Went to this dealer lot on 6/19/21 to purchase a vehicle for my “fresh out of high school” daughter. The service here was outstanding. Frank Collins, the finance manager IS phenomenal and very patient. Matt, who was my salesman is GREAT and wasn’t pressuring. You can tell they take pride in the appearance and overall quality of their vehicles being sold. That along with displaying great customer service means a lot to me is why I chose them of many options I had to purchase a vehicle from them!

I purchased a 2012 BMW 5-Series last year December 2020. Last week the entire engine went out!! After already having to fix motor mounts, radiator, battery, key etc. I paid cash for the vehicle and it was only somewhat good for seven months. Be careful

My new Jeep had low miles, one owner, very clean with diligent maintenance records, a few repairs were done, inspected and undercoated, for an extremely fair price! After buying the car there were some rattles in the front but, I contacted Frank and he immediately took care of it. An appointment was scheduled, they put in new front struts and I was back on the road; I went in and my problems was solved. The car dealership you didn’t know you needed in your life!!These guys helped me get into a nice car against all odds. As soon as I called to inquire they were accommodating to my not so great credit score and my bank being reluctant to give a loan again. My vehicle for trade had some lengthy repairs needed- they took the vehicle in order to get me into a more reliable vehicle. Not for any reason! Just to help me. Now, where can you find that kind of service? I am blown out of the water at just how helpful these guys were. At first my bank denied me for the vehicle I wanted; but these guys went above and beyond to have me approved by taking my trade and offering more to my bank in order to make this happen for me. I was so shocked and happy because I got a great vehicle that I love!!

Have been speaking with JJ he as aware that we was a little distance from the dealership etc. Was told to just call amd let him know when we could come inWell we went Friday after work got there before my partner they was moving cars around to close. After a while they said well we can give u a finanace paperwork to fill out. Hold on who going to fill out paperwork and havnt even test drove anything. Another guy said well 20 mins. My partner got there still the same thing they just wanted paperwork with no yest drive no showing nothing.

Who says car buying can’t be fun? To make a long story short, working with the crew at Shah Auto was a joy! Great experience 👍 Matt was very straightforward and honest, answered all my questions and was very patient with me although I wasnt the easiest customer in the world to work with. They even took accountability and fixed an issue with my vehicle before I drove it off the lot. I purchased a Mercedes Benz GLE 350 in July. Salesperson was JJ and Sale Manager was Nathan. The left front corner of bumper was slightly damaged. I informed JJ and Nathan about the damage and Nathan assured me that they would take care of it prior to leaving with the car. Few weeks later, I made the call to setup an appointment for the repair. I was informed that Nathan was no longer employed with Shah Automotive Group and they did have a my record of agreement for the repair. Now, my person JJ stated he doesn’t remember and verbal agreement. However, present during the conservation with Nathan and I. This is going to my last purchase with Shah Automotive Group! If I give you my word, that is my bond and promise!!! Please, don’t leave without get it taken care of in writing!!! I ask to speak with the owner, but have heard anything from this dealership!!

I bought a car from this place the car broke down soon I drove off the lot I take the back to tham they didn’t want fix it or put me in a another car and the car is run bad also the brakes is bad no oil in the car, the car need 2 camshaft to replace 2 camshaft it’s will be cost $2000.00, this place worst car dealership .and the car need front rotors and back they just buy.those junk cars and put those in they lots .they not service those cars and do inspection,the car have a bad speed sensor and the engine is ticking noise it may need a new engine.they charge me $899.00 for dealership fee and the price off the car was $13,999.00 after I sign some off the paperwork and reading the other page and I find out they ad 500.00 more on the price make it $14,500.00 and I asked frank why ad 500 .he say the the finance co told him To ad 500.00 and the next I called the finance company they say they never told him that, this the worst place to buy a used car 🚗 please people don’t waste your money here .go to car max that’s the way car buy should be,

SCAM !!! BEWARE !I leased a BMW feb 2021.2days later it wouldn’t start. They made ME pay to have it towed to them. They “fixed it”.March 2021 I drove 1,000 miles to Wisconsin. I heard squeaking took it into a mechanic they said my rotors hadn’t been changed in YEARS.. I paid $1,300 to get them fixed.April 2021 - I heard a similar squeaking. Took it into the shop, the control arms were faulty which caused the NEW rotors to break to fix the problem it was $1500 ..April 2021 - my dealer plates expire... I paid The registration when I paid the down payment for the car..May 2021 - I left state for personal reasons.. I came back to expired plates..I was advised to call my county & obtain the new plates.. I called & was told my vehicle needed to pass emissions in order to obtain the valid plates..I reached out to the dealership & they told me the sales person as well as everyone else was fired they have new management.... (SAME COMPANY THO) & to get the admissions test & they’ll refund me. (NEVER RECEIVED IT)They told me, basically my car isn’t worth anything so I would not only have to trade in my truck BUT I would also have to put ANOTHER $3000 deposit.... then proceeds to tell me I have to put $13,000 down on the new truck. Why would y’all try to sell me a more expensive truck. Why not FIX the faulty truck you sold me.... all I want is what I paid for. Legit plates..... I’m still making payments on a car that is deemed hazardous with no PROOF of safety hence the failed emissions test I genuinely feel like I made a deal with the devil I am a single woman 24 years of age 1,000+ Miles away from home & this company preyed on me because of it.... at this point only prayer will release the strong hold of the enemy....Inshallah I will come from under this !

