subwoofer for a 2006 Land Rover LR3 and it was installed by my father. He worked on this issue for two days as we could not figure out why the subwoofer was not getting the transmission from the speaker that we had to splice into. I called Digital Car Audio and spoke with John who told me to bring the car to him as soon as I could and he would take a look at the subwoofer for me. I brought it to him immediately and within a whole FOUR minutes he was able to figure out the issue and fixed it and was still genuine enough to provide me with the next step to get the maximum quality out of my Kenmore Subwoofer for FREE!!!!!! He was very professional and knew EXACTLY what he was doing even though the install was so fresh, looked like a rats nest and wasnt even started or installed by him. He is great when it comes to working with customers and I felt very comfortable and in great hands with John. Thank you John! Ill definitely be coming back to you from here on out for any upgrades for my audio system in the future.

Day of installation review, perhaps subject to change if something goes wrong, but so far very happy. Friendly, knowledgeable store manager, good price, able to get me in quickly and out at the time they stated. The installer took his time explaining the Pioneer system and making sure Android Auto worked with my phone and Apple CarPlay with my wifes. The new system seems fully integrated with the existing equipment including the steering wheel controls. A good experience.

Had a very positive experience here. I came in for an installation only, but ended up finding a better deal on an equivalent unit right there at the store. I purchased 2 of them for Christmas presents along with installation. Both were installed in a timely manner and both recipients were very pleased with the sound and performance. I called about getting an error message on the DVD player in my car that was installed almost 3 years ago, he told me I could come in immediately to get a look. Got water damage in my car and the radio completely stopped working, took it to lexus and only had them offer me to pay $11k or $6k to fix the radio. I came here and had John fix it for way less and now my radio is 100% working again!

Chris has done everything that I wanted done to my car plus some. I can go to him for anything I need done to my car. He put in a badass sound system for me and custom lighting both inside and outside of my car to assure that nobody would stop staring at me when I wanted the attention. He always gets the work done in a very timely manor and does a better job than anyone else in Marietta no matter what it is being done to your whip.

Did a good job- only thing is that the guy called me and told me that the work was done on my vehicle and it was at close of business (a 5 he job- mind you I dropped it off at 10AM) so I couldnt pick it back up. However, I confirmed my arrival at this place right at open the very next day.. I took an uber to get there to only have to wait an additional 2 hours because the vehicle wasnt completed.

I wanted to install backup sensors on my wifes van. I started the job myself but then decided I didnt know enough about the wiring to finish it so I called Mike at Audio Trix and spoke to him about finishing it. We set up the appointment, they ran the wiring and installed the monitor very nicely on the dash of her van. Everything went just as expected. They did a very nice job and treated me right. Highly recommended if you need car audio/video installs done.

John and Ron installed a Panasonic Car Play for me in a 2006 Tundra with JBL sound system. The JBL system is not the easiest to work with. The DCA guys gave me a factory quality install. They know what they are doing.

I hired DCA about 15 yrs ago to do a crazy car stereo install in my teenage years and they were amazing and I never had an issue.Present day, I needed dual USB ports for my older car. Smaller job for sure. So I came back to DCA and was happy to see how many more shops there were! Means they are still doing it right!It’s safe say the customer service is still the BEST. It was my first time working with the DULUTH store and I had the pleasure of working with John. Easy going dude.He’s the man. Swing by two days ago out of the blue with a busted cig outlet. He ordered the part when he said he would, and he was ready for install when he said he would be. Got me in and out in less time than expected. What else do you need?These guys have been around for a long time for a reason. They hire good people

These guys are clowns! backed my truck into another customers vehicle and tried to not take responsibility! they also blew my subwoofer and deeply scratched my center console. these fools are a joke. especially their manager. dont do business with them! i refused to pay and the manager called the cops. their manager is disrespectful and refuses to take responsibility. how are they in business?!?! thankfully, the cops let me get my truck out of their garage and told them this was a civil matter. i will be seeing them in court!

The owner is nice, helpful and so knowledgable. As a female I feel at times people think Im dumb and treat me as such. The manager here was not like that at all.

An update on a still unresolved and uncorrected Audio Trix installation error (speakers crackling and the summoner fading the wrong signal to the wrong speakers.)We’re now going into week 3 of AudioTrix continuing to try to weasel out of honoring there supposed life time warranty on their installations.Once again Ive spent over $1,200 dollars of my hard earned money at this shop.And still to this day, after making appointments the past two Saturdays, Ive gotten nothing but poor nonsensical excuses and my time wasted and the problem unresolved.The past week they promised to correct the issue, only to call me demanding this week that I remove my review of this issue. I replied that I would remove or correct or update the review, once the problem was actually resolved, since I could no longer trust their word based on the past two Saturdays wasted, making appointments and driving to the shop only to be given lame excuses instead of a resolution.So Audio Trix is now weaseling out of correcting their installation going on week 3.And I will continue to update this review of this shops refusal to honor their installation warranty,until they correct the issue, or return the $800.00 I paid for the summer and speaker installation. They did an amazing quality job with installing a sub/amp in my car for me. but they took all day till closing to finish a small job.

