This location is my preference choice whenever I need batteries replaced in any of my watches ⌚ and Ive never gone to any other store for this particular service, and on each visit the service received was excellent from whomever assisted me on my visit, they have always displayed a pleasant greeting along with professional service.The wait is reasonable based upon your need of service, and to be fair, my visits consisted of⌚ battery replacements only.They have always given excellent care and respect to my property without any complaints.Therefore this specific store deserves a shout-out 👏🏻, and I will continue to rely on their services going forward and I do appreciate the fact that we have this business in the community, so this particular location deserves a five-⭐ and KUDOS to the entire team 👏🏻 p.s., and Thank you.

If you are looking cheap products, bad customer service and a lecture on how their customer service is not bad then you found the right place!I bought the case for my car key from this store and cut the key on May 15. They key broke on May20 during regular use, I went to the store on on May 23 and asked if it can be fixed or replaced. I was told there is nothing they can do and I need to spend another $40+tax to get another one of these that may not even last 5 days. On top of that the person at store was rude when I voiced my disappointment. Is it too much to expect some sympathy and offer at least a replacement at discount (at cost and let go any profit the second time)?

They have always had a battery on hand that Ive needed when I needed. Ive always had knowledgeable, friendly service. Ive had one of those bad batteries that lasted about 6 months. Took it back for them to test and when it showed a bad battery, no questions ask, pulled up my purchase details and had the same exact battery on hand.

Was able to find some 18650 3.7V batteries for Freenove Raspberry PI robot. Staff was very helpful.

4 stars too 5. Thought I may have too spend $50- $300+ for anew key fob. Long story short wish I had gotten the reps name. Wish I had gotten his name because he had just helped me a week or 2 earlier with a discount on basic AA batteries that I needed for tv remote.He changed my fob FOR FREE. Dont get that often in todays capitalistic world. Told me it had wrong sized battery in it. Ill definitely return from now on.

I went to get keys made, wasnt in the car that I needed the keys for so had to go back to complete my purchase. They were very helpful, professional and attentive to what I needed. In essence, actually took the time to get the correct information on the car in question since they had to special order the keys for me. Went above and beyond in my personal opinion. Thanks guys.

Vic or Victor at the 51 Cobb Parkway Marietta store has very little to no social skills. All you have to do is be friendly. Because he did not explain the process of changing the battery on a phone for me, it was all very confusing for me, then he got condescending. Thank goodness for Allen who was much more professional.

Great customer service! We started off in the batteries plus off Woodstock, they did not have the cover in stock for my phone so they nicely called around and found out that the Marietta location had it in stock. They spoke on the phone and let them know we would be coming. When we arrived the customer service continued to be excellent. Everyone we spoke with was very helpful and kind. Phone looks good as new!

Glynn did a fantastic job of customer service by juggling the phone, my order (online with in store pick up) and a customer who had come in to browse bulb options for something. He took time with each of us to make sure no one had unanswered questions but struck the exact right balance of not making me feel neglected despite how busy it was the moment I walked in. The website made it easy to find what I needed, but Glynnn is the reason I will be back.

The experience was very good. The ordering process and application of the discount code was very easy and straight forward. The battery I ordered was ready for me to pick up at the store when I arrived and was very quick. I could not has asked for a better experience.My only issue was the math on my email confirmation and receipt as it did not show the credit for the 10% discount I was awarded. The total amount was correct but with the discount amount missing, the numbers just looked funny as they did not add up. My total showed $39.99 yet immediately under it was a sub total of $35.99 but the $4.00 credit representing the 10% discount was not shown. If it were not for this I would rate 5 stars.

I went to Batteries Plus because the battery I purchased was defective. One of the employees was very helpful, while the younger one was very defensive. An Im sorry our product was defective, let me help you with that never escaped his lips. I initially wasnt even speaking to him, but to his co-worker, and he butted into our conversation. I have been here plenty of times but I no longer wish to patronize this location if he is working there. I kept my cool because my daughter was there with me.

Very helpful. They expeditiously cut and programmed some spare keys for my 2007 Honda. Everything worked as predicted. My only reason for removing a star is that over the phone I had been told that I would only be charged once for programming two keys, when in fact, that promotion was only valid for blanks purchased from them. As I purchased my blanks for $10 each at Amazon, I had to pay for each key to be programmed. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice if they hadnt set my expectations so high over the phone.The service was excellent, and they seem to handle all types of modern keys, including the ones with remote door/trunk buttons on them like mine.I also frequent this shop for their lifetime watch battery program. They have replaced all of our watch batteries.

Plus if you pay online you get 10 percent off if you order online and pick it up at store. They were very friendly and installed my battery for free. They also fix cell phones and if you need a replacement key fob for your car, they can make and program smart keys.

Have always had very friendly service at this location. They did not have my specialty bulb in stock but he told me some internet sites to try. If they ordered through their site in would of been by the case which I did not need.

Took iPhone 7 for battery change, ruined the screen and tried to say nothing was wrong with it. Then when they admitted to it, they replaced it. Gave it back to us after replacing the screen, then the home button no longer worked. They blamed that on a defective screen. After the repairs were done the screen no longer gets as bright as a it did before the repair. Just took the phone at that point and didn’t return.

I got help from Nick this evening. I had trouble getting my car to start, and eventually it kicked over enough to get me to the shop, but it was just after closing. He still helped me try to jumpstart the car, which didnt work after a few attempts, but continued going above & beyond until I was able to get a replacement to get me home. Nick definitely put the PLUS in Batteries Plus.The next morning, I dealt with Alan. He was awesome as well, and there was continuity of experience as my ordeal had already been passed on by Nick. Alan got me swapped out with a replacement battery and was also great in answering my questions about product tiers, even willing to do investigation outside of their stocked product line to find something to fit my needs and order it if I wanted to do so. Top notch crew at this location.