I purchased a 2014 Camry the car seems to run great but after purchasing the vehicle I noticed the Bluetooth touch wasnt working properly I called them they wouldnt get on the phone! Was told they would call back never received a call. Radio replacement was $700 also I was wondering why he open door with key.. Now I know it was because key fob was having issues thats another $300 to replace. My intuition was trying to tell me something but I wasnt listening, its cool, you win some you lose some but Karma will always be served.

Would be ZERO stars if possible. Beware!! Bought a truck from them, all paperwork signed, our trade and down payment given. Get call that need more signatures, did that. A few days later called saying they needed to verify employment, had already provided pay stubs and bank had spoken with boss. Now after 2 weeks say the bank is not going to lend. Called bank, the reason loan has not processed is because the dealership did not send in all the paperwork, loan was approved by bank. VERY SHADY BUSINESS!!! So after 2 weeks told them they could come and get truck we had already made 2 trips and spent numerous hours at the dealership. They backed out of deal 2 weeks after signing all paperwork and taking possession of vehicle, not bank, beware before you buy from them!!

Shopping at shah auto group was a very stressful and disappointing experience. I purchased a 2013 Toyota Corolla in June. The car has been sitting for months since purchasing the vehicle. I have had to buy tires, alternator, battery, cam shaft, brakes, main computer, and spark plugs. The car still doesnt run to this day. Tried to discuss this problem and Anthony wont even get on phone. Finance department just keeps calling about payments. I asked for owners information and they will not give up his info. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

I am very disappointed in this company. Mr. Collins started out being the nicest person. He appeared to care about the customers until I found out differently. I purchased a 2009 Camry. It had one owner and never was wrecked. Mr. Collins raved about this car. I bought it, I was told there was nothing wrong with the car, that it was in the best of shape. On the way home with the car I found it was not pulling well. I called back to speak with the salesman who told me he would get the mechanic to look at it. He said he felt it was the gas they had put in the car before I left. He said to drive all the gas out and put in more expensive gas. He also told me they ordered the sun visor and to bring the car back when the part was in.It took about a month to drive the gas out and put in the more expensive gas. Now I notice the problem remained the same. I called and spoke to Collins again to be transferred to Matt who apparently works with these cars. He told me he would get back with me which never happened. I took the car into Toyota for an evaluation. It was then that I was told after much observation the car needed a converter. A cost of more than 1300.00.The sun visor Mr. Collins promised to replace, never happened. I thought this was a professional, honest, business of integrity, one that cared about their customers and their well being. Mr Collins said they work hard to have repeat customers for this business. I advise anyone going to buy a car from this dealership to be AWARE, just be careful. They can tell you anything to get you to sign on the dotted line but safety is not something they care about.This car could have stopped at any time on the road potentially putting me in danger, but that was not a concern of Mr. Collins, he just wanted to make a commission. You can not put a price on a life, so sad. I was so hoping they would do the right thing and fix the car but Mr. Collins said NO in a very nasty tone. The problems with this car would not have and did not show up on a examining machine because there were no alarms. You would only see this when driving on the interstate or long stretches of road.I would like to rate this business a 0 but there is not a star for 0. I say to anyone buying a car for a parent, a child or yourself, please be aware. Find a dealership that stands behind their cars and will take care of their customers. The life you save may be your own or someone you love. Stay away from this place and be safe. Please!

I will be in this vehicle for HOURS every day of the week so it was important I do my research and trust the team. I cant say enough about how smooth and easy the process was for me. I commend them on their personal relationship building, proactive nature, and their ability to work with me the entire week they had to put up with seeing me daily. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The only good thing about this place was Phillip and his sweet son. I bought an Audi along with a $4k warranty that covers everything (according to Shah). My car broke down a week later because of a transmission leak. I had it towed to an Audi dealership who called the warranty company to fix the car, come to find out, nothing was covered. I tried to get the GM of Shah, to take the car back. He ignored calls and emails and I could only talk to him if he answered the phone. He refused to take the car back or do anything till I mentioned the Lemon Law. He then agreed to pay only for the transmission that would get the car back on the road, but none of the other repairs that were needed. He even specifically refused to pay for tax or diagnostic. After all this headache and being without my car for 3 weeks, I was ready to go get my car, when the credit card was DECLINED. He later paid for the transmission service only, with a working card. If this review prevents someone from having a similar experience, then maybe this was all worth it. Please go to another dealer. This dealerships great deals are not worth it. Philip, you are great, you should work somewhere else!

