Flat out rude employees or owners. Old man with white hair could be the biggest jerk Ive ever met in my life. Will not ever come back and will recommend the same to anyone reading this. The cigar shop in sandy springs 10 minutes down the road was much better for selection and overall experience. Theres a reason Cigar Emporium has such a low rating.

New to the neighborhood so I figured Id try this place out. Owner literally walked around with me and was the only one to take the cigars from the boxes..I had to tell him what I wanted. He was playing games on his phone and barely looked up. Would rather drive the 20min to my old cigar place...

Very high prices and won’t honor refunds on worthless cigars that cannot be smoked. Employees think they know everything and are condescending. Recommend driving to next nearest cigar store to ensure you get a positive experience with your purchase.

This neighborhood shop has excellent selection, friendly, knowledgeable staff and decent customers. I like having a nice relaxing place to smoke my cigars when I dont feel like sitting on my patio.I wish more women smoked cigars ;).
