Do not be fooled; this is NOT a comic book store, rather a BY APPOINTMENT comic book collection. Not only did they not answer their phones within listed hours of business, they also do not adequately list directions to find this place. For reference, it’s located on the third floor of an insurance building, no signs, nothing like that though. Was really interested in looking at buying some vintage comics but now at least I know this place is not what it is advertised as. Seriously, don’t even try going to this place.

Drove over an hour to check this place out. Online store only. No actual store to browse at. No such specifics given per Google. You will end up at an Insurance center. The insurance people were very nice, however.

Scam! Scam! Scam! We took our treasured collection to ACC in 2018. We were told the value of our collection was over $14,000. We entered into a contract for commission based sales. Checks became scarce to non-extent after a year or so. Our collection was disappearing but the checks quit coming. Now, it appears by ACC listings online that our collection is gone. We have reached out several times with no response. It’s very frustrating to see our comics in some of his ads boasting of his thriving business. Regretfully, we have been taken advantage of. So sad we’ve lost our treasure!

For a comic book store not to answer the phone for a comic book store not to be in the place where the address says it is after using global positioning it just doesnt exist

Took possession of around 15,000 books at the end of 2019, has listed no new items from the collection since 03-15-2020, I have reached out to them through text, voicemail and email and receive no responses. I have filed a complaint with the BBB as they have not upheld their end of the contract we signed for commission sales and they now are dodging my attempts to speak with them.

I actually wanted to think that since it had more good reviews than bad that the defensive and snarky responses to the bad ones were warranted.. after visiting a few days ago and noticing that this A) isn’t actually a store to browse, B) there’s a code to get into the door and C) the owner is intensely smug at best, I’m really not inclined to sell or buy from here. I would suggest you go elsewhere if you’re like me and prefer good customer service.

I personally worked with Jeff many years ago when Atlanta Classic Comics was started and even when I left the business I still bought comics from him and sold comics to him Jeff is one of the most honest people I know and have had the privilege to work for and be a customer for as well very knowledgeable and fair on prices still to this day I’m a repeat customer of Atlanta Classic Comics.

Talk about a guy that knows comics! Jeff, the owner of Atlanta Classic Comics- KNOWS his stuff! Super awesome working with him and his team. Mostly an online store, they operate out of a warehouse space. They buy and sell, so if you have a collection you are trying to sell, they will give you a fair price for it. Make sure you check them out on eBay as well.

Tried calling a few times today, it either just rings or goes straight to a voicemail, maps apparently isnt accurate either as it takes you to Farmers Insurance and looks nothing like the picture shown of the location. Slightly disappointing!!!

He has a nasty attitude and will cast you aside if you dont have the comics that are of interest to him. Not even worth dealing with. Has no interest in communication unless he is gaining something from it.

Dishonest. I wouldnt encourage sellingLots of Collectibles here unless you price each piece separately. I thought Jeff was a straight arrow type of guy. I was wrong. Good luck

I called, multiple times, during the store hours listed online; no one answered. After driving out to the shop, the door was locked and no one answered there, either.