First of all, I would like to express my disappointment in the car buying experience with Shah Auto Group.My husband and I live in Colorado Springs, CO and we bought a 2015 Porsche Boxster from you.We paid full price for the car and the payment was received on June 23rd. After we signed and sent all required documents back, including the Bill of Sale we kept receiving calls from Matt, our salesperson asking for money.We did not negotiate on the price, the only thing we asked for was for “free” shipping and the car to be serviced which was last done at 40k miles (the car has almost 60k miles).Your dealership agreed on “free” shipping but denied getting the car serviced.We understood that we had to pay the dealer handling fee which we did via credit card. After that, we received another call asking for !!! $178.00!! for an “electronic” and temp tag fee.Since when does the customer have to pay for temp tags?????Well, we paid that also.A few days have gone by and we yet received ANOTHER call asking for a new Bill of Sale to be signed and mailed back to you guys, keep in mind we had already signed a BOS, which is usually set in stone.Why wasn’t it possible to get all the fees and paperwork right the first time without calling the customer and keep asking for paperwork to be signed or for money?Over a week!! has passed and the car STILL HASN’T SHIPPED, although we were PROMISED by Matt that we would receive the car by JULY 4th.

Now this is a split review. Phil was AWESOME AWESOME!!!! He responded and kept up with me all the way, even talked with him after hours about the process and everything going on. Excellent guy to work with. On the flip side, finance was not all that great. Things kept coming up and numbers kept changing. Was pretty aggravated but i pushed through. When your coming from Virginia and drive almost 8 hours, you would want things to go smoothly. Bought a lovely 2008 Lexus LS600HL. Love the car. Has some problems. After my trip back home, lights started coming on and going off, almost like something was wrong with it previously and someone just wiped the code so it wont come back on. Currently she is parked right now because its kinda bad to drive it with problems going on. Other than that, my experience was pretty good.

I went to this dealership and was looking at a Infiniti M37. I put money down on the car and signed paperwork on that particular vehicle. I had to come back a week later in which I advised them that I work two jobs and could only make it back on the weekends (which was the time I initially visited this place). When I was due back at the dealership that following weekend, I was told that I needed to get there before they sold the car. I went up there and was told the car was being cleaned up and a battery put in it by Patrick. All this was a total lie, the car was being sold to a couple that was there while I was sitting right there, and I had signed contractor on that car with a down payment. The fact that Patrick lied to my face and then gave me a bunch of run arounds and then attempted to put me in another car that I had no interest in whatsoever. I went a couple of days without a car because I had already promised someone that I would sell them my car that day I was supposed to be picking up the car I had paperwork on but was sold to another customer. They just so happen to have another car the same model on another lot. I continued to get calls from Patrick about documents needed, right after speaking with him, while I was at work I would get at least 6 other missed calls about the same thing because they are not talking amongst each other on the files at all. This happened several times and I literally had to tell each one that they need to do better at communicating with one another and stop the back to back calling when these topics have already been discussed. I had out of state license and needed to get a Georgia ID in order to register the car and there were items that I was told would be taken care of before delivery of the car. Once they got the down payment and paperwork signed, Patrick then began to tell me that he was not ordering the items or anything until everything I needed to complete was done. I advised him that he should not be holding hostage items that should be be taken care on their end when I am taking care of things on my end. To this day, the part has not been ordered and Patrick is now not taking my calls. The customer service received was subpar to say the least. There was one salesman that assisted me when I went back one of the many times named Phillip Carneg, he is a true people person and care about doing things right by the customer not there to just make a sale or a dollar. If I was to very go back there to do business it would be because of Phillip and would refer others to him...

Everybody is just so friendly and helpful at first it started kinda rocky but I had to realize I wasn’t the only person there and they was tryna accommodate everyone thanks josh 🙏🏿

I was nicely handled until I got the car . Check Engine light came on second day of having the car . A loud clicking noise continue the next day after contacting the company and they said they fixed it . Which I already payed a down payment . The check light came on a second time in the first week . They no longer answered the phone and helped me .

Bought a 2014 Infiniti QX60 the radio has a issue Patrick insist that would fix it every time I call it’s excuse after excuse now all of sudden he busy can’t come to phone every day I call there calling to see if the radio came very unprofessional ppl ....

This company sold me a car that had been in an accident without informing me that it had been in accident. The car also required a lot of work that was not disclosed prior to the sale. I had to spend almost $2,000 dollars on repairs within a year of owning it. Learn from me, dont buy a car from them.

Went to test drive MB. They said it had a premium package it did not have (I had specifically confirmed car had this package). Missing part on rear end of car, front bumper dented and chipped, and light on dash that service had been missed. None of this mentioned. Never again.

Trash company (other than Phillip) research the trash warranty that is offered as well.
