I have been shopping around to help my family purchase a work van for our family business and we are extremely happy to have found the perfect van at America Dealer. A lot of the nearby dealerships who carried vans were double triple the price that America Dealer offered and the vans were not what they advertised. At America Dealer they had a wide selection of Ford transits, Chevrolet Express Cargo vans, and even trucks! The vans were in excellent condition, super clean and test drove smoothly. The sales men did not apply any pressure on my family in purchasing and were very honest about the vehicles as they provided us the Car Fax on all the vans we liked! The lot was organized and easily accessible which made the process even easier! Once we chose the Ford Transit, we financed our van through America Dealer in which we were even more excited that they offered financing and quickly helped us get approved, especially since most nearby dealers did not offer this on their commercial vehicles!!!! My family is extremely satisfied with the service we were provided here as well as the van we purchased at America Dealer LLC! We drove almost 3 hours to Marietta because there are so many used car dealers in the area.I dont frequently post reviews, but I felt like one was needed in this case. I wanted to take the time to share a good news story for this positive experience.We had several bad experiences at other dealerships, so working with Dale at America Dealer was a pleasant surprise. The price listed was the final price. There were no additional fees or unexpected costs. It didnt take long to complete paperwork and we were quickly back on the road to home. The car is still running great a month later and my son has no complaints.America Dealer is hidden behind the famous Big Chicken. Its a smaller car lot, but I recommend taking the time to check out their inventory.

We needed to replace our daughters vehicle, and I was at another dealership in Gwinnett looking at a vehicle that did not go well. I was ready to head home, and my daughter, while at college, sent me a link to American Dealer. I wasnt sure since it was a smaller dealer, but it was on the way home. I arrived, the lot looked organized, and the cars appeared in good shape. Dale met me, and I let him know what I was looking for and the budget for the purchase. American Dealer had multiple Corollas and Civics, which is what I was focusing on. As we walked the lot, I had my daughter on the phone, and she would look at the cars online as Dale and I were going to each one. My daughter narrowed it down to a Civic and a Corolla then it was up to me to look over the vehicles. After my inspections, Dale answered all my questions, and then I took the 2015 Corolla-S Plus for a drive. The vehicle was solid with no issues, and everything worked. The remaining part of the process was paperwork and banking communications which Dale handled very well. Two days later, my daughter and I finished a few administrative items; the car was cleaned and brought to the front, and we took it home. I would definitely consider American Dealer in the future for a used car purchase. Dale did a great job and kept the process simple with absolutely NO pressure. If the product sells itself, then pressure is not required, and as previously stated, the cars American Dealer carries are in very good condition.

Sold us a lemon. Car ran fine during test drives, what appeared to be a clean car fax, once checked out by Honda dealer found out car was previously totalled and had an entire transmission replaced. Make sure you get a second opinion before signing the paperwork. Spending more money on repairs after owning the car for 12 months.

I emailed about a car and they told me it was still available and asked if i wanted to schedule for a test drive. So i responded with when i could. I got no response. Then the next day i emailed again and no response so I called and no one answered. So i went up there to try and test drive and turns out the car was sold. I understand first come first serve, but at least tell me its sold so i dont waist my time.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! We arrived at America Dealer on Saturday right before they closed. We had our kids (1 and 3-year-old) with us which made shopping significantly more difficult. My wife and I bought a car 5 months ago, but within a few months a huge repair was needed. The first quote was over $1000, however this dealership was able to work with us and take the price down. What the owner of the dealership didn’t know was that we had lost EVERYTHING in a house fire and we still have medical bills pouring in for my wife’s recovery. Called American Dealer at 10:30 am after they first opened. Had to leave a voicemail and was never called back. My dad called after in which they answered but abruptly hung up on him after barely rushing to answer a couple questions when we called to ask about a 2016 gray Jeep Patriot. i decided based on the limited information they gave to run a car fax on the car based on the positive reviews about this dealership here. With what i read, we decided to take the trip an hour away to go see the car. and they also told my dad it had a clean carfax. Upon arrival, we werent really given the time of day. I was told to show a picture of my ID and then was handed the key. We realized the bumper was not aligned in the front and clearly something had happened there. Once I got into the car, it wouldnt turn over what so ever. not even tick/crank/try. I was handed a different key that also didnt work and then was asked to wait to see if jump starting it was possible... dont recommended going to, and especially buying anything from here unless you want a vehicle that most likely wont make it out of this parking lot.

