They never open on time. Why have a time on the door and dont open up at that time. I sat there 30 minutes after opening time. And nobody showed up. Thats the worst customer service ever. DONT PUT A TIME ON THE DOOR IF YOU NOT GONNA OPEN UP AT THAT TIME.

This is the best head shop in miles. Ive been to all of the other stores in the area, but this one has stuck out. They almost always have everything in stock and dont lie to you about their stock like the other stores.All of the employees that Ive interacted with have been polite and very knowledgeable. They pay attention to their customers and arent pushy.

I drive past 2 other shops to come here. The selection is good. The staff is always friendly and the prices are more reasonable than some.it is conveniently located less than a mile off Exit 1 on 575 so any time Im going to or from Atlanta I can make a quick stop .

I visited this store yesterday and had the pleasure of meeting Andy, the owner. He was extremely help and knowledgeable of all the products in the store. He took the time to explain and show me all the different hookahs in the store. I never once fell like he was just trying to sell me a product. I will be definitely coming back and letting all my friends know. I was very impressed with the customer service!

It’s hard to find a good vape shop in this area, and this is definitely one I’ll be back to. Their juice and pipes are organized very well and I didn’t have a problem finding what I needed without asking a bunch of questions, like I have to do at other shops. Alec was extremely helpful and always has a good attitude when i come in :)

Wow!! This Shop is Amazing with well Trained Staff to help you make smart purchases. I was turned on to this shop after they opened next door to my Pawn Shop.. I have been to multiple Vape Shops in the area and was not impressed with Staff nor Selection of juices. This Shop has it all.. not to mention nothing they sell is Knock off Chinese crap. I Walked into the shop rather annoyed last week, because a shop I went to down the street, sold a terrible product that doesn’t even work! Then wouldn’t take it back! However Alec worked me with to find a better device, and actually explained the devices he showed me. I also really enjoy the shops environment and overall vibe of the place. Awesome! Just found the shop yesterday and visited today! I am so excited to find a great shop virtually in my backyard. Chris was the guy who assisted me and we spent a long time discussing various products and e-juice. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I have only one tiny disappointment -- the e-juice he recommended (and I bought) did not list the PG/VG ratio. When I called to ask, Chris told me it was 80/20, which is definitely NOT my preference, I should have asked but knowing I was going to become a longtime customer and the shop only being there four months, I was quite surprised that Chris did not offer to exchange it for a different juice. That small concession would not only have been a good business decision but would have gone far to establish great customer service and relations. With that aside, however, I am still very happy he is just around the corner!

Ive been to many different shops that just try to sell you garbage, that have no knowledge of their product or sound bothered by you asking questions! But from the first time I walked into Carbon the owner & staff have been friendly and extremely helpful. They have answered any and every questions Ive had and always made sure I have left happy! Great shop for all your vaping needs. Ive been a customer since they opened and even though I live over a hour away I prefer driving down here to my local shops. The main reason for this is the Customer Service. The owner Andy and his Manager Chris are both very knowledgeable about all of the new products and have never let me down when I buy a new product. The Smoke shop selection is diverse and has all of your needs for your smoking options.

What can I say about this place? Friendly service. Huge selection of flavors, mods, and tanks. Owner is friendly and conversation was engaging. They made recommendations for flavors that we -love-. The Ice Cola flavor is -AMAZING- and truly tastes carbonated. If you live in the Bells Ferry area of Marietta and you vape, youve got to go here.

*PLEASE READ*Since we moved I haven’t been able to find a smoke shop. I’m really picky about smoke shops I go to and the ones I know I’m really close with the people that work their. I finally found 3 around our new house that I always go to! I recently started going to Carbon Smoke & Vape(2543 Bells Ferry Rd #600 Marietta, GA 30066). Been bragging to my wife about their hookahs, even took my brother a couple weeks ago to check them out. I’ve never had ANY problems when I’ve gone until today....finally get to take my wife for the first time today so she could get a new hookah. When we walked in there was a white employee there. She did not greet us...she said nothing. My wife started to walk around the store looking at the hookahs and the employee began to follow her. I got a phone call and stepped to the side and I can see her looking at me from across the store as she was suspicious of something. I walked away. She began to come around the counter to walk in our direction. At this point it’s obvious what she’s doing. She walks up to us and in a VERY suspicious way asked “Can I see y’all I.D?” Making a disgusting face as we didn’t belong. I began to question why she asked for our I.D. NOT BECAUSE SHES NOT SUPPOSED TO but because I’ve been in that store so many times and have NEVER been I.D. On top of that I’ve been in there plenty of times with her in there and was never asked by her. We showed her our I.D and by then we both were disgusted and irritated. My wife no longer wanted to buy a hookah so I just got shisha and coals. As she’s checking me out three white girls, that looked younger then us, walked in. She did not I.D. them! She was pleasant and nice. Asked them how they were doing. Laughing and having a full conversation. My wife asked her “Are you going to I.D them like you did us?” The employees reply was “No. I know them!” I began to point out the fact that I’ve been in this store plenty of times and have never been I.D so what makes them different?! On top of that Carbon Smoke & Vape has a reward system. Where when you shop with them you put in your number and build up points. As she was ringing me out she didn’t even ask if I had an account with them. I said something to her and she looked surprised that I did. She continued to argue that she wasn’t treating us this way because we were black and they were white. Which is a lie! The whole time we were in the store she followed us and gave us nasty looks like we weren’t supposed to be there. She didn’t ask if I had a reward account with them because I guess I don’t look like the type to have one. And she didn’t I.D the three white girls but of course the two black girls with sweat pants and t-shirts on get racially profiled. I’ll NEVER step a foot in this shop again. Coming from a person who’s been in the hookah industry for 5 years, shops at smoke shops AT LEAST two times a week, and have people always coming to me about the best shops to go; Carbon Smoke & Vape will NEVER be on my list again. They lost a loyal CONSISTENT customer because of their racist STORE MANAGER!!

This is the best vape shop I’ve been in. The girl behind the counter is so educated and knowledgeable. She help me find the best vape and they have great prices. She was really informative about all the juices they have and helped me find the best one. 10/10 would recommend this shop!

The owner is very friendly and very knowledgeable, any questions you may have he definitely has the answers. I Purchased $100 piece of glass and when I got home and filled it with water it had a hairline crack and started leaking when I brought the product back they would not return after they just sell me a $100 defective product !! I would now even question the authenticity of their products.. please do not waste your time to smoke shop!!! They are horrible

Ok so I found this place right around when it opened cuz I was going on a trip and needed a vape. They had a nice selection at varying price points. Everything is super organized and the staff really takes care of you, I was talking to the owner today when I bought this incredible water pipe (which I quickly realized and couldnt afforded and the owners was sweet enough to let em exchabge it out for something else)love this place h. It has all of that gangsta glass and then some more ofreasonabke glass
