I have no problems with my car and it’s now paid off! They are good honest people and run a good business. I would definitely recommend universal cars to anyone that’s in need of a car. Never received Title after paying cash .. Dont get a vehicle from this place if you dont want to sit around waiting for title purchase in 2/2021 as of 7/2021 Have not received the Title . Cant get in contact with James because his Voice mail is always full and never returned my calls by textStill trying to see whats my next step..So update on my Title FINALLY got my TitleAll is well.. all in all my vehicle drive nice andI will never walk away with out title in hand when paying cash.. Lesson learned..

Very nice, professional, and courteous staff. Yes, it is a small dealership but what you get from these people is an experience that you would recommend to your mom. Very mechanically sound vehicles at a very affordable price.

I bought a car from Universal Cars LLC. Within 30 days the car needed a new engine. The owner Alfred Amihere sold me the car. I received a car repair bill for the Lexus he sold me for $8200. I told the owner/salesman and he could care less. Im currently suing Universal Cars LLC. Never buy a car from Universal Cars LLC. Never buy a car from Alfred Amihere or do business with him or any of his affiliates.

He sold me a beautiful Acura TL and was very reasonable with his price and this was the first time I have enjoyed buying a car. I bought a 2004 Mercedes E320 last year around Christmas. The car still runs great! Definitely will referred friends and family.

Customer service is not the best here. Cars are priced high and they hide as many faults as they can. I was sold a Nissan altima that had several hidden issues that were claimed to be taken care. the car was sold without emissions testing. Seller claims to work with me but spent far too much time argueing after sale. If I couldn’t afford repairs i would be on the side of the road.

Cheap cars and terrible service, my mom bought a car 10 days ago only to have it die on the road after 2 days after getting a fresh battery, the level of disservice that this man provides is unreal. Please save your money and yourself never buy any vehicle from this man!!!!!