I had plenty of questions that Josh took the time to answer about switching out my old Eclipse head unit for a Pioneer. Install time was quick. I was going to get Best Buys to install it but the guy there said he just duct tapes the head unit to the mounting bracketwtf? AudioTrix did a very professional job and with no duct tape!

Jasons pick of a balance between price and performance was spot on. I gave him the budget and he made the recommendations. The sound 100% better than I was expecting!!With the new hands free law I reccomend everyone schedule a deserving upgrade to your car. The cost of your safety is priceless. The cost of a ticket or 2 will pay for a new radio.Digital car audio did a very professional installation of a system that I connect my phone to and close the glovebox. Every feature available on my phone are right on the dashboard screen. Voice to text steering wheel controls and android auto makes the installation of a no brainer!Just in case you read this, THANK YOU Digital Car Audio!!

Digital Car Audio broke my molding around my stereo and tried to say it was already cracked. Then he tried to say because I requested a cable be installed properly ( where he had to remove the molding again ) that’s when it broke and he tried to warn me. So which one is it?ALWAYS TAKE A 360 VIDEO OF YOUR INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR BEFORE THEY BEGIN ANY WORK/ TOUCH YOUR CAR! Unfortunately I did not take a video before the install. Regardless, they denied it completely and threatened to call the cops as well as cuss me out.The installer does not know how to tune a system and had the subwoofer clipping with the settings he set it at. Also, the installer was sure to remind me that my $1500+ equipment ( 1-12” Incriminator Audio $400, CherryMan Custom Box $450, 1500 watt Twisted Sounds Amp $350, Pioneer $250 HU was beginner entry level audio equipment( installer would have charged $650 for the box, I paid $450 ), even though the equipment i purchased easily out performed there best selling setups on sight and prices!STAY FAR AWAY.. I had to take my system to another shop, which confirmed that my system was setup improperly and would have blown the sub if I had listened to it even at 50 % total volume. Which I knew because I could hear the sub farting and giving out. With a ported box, you have to have the HU feeding the optimal input into the amp without a clipped signal to ensure the longevity and quality of sound in your car.

I had an Eclipse headunit, 4-channel Alpine amp, Infinity Kappa speakers, a JBL mono amp, and an Elemental Designs subwoofer installed here for a reasonable price. I brought them all the parts and they did the install. They did a clean, reliable wiring job that continues to last.

Brian and JT and the guys did an install on my 2011 Harley Davidson Streetglide. I could be more pleased with the professional, custom installation, or the sound that comes with it! I wont elaborate on just whats under the lid, but even at highway speed I havta remind myself Im not in a sound studio. And even over the top of my tuned engine! Great job guys. j

I had my amp wires ran and cd player installed quickly and professionally. Still have the subwoofer and amp because they sold me quality products. Oh I had it all installed in 2007. Always reccomend these guys!!!!

DO NOT GO TO AUDIO TRIX Im a pretty fair and an integrity person but these guys work is very sloppy and will end up costing more at your expense. Thats the part I dont understand from a professional. The worst part is that they will not admit to their wrong doing in messing up my tint job. Plus they will cut corners to doing bad installations to save time. Not good!After the audio trix screw up, I went to THE TINT SHOP next to Mr. Clean carwash on shallowford rd to fix the tint and little do I know, they also do cat speakers installation for wayyy better price and done right fit maximum result. Its just the truth!!

Be careful trusting your car with these people. Heres what happened to me.I had them install an aftermarket radio into my brand new car. When I got it back, I noticed 3 or 4 small, but visible, scratches and scuff marks around the radio where they had taken it out. I was NOT happy. On top of that, the USB player in the radio wasnt playing out of my car speakers, so I had to take it back to them to get that fixed.When I took it back, I specifically told the manager that I had noticed scratches from the first install and I asked that they please be careful if they had to take it out again.When I got it back, they fixed the speaker problem, but I found even MORE scratches around the radio - this time much more noticeable. It was completely disheartening to have a brand new car scratched up like this by a supposed professional installer.Whats worse is that after they fixed the speaker problem, the GPS system in the radio was no longer working. But I wouldnt dare take it back to them to have it scratched up even more. At this point, I just have to cut my losses with them.Dont make the same mistake I did. Try your chances with someone else.

I have been going to Audio Trix for years. I first had my lifted broncos stereo installed there. With an offroad truck exposed to mud and water, they came up with the idea to put my amplifyer on the ceiling and coat my sub box with Herculiner. Brilliant. I now have a 600+HP Pontiac GTO. Brian helped me make a decision on a much needed radar defense unit. They had it installed in no time. I found that the radar would go off when I honked the horn or slammed the accelerator. No fault of Audio Trix, but they were able to isolate the problem as a frequency issue and fix it. Bottom line: they do great work and IF there is an issue, they will stand behind there work until it is fixed properly. Eric, Brian, JT and the rest of the staff are very passionate about what they do and will treat you and your vehicle with the care you deserve as a paying customer.
