This company has no organization. The owner refuses to answer the phone during the business day. After 1 day of non payment on the car note they can reposes the car even after a payment arrangement has been made. The staff there are very unprofessional. They will use their phone for a personal, non emergency phone call, while in the middle of completing your contract, extending your stay at the dealership significantly.

Everyone provided friendly customer service and are reasonable. I have a higher interest rate but thats to be expected with troubled credit history, no cosigners and little money down. You have to understand that the financing company and the dealer are two separate entities. That being said noot everyone can be pleased but we all signed the same paperwork. If youre looking for a gently used vehicle with low miles and this is a good place to go

Horrible. Got a lemon and they wouldn’t let me get a refund, so I switched out for an even worse vehicle which has broken down 3 times in 2 days and as of now is not drivable.

Do not believe the good reviews you guys.. they’re all fake!! They’re only written to drown out the true bad ones. This car place is a scam. Very unprofessional. Their cars are NO good. Salvaged, refurbished, you name it. The receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. If you’re in need of a car please don’t go here.. just keep looking. The car will break down within the first two weeks and they will do nothing to fix it. My brother is currently going through hell.. with this car place. I don’t know why it hasn’t been shut down yet.. please stay away from consumers choice!!!! You’ve been warned.

Worst idea I ever got. Sold me a car 3 weeks later the tire flew off while I was driving. They took 2 days to come get the car. When my tire flew off while I was driving the love knotts came off everything came off. Now they want me to put insurance on tht car and pay the note but I don’t want it. Thomas lacy and vicky they all scammers they sell bad cars do not waste your time or money you have been warned they scammed me out of 1300$ gave me 321$ insurance tht wouldn’t help me change a tire I had to pay out my pocket to get my car towed off the side of the rd wen I have full coverage insurance this place need to be shut down 5 stars so this post get your attention

DONT GO HERE!!! STRAIGHT SCAM!! These folks towed my car from my home when i was up to date with my payments saying it was out for repo, once i got it bck they said they had nothing to do with it. Then 2 months later during the COVID-19, they came and towed my car saying I didn’t have insurance on it (which was not true) they said if i show proof of insurance i can have my car back. Literally SAME DAY, im calling to get their fax number so i can fax it, they wouldn’t give it to me. I had to get my mother involved, once she called, they told her that i have to pay $10,000 just to get my car back because I didn’t have insurance. - SIGNED BRANDON RUSH

Worst car company ever they took my money and then took my car while I was sleeping. On top of that I was not given a contract to sign for the car I had and my tag was expired. They use refurbished cars from car yards. My car had been in a really bad accident, so bad that the airbag was deployed and the car lacked speed I would go 60mph and feel like 20mph. Absolutely, THE WORST COMPANY EVER DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY ON THEM AT ALL PLEASE. THIS IS A WARNING.

They let me sign all the paperwork put insurance on the car give me the key just to say you got eight hr overtime on ur check stub we have to resubmit ur application in then denied me the car refund my down payment but now I’m going through it with the about the insurance because instead of a refund I received a bill for 1,390 about some I never got to drive in but I see the people who work there driving all around Marietta in the same car that has insurance in my name the business is trash I’m being honest the spot is hood ranned I’m glad god didn’t let me go through with that because lord knows I needed reliable transportation for my family be carful before making final decision

Then that she sent me a text message. She was very rude and unprofessional. I had to call into work and miss out on money for their mistake. Find a different company. Do not go here.

I bought a car from here amd Vicki helped me. I had some hiccups but they straightened everything out. Thomas is so handsome and he always smelled good. Vicky is nice and they were the only sales people up there actually doing some work and making sells. I give them a 3 star because of the hiccups but understand no one place is perfect, they never turn you away unless its something they cant work with, which is rare. They are like family and I love them.
