This is the greatest car lot in Atlanta. Anthony and Sam are the best salesman here. Anthony is very honest, upfront, and helps you understand everything about your purchase. They helped me get the car I wanted at a great price with none of the issues I’ve experienced at other lots.

We bought a vehicle from the truck and suv center July 4, 2021 from Myron. He was awesome to deal with and was straight forward with us. He is the reason for the second star. We located a screw in the left rear tire before leaving the lot. We brought it to their attention and they plugged the tire and told us they would replace it but it had to be ordered. We were given a we owe you for a new tire to replace it. My wife called multiple times to get an update on this and was told that the finance manager that issued the we owe you is no longer with the company and they dont have record of this. They continued to give her the run around. I tried to call and cannot get anyone on the phone. This place doesnt stand by their word and will do or say anything to get your money. Once they have it nothing else matters to them. I will be going to the dealership this week to get face to face explanations.

Update:While they were very helpful while we were there, the service After was HORRIBLE! I accidentally left my garage door opener in my trade. Called the salesman asked could he mail or did I have to make the hour drive again. He promised he would not only mail it; but over night. That was back in July & I have yet to receive my car door opener. I have called multiple times, the reps who answered were TERRIBLE! Their attitude, the lack of willingness to help; it just left a bad taste in my mouth. Every time I called them to say, hey I’ll just make the drive bc I don’t want to pay $75 for another one. I get placed on hold, have been told it’s lost and they don’t know where it is & just hung up in my face🤬. I changed my rating based on the aftermath & lack of customer service. We had an appointment at 1:00pm; the fact that Jacob (our salesman) met us at the door & welcomed us, was breathtaking! He already had the keys to the vehicle & pulled up ready for us to test drive! This is by far the BEAT dealership I’ve worked with. SUV shopping was beginning to be stressful but not here! Even the negotiation process was easy. The finance manager was very professional & courteous! I will recommend anyone who’s in the market for a vehicle to definitely come here! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

Deandre was great! I went in with my parents to purchase a 2019 Mitsubishi I saw online. I had previously written a glowing review about the sales rep and it still stands. However, their customer service is none existent. I have been waiting 8 weeks for my plates, no one answers the phone or returns messages, I have place fourteen calls (14). most calls just hang up, when i leave a message no one returns it. The dept of motor vehicles has no record of it and no one at ALM Marietta will get it taken care of.

This car dealership is so unorganized and built up with a staff who are unprofessional and do not know what they are doing. They do not seem to care much for their customers. There number one thing they love to do is inconvenience you and most of their Inventory consist of vehicles they purchased from Auctions and have a dirty car fax, that have a hard time being financed. This company has done nothing for me besides waste my time, energy, and money. I would give yall a negative 0 star review but thats not possible on here so.....Also, they owe me money for my down payment that I made and I can not get any answers and no one ever answers the phone

I went and got the loan, drove all the way over there and they said they do not have the car. And then try to sell me a total piece of junk for the same price. Total shysters. Sales guy was good however when they detailed my car before I took it home they put Armor All on the floor mats making the brake peddle very slippery. My temporary tag expired today and I still don’t have a license plate. Tried to call ALM and they just kept telling me to call back and ask for another dept. Finally they asked me if went to the DMV (when they said they would take care of everything) Then someone said they would call back but didn’t. So...I currently have a vehicle that I can’t drive.
