Just wanted to do an update to my review. I have had my car for almost a month. About 2 weeks after my purchase, I realized the SD card that came with the car was not working. Although, I knew if they did not have it, I would probably have to purchase one from Nissan. A couple of days later I received a call from Greg Hampton at the dealership. Greg asked if I found an SD card for my car, so I can get access to my navigation system. I had not. He said, well I found one at the auction, putting it in the mail right now. I received my SD card and now Im able to navigate from my car. Thanks Greg, I really appreciate you.
If there was less than half star I would choose that. They are such liars people DO NOT go there if you want to buy a car. My experience with them is that I went there to buy a Honda Accord 2006 and they said it has no problem at all. When I get that Accord to a mechanic he said it has a altinator problem and I need to replace it. I went back to them and they told me they would fix if I gave them 200$ as deposit. I gave them 200$ and they told me tomorrow they would fix it. When I came back tomorrow they did not fix any thing and they told me they would not fix anything. Also, they did not give me my 200$ deposit back.they are lairs and They are liars thieves swindlers deceive. BAD PEOPLE.
My experience with VC Cars Marietta was a good one. Asim was very nice and patient as I test drove car after car before settling on my 2013 Altima. It was actually Labor Day and I know they probably wanted to be elsewhere but they were all so nice and friendly. They had a great selection of cars and they were displayed well in their inside showroom. Greg was great and I was very happy with my final deal and car. I would definitely recommend this place!
Surprisingly big selection. No pressure sales. Solid prices. High quality cars. Didnt end up purchasing from here, but it will be my first stop next time.
Highly recommend this dealership! Greg made the car buying process a breeze. Excellent cars to chose from and fantastic customer service! Go see these guys if youre in the market for a car!
In march of LAST YEAR they sold me a Volkswagen Jetta, and sent the title to the wrong address. I still havent been able to register my car. Its useless. Almost as useless as their customer service. I have heard every excuse in the book, they have tried to make it my fault, they have claimed I would need to pay up to $600 to fix THEIR mistake, and now the location is closed and Asim, their owner has disappeared. Hes given me two different phone numbers, and has stopped replying to both. One even says the number is out of service.Do NOT buy a car from any dealer that employs someone who worked here. They are dishonest and bad at their job. If you live anywhere NEAR Marietta, ask the dealer if anyone worked here. If they say yes, walk out - because theyll take your money, too.
We bought a 2014 Toyota Corolla LE today - great condition, low miles and excellent service from Greg. We had already shopped around and still wanted to go to a couple other places, but Greg made it our last stop - were very pleased he did.
These guys offered us a great car buying experience. We would recommend them to all our friends.
The car I bought was a 2013 Volkswagen Jetta that had 42,000 miles on it. Initially, I thought it was a great car and a great buy because of the price I paid for it. After a week and a half of driving the vehicle my check engine light started flashing. I took it to the Volkswagen dealership, since that is what I was instructed to do by this company and I had it inspected by a professional at Volkswagen. It turned out that my car that my car had very poor upkeep and maintenance done on it, although this place said that it was up to date on everything with the car. Both car fax and this place lied and said the engine parts, air filters, and brakes were new, but they all needed to be replace just after a week and a half of driving the vehicle. I went ahead and paid out of pocket to fix the car since I was no longer able to drive it due to engine malfunction. After I paid, I went back up to VC Cars Marietta to see if they would reimburse me for the money that was spent on fixing the car which was over $1,000 but they gave me an extremely hard time and were being very unprofessional. In the end, they ended up giving me back about half of the money I spent fixing what should have been fixed from the beginning.
This dealership refuses to refund me the money I am owed for cancelling my warranty. I came in on April 20, 2016 to sign the paperwork for the cancellation and was told it would be mailed to the warranty company and to wait a week or two for it to be mailed to my bank. I was told by Greg that I would receive a full refund based on the day I came in. I have called for months and continue to get the run around. Continually I am told that the money was sent; however, my bank still has not received it (over 6 mos. later). Furthermore, Asim, the General Manager, told me that I would not receive the full refund because of the agreement they had with the warranty company. That didn’t sound right to me so I contacted the warranty company directly on Sept. 27, 2016.I was very surprised to learn that my cancellation request was dated for June 28, 2016, not April 20, 2016 and it had been emailed. The warranty company also told me that if they had received my application dated April 20, 2016 I would be eligible for the full refund of $1500. They also said that they had no additional contract between VC Cars Marietta that would lessen my amount. Since then I have continued to call them and have sent emails threatening to report them to the BBB. I was really trying to avoid making this public but they have given me NO CHOICE. Although, last week after being threatened they apologized for the confusion and agreed that they would send the full amount of $1500 to my bank overnight, my bank has NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING! I called them today before I wrote this message and they hung up on me. IT HAS BEEN OVER 6MOS!Honestly, I am really disappointed. When I first bought my car, I thought I was dealing with an upstanding car dealership that I could trust to do what is right. One that I could feel confident to refer my friends and family; however, I was wrong. All I have gotten from them is excuses. I was fooled by the 4 star rating.