Had a Battery replaced in a phone. Took about an hour and a half. Great job. Looks like new.

Would not warranty my battery even though it was still under warranty. Battery had 1.5 volts out of 12, and the manager told me he would wire the battery in a series with another battery to bring it back to life. Totally unacceptable. This is not a safe nor reliable practice to insure a reliable battery in a motorcycle. These guys dont know what they are doing . Purchase your motorcycle battery from interstate, your local motorcycle dealer or online, dont waste your time with batteries plus.

Theyre awesome, had a key/fob combo cut and programmed here. I was in and out in 15 minutes and the cost was about half what the dealership wanted.

Fast friendly knowledgeable service. Went in for a Note 4 battery (old phone I know) its like I have a brand new phone. Phone battery last for almost 2 days without use to low usage and close to 20 hours with extreme usage! Very happy and will be taking my laptop next in next and will update.

Ordering my car battery for my 2012 Fit was easy. Received a call from the store that evening asking when I wanted to pick it up.Received a second call the next day at work letting me know my order was ready.Went to the store and picked it up.I think the person that checked me out was having a bad day, he kept rolling his eyes. Especially when I asked if he could put a meter on the battery to confirm it had a charge.Havent returned the core yet...cant wait to see what looks I get this time!

Being the owners of a motorcycle repair shop we use this Batteries Plus bulbs very often. Typically they will deliver to us but occasionaly we have to pick up from them. They are very friendly and helpful. They always seem to have the battery that we need when we are in a pinch.

When I went into the store, all of the staff were friendly and greeted me with a smile while serving their current customers. Since I had called regarding a battery warranty prior to coming in, Charlene, one of the Customer Service Reps, greeted and assisted me by name. She was extremely thorough and went well beyond providing excellent customer service and quality assurance. She also was very honest and seemed to genuinely care about my needs and ensuring I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They have everything here or can get it for you (if it still can be found). Also good for bulbs and specialty bulbs. I often recycle batteries here as well.

I always go here when I have any questions about batteries or lightbulbs. I have yet to stump them with a need or product and the sales people encouraged me to try. They will also recycle just about any battery or bulb and they explained why some items might cost some money to recycle, which has yet to be the case for me.

I brought my iPhone7 in to have the battery replaced. After about 20min they give me the phone back but there are all these waved lines on the screen. The technician notices this and says he may have done something wrong. After another 20min he returns to tell me he can’t fix the waves in the screen so he’ll replace the screen as well, free of charge. Finally after 30min more he returns to tell me he has damaged the home button and it no longer works. At this point he is handing me back my phone with a non working home button, waves in the screen and now the otter box case is cracked and broken.They offered to replace my iPhone7 but I had to go to my carrier store or the apple store, purchase the phone with my own money, bring them the receipt so that they can mail me a check. I left direct after headed to my carrier store. Since I had an iPhone7 128gb I wanted comparable storage. The total cost of an iPhoneXR 128gb, a new otter box plus taxes and fees were $947.I then returned my old iPhone7 back to the store with the broken otter box case and receipt. At the time of delivery one of the owners happened to be at the store. He made no effort to apologize or really have anything nice to say about what had happened.Five days later I received a check for $800. A total of $147.xx less than what I came out of pocket. I’ll make sure to never return to either of the three stores these gentlemen own.

Bought a car battery on line to save 10%. Through research knew I was paying a little more but wanted free installation. Was emailed that it was ready to pick up in an acceptable timeframe. The installer looked and looked under the hood before telling me that he would not install the battery because he would have remove something in order to do it. I was not pleased that I was buying a battery for an installed basis but now I was buying it DIY. I installed it in about 20 minutes at home. Might be a little long for a battery install, but I had to “remove something”! BTW, what nicely appointed car doesn’t need something removed for just about any maintenance these days?

I had several size batteries and a light to buy. And I had many things on my mind. The clerk accurately read my mind and got me what I needed.

I will never buy another product from this store. At the end of September, I bought 4 halogen bulbs from them ($30 for 4) for my mountain cabin. I gave the old bulb to the salesperson. She picked out replacements for me. 150 miles later I discover she picked out the wrong ones. I tried to return them within a few days to another store, only to find they are franchises and dont honor exchanges between them.the bulbs sat in my car until I got back in the area several weeks later. Tonight, I tried to exchange the bulbs for the right ones, and was told they have a two-week return policy. They refused to exchange the bulbs, even when they made the mistake in the first place. This is crappy customer service. I own four businesses, have lots of battery-operated stuff, and use lots of light bulbs. This company has lost my business and Ill discourage people I know from going there.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!I bought a key fob battery online 03/21/16. It was cheaper online than in store. I had the worse experience ever! The price I paid online was jacked up by the manager Chris after I made the purchase online. He called me after the fact I paid for it online & looked up the product # & it matched.He told me that the stock # was wrong & it was out of stock & the item online was not the same item #. It was the same when I picked it up.I do not trust this place! Seems very sketchy & dishonest!!!!Lack of customer care & service! I will not buy from them again!!!!DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

I bought a 371 battery (~$4.25) for my Fossil watch online and went to pick it up myself. I understood, from the online description, that I could have the battery installed for free when I picked up the battery. Instead, I was told that that was a separate service that would cost $10+. I was very disappointed in this experience, especially since I was told a a nearby retail store that they would be happy to install the battery for free even if I bought it elsewhere.
