I am a repeat customer who has had an AWFUL EXPERIENCE my 2nd time around. Im financing a car currently and not even 30days later I had to replace a 5yr old battery and turns out now the alternator is bad, I call to see if he can fix it, and he is NOT apologetic or willing to do any same value trade ins or discounts,instead he said I would have to pay another down payment for another car, he didnt even offer to tow my car to his shop,(Im sure he can tow if you missed a payment though!!!) however he is only concerned about me still making payments. And wants me to pay a tow fee and still make a payments on a car I cant drive, Be very careful with this business and have a lawyer on stand by, Absolutely No customer service what so ever. I DONT FEEL LIKE A REPEAT CUSTOMER SHOULD BE TREATED IN THIS MANNER ...BE CAUTIOUS

I Brought a Nice 2013 Ford Focus, from this Dealer About a week ago. The level of customer service, from the staff was great. They got me in my wheels in about 2.5 hrs not bad at all. Vehicle had some Exhausted pipe issues the owner was a MAN of his WORD and had it fixed. I had my car back less than 24hrs and its driving great. just want to say Thanks to the World wide Auto sales team, I look forward to doing more business with your company in the future.

This is my 3rd time buying a car and most definitely my easiest transaction yet! I was looking for a 3rd row SUV and was able to find it at a decent price here. I like that the selection is small, it’s not overwhelming trying to keep up with a lot of inventory. The owners and their son were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The downpayment and total car price are listed on the car which is extremely helpful. And besides some taxes added onto the cars total, the price you see is the price you pay. The car was a little dirty on the inside and they cleaned it with no problem. Offered me 2 new tires to replace the ones on the car. They weren’t bald, they still had life so that was extremely nice of them! I just don’t like that they don’t fill the tank for you. I left on almost E and immediately had to put $45 to fill up lol but that’s it. More than satisfied with my experience so far!

I bought my 2004 Chev Impala from Greg last year.. Its a great car but i did end up having some problems with it earlier this year and even though the car is technically sold as is Greg was really cool about it and helped me get a taillight, a distributor and my cooling fan replaced almost for free. I would definatly buy another car from them good people!!

I had a really good experience with getting a 08 chevy impala back in 2015.. Here it is 2019 and i recently had to trade the car in because it was giving me lots of problems... The issue is that i misplaced my title and im currently sitting at the Dept of Revenue trying to get a lien hold took off the title. I thought thay was something that should have been done after i finished making payments. Now the dealership where i got the car from is very upset with me because i assured them that i would have the title to them today. That wont hapen because Greg nor Janet is in the office and Janet is the one thay deals with the title... So for thay they get 2 starsUpdate: finally got everything taken care of after being told i wouldnt be going through this if i didnt lose my title to begin with. I also did NOT have the knowledge that i needed to take the title to the dmv myself after paying off the car (this being my first purchased car), thus leading to the lien still being on the title. I called at 9:30 and she told me i would have to wait until noon for her to fax the paperwork to the dept of revenue for me to get a replacement title. I talked to her yesterday 6/5/19 and told her i needed this information but it was going to be difficult for me to call back with the fax number because i was at work. When i asked her today if it was anyway possible for her to fax it at an earlier time she told me i should have called her back yesterday. No more than 20 minutes later she called back and said she had faxed the paperwork and thats when she asked me to delete/update my review. I was also told that the whole lien situation would have never came about if i still had the title, because the dealership i traded the car in with would have been able to take the lien off (not her exact words but something of that context)..... All in all i did not know i needed 2 go to the dmv for anything at all. For nothing. So if im wrong then this review is not as serious as it sounds but considering i was a 1st time buyer why not inform me on anything i needed to do back then 🤷🏾🤷🏾

Absolute crooks. Tried to sell me a 2003 impala for 3900. Drove the car and noticed it smelled like something was burning, one wiper didnt work. When i pressed on the gas the engine shook. The black man said hed tell Greg to come talk to us, he came took the keys and said he wouldnt sell us a car because we would mess it up. I explained that of course I would not drive like that all the time but I needed to check and he refused at that point. Now I know if you go and you seem as though youre smart enough to check the while car they get upset. They also advertise cars that havent passed emissions. STAY AWAY FROM GREG ON FAIRGROUND AT WORLD WIDE AUTO UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE THE ONE GETTING TAKEN FOR A RIDE!!!!! VERY RUDE!!!

I had an AWFUL with this dealer and highly recommend that you do not do business here. Im a returning customer after 15 years. I bought a car from them in college and the car was excellent and dependable. The owner Greg even fix they repair after 2 months of buying the car with no problems because it was an underlying issue that wasnt address. I received EXCELLENT customer service and was overly pleased. However, unfortunately their customer service and integrity has severely declined since that time. Greg and his wife Janet lack customer service skills by providing misleading information regarding the car(s) of interest and failed to follow through with providing the correct information regarding the condition, price, and down payment of the car and returning calls/questions as promised. Example, Janet told me that they do still do in house financing and low down payments with all their cars via phone. However, when I arrived to look at a car she change it to well most of cars are finance with an outside company with guarantee approval, we only accept cash offer for buy here pay here now. I drove 45 mins to view a car with misinformation. Another Example, since I was a returning customer Greg stated he would work with me on the down payment and let me pay $900. However, when it came time to move forward purchasing the car he changed it to $3200! Not to mention, he priced the car almost $2000 more than the car value at excellent condition when this car was in good condition. Last example, although I could go on with more I wanted to test drive the car and Greg dictated the route (2 miles surface road in a residential area) which was not a route to fully gauge the condition and durability of the car. The last car I brought, I was able to drive the car ALONE and give it a nice test drive in the local area.I was very disappointed and frustrated that my recent experience was drastically different than the first especially since I have always spoke positive of them and referred anyone looking for a vehicle. Moral of the story, I would not believe anything they say and would take my business somewhere I feel valued and appreciated as a customer. I will state that in general the condition of their cars mechanically are overall in very good condition but the buying process and customer service experience is yet to be desired.

Greg treated me so well. Him and his wife saw me through the most difficult times of a single mother. He is the uncle i never had, the Samarittan who picked me up when my own kicked me. I chose a stick shift and returned it after full payment for upgrade. Am not a good caretaker of cars and when i drove my volvo for 2 years without an oil change, he took my dead car and allowed me to take another without a down payment. He even gave my growing children the chance to drive. Am just about to pay him another visit soon.

I bought a used car a month ago and the next day the car failed in the middle of the road due to problems of the battery and alternator, they changed it for another car and it started with failures in the air conditioning and stability sensor and brakes, I went to the dealer to get my money back and they did not want to and I had to return the car but they did not return my money nor a car that I left for payment, they just stole my money, be very careful with buying there

I work in the Hospitality industry and I have never ever treated my guest the way they treat there customers. I will never advocate their business. Word of mouth still works, however social media lives long. I will keep posting until my transaction end with them, I feel trap because if they was a real company like high end car company I will get results of getting better service what I receive.I have no idea what kind of customers they had or have to deal with in the past or the future, when you have a customer that would want to pay their account there no reason for the discussing, vile, obnoxious, and distasteful attitude. the reciprocal of dealing with the both of them is nauseating.I will post my rating and review of your company on Facebook, twitter, Instagram, snapchat, pinterest,...ect.