I just purchase my 2010 Altima from VC CARS yesterday. These guys or Awesome and very friendly. I did not feel pressured at all. The Business manager Will was Awesome! As well as the whole staff, This has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. I would Highly Recommend VC CARS they just do business the right way! Gary Venzant
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. All of the horror stories are true. THEY SOLD ME A CAR THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY USED FOR DRUG TRAFFICKING!!! I can provide the search warrant and police report upon request. I found out when a simple traffic stop for speeding on my way to my bachelorette party turned into an all out drug search for an hour and a half. The only reason Im not in prison right now is because I voluntarily let the police seize my vehicle and they believed there was no way I could have I known what my car was used for. My car was released after a 6 hour search and the police told me the car was used to stash large amounts of marijuana. My tires had been plugged multiple times, my battery had been tampered with, and the void space between my windshield and air vents had been used to transport several pounds of contraband. The vehicle inspection documents they provide you with when they get the inspections are completely FALSE. When I went to return the vehicle, they showed me the inspection from Hyundai, but there is no way the information recorded was true. The inspection stated both sets of breaks were in good condition, but I literally had to bring the car back to have the rear breaks and CV axel fixed the day after I bought it. Even the mechanic at VC Cars could tell that the breaks were no good! When I tried to return my vehicle after obtaining my police report, the had the audacity to ask me to trade it in at a huge loss and ask me to buy another car for an extra $1500 from them. When I asked what they intended to do with my car, they said theyd actually SELL IT AGAIN despite knowing the car was used for trafficking. During our conversation, they actually admitted that they buy cars that smell like smoke and weed frequently and do their best to cover the smell.DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!If you had major issues with your car shortly after buying from this dealership, please file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) as soon as possible.
Very professional, transparent, and thorough with the services they provided to me. Quality care and service
Awesome service, Clean Cars, Nice Staff, they will work with you. Easy to locate.
While the sales experience went very well...I have had challenges with the dealership sending the title to the tag office in my area allowing my car to be registered. My temporary tag expires August 2nd. Ive made two attempts to receive my tag, but due to the negligence of the dealership have been unsuccessful in securing it.I dont know which team member they have in charge of this duty, but it should not cause the customer this kind of run around to secure a tag.To start off the way you did with the sale, this treatment has been very disappointing!
I looked online for my car and was sent to the VC Cars website. I received a text from Marcial who stated I could come in and do a test drive. I did go for the rest drive and the Carfax was clean, the vehicle was impeccable, and It handled well. They went out of their way to be very nice to me and I received my car without problems. Greg, the finance manager was knowledgeable and very helpful with my process. I dont like pushy, and they were not pushy or else I would have walked. Thank you so much for making my car buying experience the best.Sharon
Great cars, great employees! No hard sell tactics!!! Go in and see David, he is the best!
This company was extremely unprofessional, it has been one thing after another! First, they didnt have the correct paperwork for me to fill out the day I bought the car so I had to fill it out two days later. They were over an hour late with no notice to bring this paperwork to me. No apologies for the inconvenience. Next, they lost the copy of my drivers license. Lastly, I get a text and phone call threatening that I may need to return the car because of the faulty paperwork that they reviewed three weeks prior. I would not recommend using this company due to their lack of professionalism, their inability to keep up with documents and their nonchalant attitude about all of the above.
I bought a used 2011 Hyundai Elantra there and was very satisfied with the selection of cars, the service and the patience of the crew at VC cars Marietta. Rennee and Asim were able to answer all our questions and took a lot of time to explain the details about the car, registration, insurance, etc. They were not pushing us. When the car was ready (needed new tires), they picked me up from work and fuelled the car before I left. For these small things and of course their nice selection of cars, I recommend taking a look (even though their place is not easy to find).
Absolutely terrible service and extremely unprofessional! I dont really see this dealer interested in selling cars. The dealer asked for too much information and wasted our time. The worst part of my experience is that he wasted our time by calling publix in front of us to place a sandwich order while making us wait in his office.I wouldnt recommend you to go to this dealer unless you just want to waste your time and be surrounded by unprofessional staff.I felt like this dealer was racist and not interested in selling me the car. I called a day before to know if the car was still available and he said yes and I went the following day and the car was sold.
I purchased a car from VC Cars on July 27th. I had already browsed the VC Cars website well before I made the trip to the dealership. Being that this is my first car purchase ever and I dont have much of a credit history, I was very nervous about the reality of being able to buy a car. To say that Asim amd Will worked a miracle for me is an huge understatement. They went above and beyond what I thought was possible. I spent several hours at the dealership test driving cars with Asim while Will was working his magic to get me affordable financing for my purchase. On my last test drive (the vehicle I eventually purchased), Asim even bought me lunch because I had been at the dealership for so long. The car I drove home in is a 2011 Nissan Altima with only 36000 miles on it! I will be forever greatful to the staff of VC Cars for taking care of me and I will never purchase a car from any other location. I will also send everyone I know who is looking for a car to this place. Thank you guys for your outstanding service!
I came in a month or more ago but did not test drive. I spoke with Awesime or Craig. My phone is disconnected to email me
Great service