I purposely waited over a month before leaving a review. I wanted to make sure that my vehicle didnt have any issues and would hold up without any problems. My new truck runs great and hasnt give me any issues. I would definitely recommend America Dealer to family and friends and will definitely use them again if I need. another used vehicle. 5/5

All my last three cars have been from America dealers. Their cars are cheaper and always in good condition for a used car. My last car I got did not have the remote. Marcelo gave me money to get the key program to the remote. And he also paid for the emissions because my last was brought to the dealer a day before I bought it.. I feel like family when I am there. The variety of car selections is very good and competitively priced. They do not have additional hidden dealer related fees. I also dealt with Ernesto and a young lady who were both very nice. I plan to return in the future.

I purchased a 2006 Honda Civic working with Bruno and the owner, Marcelo. This review is based on owning the car now for over a year. When I test drove the car it overheated. The owner checked it out, repaired the issue, and I purchased the vehicle. Several months later the car overheated again. I took the car to a local shop and found that the engine block was cracked. This was an issue with this model, but the car was too old to be covered on the extended manufacturer warranty. I called America Dealer and spoke with the owner. The engine on this car needed to be replaced.I bought the car as-is so truly this issue was my responsibility. American Dealer stood behind their word to sell quality cars. America Dealer found an engine for me at an incredible price. I paid for the engine, but America Dealer covered all the labor and parts to install it. These are the actions of a company of integrity acting above reproach. I promised a review for them but told them I would drive the car after the new engine install for several months before posting. I have had no issues with the new engine.I know its difficult to find a used dealership with a good prices and feel like you are working with an honest group. Ive been ripped off before myself from Honda! My experience with America Dealer is quite the contrary. This is a rare find in the Atlanta area. If your looking for a good, reliable used car at a great price from a company who will actually stand behind their word, go see Bruno. They will do you right.When I need another good used car I will be back.

He pulled the Auto checks and explained to me the information on them that I didnt understand. The vehicles are in excellent condition. They are priced to sell. No hidden fees and haggling. What comes to mind when people say dealer lots? ... exactly. Stereotypes are hard to beat, but Marcelo, the owner of America Dealer and his dedicated sales staff did just that. We had the best and most productive car shopping experience with America Dealer. No ugly sales pressure, complete transparency, ease of test driving, and most important their genuine customer appreciation. We felt comfortable and found a great previously enjoyed car for our daughter. It was a win-win for all parties. I know where we will return when the time comes to look for another car. I was very pleased with the shopping experience. It was the first dealer in my search who accepted my tax id to finance and it worked. There is a guy that speaks Portuguese and Spanish.I would definitely do business again.

Great place to buy a quality used car and positive experience! We were shopping for a first car for our son, looking around at lots in the metro area and most cars we found weren’t in great shape and the people working there weren’t all that friendly. That changed at America Dealer. Marcelo and his staff were very nice and knowledgeable, up front with the history/condition of the vehicle we were looking at and ultimately purchased. Quite pleasant experience from start to finish, even worked with us to order some parts and get his mechanic to work on the car after we bought it. I still gave 5 stars, but have to mention the one blip on a screen was the mechanic he used, left a clip loose during the brake install which made noise. Took it to my local mechanic who fixed it for $30. We live too far to return all the way to Marietta to have his mechanic fix it. All in all, Highly recommend America dealer for your next used car purchase!

Amazing experience from beginning to end! They really have awesome customer service! Before I bought my car they let me take it to my mechanic to have it checked out! Then they made sure to take care of all the issues the car had :-) would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

The employees at America Dealer made my car buying process very nice it went so smooth and easy. I looked at many many Corollas and they by far had he best deal! I would recommend them to anyone. Called these guys through a third-party website and ever since then they have been nothing but accommodating And professional about getting me into look at a car not pushy. Went to look at a vehicle today. Their approach was very relaxed. I was not at all irritated by their demeanor unlike many dealerships I have visited Where it feels like I’m in a shark frenzy. Will be returning this Saturday in hopes of purchasing a vehicle.
