I worked with Daniel from the Print department. It was simply an amazing experience. Daniel is clearly an expert and was able to answer all my questions. He went above and beyond. I will be coming back to work with him again!

The store is convenient and the customer service was very good. Especially Robert, who helped me out and got me on my way.

I was out of ink, so I attempted to get these printed at the store. After being told they were ready, I came in 2 hours after I sent them. Not ready.The gentleman also couldn’t properly print the PDF, it kept putting a white block on the page. I bought ink, came home and within 10 minutes of leaving the store had these printed. All that had to be done was ACTUALLY DOWNLOADING the document, not printing it as a preview. That also corrected the sizing requirements of the other documents. I understand that there was a line and that it would’ve taken an extra 10 seconds to download the file, but making up some excuse about layers and it being my fault is absolutely absurd. Don’t worry though, I still bought ink while I was there: so you all still got my money.I now remember why I cannot stand to get my documents printed at this Office Depot. I’ll continue to drive the extra miles to someone that can properly communicate and print my items.

Dont waste your time using the online print tool here. I put my order in and it said all online orders will be done within an hour. 2 hours later I had not received a confirmation that my order had been completed so I drove there to see what was up and they were not doing my order but were taking multiple new orders from people. So I said screw it and it went to the self-print option and as I was doing that the gentleman behind the print counter called out for the next person and nobody needed anything printed so he went to the break room. My online order was still not done.

They advertise the printers on offer yet they have none in stock and no alternate also.. take what we have thats all we can do is the answer from the CS person

Service is awful. It’s super slow and the employees are very rude. I spent 20 minutes with an employee just to send an envelope. I went to use the FedEx shipping service at the Print and Copy center. The lady took forever playing on her computer to ship my package. Never coming back here. Should’ve went to UPS.

As with every office depot, there are lots of office supplies here. The staff is friendly, but it often seems as though there are not enough of them.Some staffing is hit or miss, such as in the copy area. Sometimes there is a cheerful pro who can handle 3 complex orders at a time, and sometimes theres a young person who is lost in the weeds and feels sheepishly about it.There is plenty of parking both for wheelchairs and regular folks and the prices are good. Check out the sale sections, as there are bargains.

JADE made my experience absolutely amazing. She had an issue with her printer, but she was able to accommodate all of her customers while still not leaving me to feel neglected. I’m starting my business and she was so helpful, so happy to assist and she taught me a few things as well!! Because if Jade I will make the commute to only come to this Office Depot. I am so in shock at how well she treated me. Thank you Jade !

Zero Customer service. Manager Stephanie Borunsky is useless. Rather than helping clients she is just standing and justifying the mistakes of the staff saying we are busy. Austin at copy center is horrible. He doesnt have a clue of copy center and which order is due for which client. After mentioning the the name of the order he searched for 5 min and gave one stack of copies, when I asked is this the only order when I ordered 5000 copies, he said I dIdnt print the order, THEN AFTER INSISTING, he looked JUST below the same folder and gave me two more big boxes of copies. He is rude and doesnt have manners and politeness at all. He is not fit for that store at all. Go to staples rather than spending thousands of dollars at this store.

Jade was AMAZING! I had no clue what I was doing and Jade was extremely patient with us! She went the extra mile and worked with us as we worked through it all. Did I mention Jade managed the store hiccups as they were handed to her store members without breaking a sweat? Thank you thank you thank you

I worked with Kris recently for a printing job and she provided excellent customer service. She was extremely polite and courteous and so patient with the order. She gave me extra attention and was very helpful with guidance on decisions.Unfortunately I personally made an error on my print job and needed it printed again, I called several times and each time spoke with a different gentleman that I could tell they were overwhelmed. I emailed my order and was informed they would get to it as soon as possible. I understand that my error is not their emergency, and when I returned Daniel was able to work with me right away. He had completed my print job prior to my arrival and was so polite and helpful with any additional questions I had. Kris and Daniel were excellent with their customer service and extremely polite!

Came in was respectfully greeted from across the room. I asked for moving boxes and i was directed to the right direction. The boxes was iqn the wrong spot so the guy gave me 5 for 5.00 vs 5 each. I got two bundles so it was a great deal. I was going be cheap and buy like 4-5 boxes but lord did i need more. I needed a 2032 battery and i was able to get it at a slight premium to market average but savings outweighed that cost

So, immediately after a bad experience at their sister store, I have to say that this store was great! Took care of everything I needed at the copy/print center without questions! Jordan really knows what she is doing! Very friendly and professional. This will be the store I go to for anything office related (home or business)!

We arrived just before closing. Staff was very helpful and kind, and didnt mind staying a little late. We werent rushed whatsoever. I will certainly return!

Spoke with a manager today and really was impressed with the kindness of information I received about my job search.

Slowest place imaginable makes the Tag office, Post Office, and the slowest ER visit seem like a joyous occasion compared to this place. The manager is a joke and must write the employee hand book on how to be slower then snails. If you dont value your time and enjoy aging in an office supply store while waiting to check out or get something from the back an office chair this is your paradise.

The people are very nice and helpful in finding what I needed. The manager is really nice and helping me find a new printer for my office I recommend you guys go to the Office Depot and the prices are reasonable.

Incredibly slow print shop. Seriously, if you need copies or to print something, it is faster to drive further down Cobb and hit the one by best buy. Seriously.

Had to wait awhile to get pics printed, the young lady did not know how to print pics correctly nor the correct paper quality to use. Print shop needs more training for the Workers.

The service was great. Teamwork was lacking. He asked for help because of the line and no one came to his rescue. Yet one guy wasnt even busy and had no customers.

I love this location this nice lady named Kat helped me pick out a great printer very helpful and knowlegable about the products they are selling.

I mostly purchase office supplies online from an approved vendor. (not office depot) However this location is 2 minutes from work so I stop in once or twice a month when I need something right away.There is a walmart a quarter of a mile away and I know I could get things for less there, but I much prefer going to Office Depot. If I have questions it is a breeze to get help. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I can get in and out in 5 minutes too. None of this is possible at walmart and it is worth spending a bit more for the service and convenience.

This is the slowest place I have ever been to. No one is available to help you or to check you out. I should not have to beg for them to take my money, they obviously dont need it. The workers had horrible attitudes and did not care when people went to complain. Every one in there was complaining and no one tryed to help us.

Incredibly poor service, I ask for a plastic binder to fix my sons piano book and I was told by the gentlemen in the counter that their machine is OUT OF ORDER, and he noted -they dont know when the technician will come out to fix it! Really?... This type of binding task is part of your business how in the world youre running your shop / business if your binders are broke, unbelievable. ..

I understand your store policy and can read just fine but your management needs to learn a little empathy rather than smug responses and turned backs. Youve just lost a customer, though based on the actions of your management staff, I assume you couldnt care less.

I use them a lot for mail services. Today just copier usage. Insert credit card, push slot of buttons and eventually a copy comes out.$.12 a copy.

There were employees just standing around not helping customers in need I had to go up to an employee who seen me struggling to find what I was looking for to ask for help
