Decent selection of office products. Very pricey. Abysmal customer service, especially when it comes to returns. Wont be back.

I should’ve look at the reviews before ordering with their printing services. I’ve been a faithful customer with staples for printing for several years now so I understand the process of orders and what to expect. At a suburb location during a non busy day it usually takes 2-3 hours to process an order. This is a location with minimal traffic and they still will take as much time as they can to process your order. SUPER INCONVENIENT. Ordered postcards and a book early this morning, just to call this location to check on the order towards the end of the day and ask if they started on my order yet and they tell me no. I was pretty shocked but I kept it cool. Call back a few hours to check on the order just for them to say the machine is out of order! NOW I HAVE NO POSTCARDS TO USE FOR BUSINESS TOMORROW! THANKS FOR THE BAD BUSINESS! No longer a customer for Staples as they have been going down the drain as far as quality customer service and experience the last couple of years! Will be taking my money to people who actually care about their customers! And y’all need to move that girl who answered the phone today for the printing department because her attitude sounded like she doesn’t like her job! Ashamed of this location! Never again

Prime example why Staples his heading towards extinction. I needed a new ac power adapter for my laptop. I headed to this store knowing that I would be paying a bit more for an instant replacement. The least expensive adapter for my computer was $69.99. I was like no way they can be that high so I searched on Amazon. I was able to order a replacement for $12.99 and free next day shipping. Staples was charging a 500% percent markup. No thanks.

We called the store regarding the 2nd Keurig Coffee Maker weve purchased from the store in 90 days that has malfunctioned and stopped working altogether. Their return policy is 14 days. We werent asking for our money back because we didnt have the receipt. We called to simply INFORM them that this was the second time it has happened. The store manager, Chris response was, its probably just your bad luck. FYI, we OWN a business in the area and have gone to this store about once per week for office supplies. Guess what? We wont be going here or any other Staples ever again. Hows that for bad luck Chris?

The best group of professionals at this location. Lisel, Zoe and Sam B helped me print my documents and was very patient in helping me to meet a RFP bid deadline. They assisted with store products offerings with great consultation service to help me to package and mail out a great packaged product, for a solicitation. Thanks again, for you help and excellent customer service. Clean store and very friendly service.

They have no problem selling the soda stream machines, but they have a continuous problem keeping the refills in stock. Heres a free business tip: If customers keep buying something enough to clear out the shelves, order some more and make some more money. Genius, I know. Maybe even order some more when theyre running low, not 18 weeks after youve completely run out. Youre paying for that shelf space, might as well use it.

After much research concerning a printer, went to Staples . I was pleasantly surprised by the time and expertise, including registering the printer, Brooks gave me in purchasing the best choice. The experience I had will cause me to consider Brooks and the Staples at this location for any future purchase.

I went in on a Sunday morning. I wandered around until I was ready, declining assistance until then. Finally ready to buy, I found an associate and he helped me with all my questions then directed me to the manager. He confirmed and further answered my questions. He then helped me pick out everything I’d need for my home office. We got everything loaded in my car and I was on my way. Five star service!!

This locatiom ships UPS. VERY convenient. Great experience in print/copy (Begay was resourceful and patient. Easy to work with. Went above and beyond). Cashier at checkout was also Very customer friendly.

Very impressed with Blake who works in the print and shipping area. Very helpful and personable really shows that he cares about helping people. Its always a challenge to keep good people hope you do what it takes to keep Blake. I can use the new website to create business cards on demand and I find it user friendly especially when you want to test a concept not print a lot of cards.They continue to impress me with fast and friendly service. If Blake is not there, ask for Kimberly. Great team at this store

Today was a first for me. My mother has raved about the great employees at the Staples on Dallas Highway for years. She has multiple business needs and are always helpful. Today I needed help and once again the printing staff stepped up to the plate. The team today were: Begay, Nick and LaTyaih. This experience is why customers return.Thanks so much!

I am about to be done with Sally’s because of poor customer service. I was the only one in the store this morning. One saleswoman was there who I guess woke up on the wrong side of bed. The shampoo I was looking for was empty on the shelf, but I thought I would ask the lady because a lot of times they can order or tell you a store that does have it. That’s good customer service!!!. Did I get that here?. No I did not!. I asked the lady if the shampoo is out of stock. She said “yep” not yes and just rudely walked off, no other customer service. Thanks for letting me know you do not want a loyal shopper, shopping in your store!!!

I came to this Staples location to purchase items I needed for my sons science fair project! I was greeted by a very helpful sales associate that made my experience seemless! Additionally, I noticed the store was very well stocked, organized, and clean! As we headed through the check out line I noticed that the cashier was also very pleasant and efficient with getting us in and out! I highly recommend this location!

As soon as I walked in Brooks asked if he could help me find something. He pointed which aisle to go to. He was on the register and was checking another customer out. I went straight to what I needed. When I went to check out he suggested liquid screen protector for my phone. My phone is brand new (only 2 days old), so I really dont need it yet. So Brooks gave me a small card with literature about the product so when I need it I will remember to come back to staples to get it. Informative, friendly, and helpful. Good job Brooks.

Though staffing lower than years past.. still good team members and basic office items available. Bought printer recently..and good stock levels and variety.

Went in to print wedding invitations and was a little unsure of what I was doing. Jake, in the printing department, was incredibly helpful and supportive. I absolutely recommend taking invitations there and I am extremely grateful for all of his help - especially given that it was on a very busy Saturday!

Store was very clean. Not much for traffic. Staff was very helpful. They do not offer teacher discounts so I was a bit disappointed. Inventory was low for simple desk items such as pencil/pen holders and such. Most stuff is cutesy and geared towards their female shoppers. I was shopping for my husbands new office and left empty handed.

So coming from a Ex employee of this store in particular. The way Management treats employees and customers alike is a complete disgrace. The store 0575 Old manager Stacey was a complete racist and cared more about moving than she did taking care of the employees. The store is always a mess and Management leaves everything to the last minute to set up and blames the employees. 🤷🏼‍♀️. They’re so disrespectful you can’t even send a Two week’s notice because all they will do is ignore the email and scratch you off the schedule. As an employee of staples you are replaceable and they couldn’t care less about it.

I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR 72 minutes just trying to find out if they have gotten my online print order! This place is unbelievable! Never seen such unorganization in my life.Maybe if they hired people who actually cared then they might give some decent service. Where is the management!

Prices can be high but staff are always helpful and willing. If you need something and cannot wait for it, good place to go.

Very bad customer service, person did not try to do her best in serving the customer. Wasn’t that knowledgeable of the different options, store assistant knew more. It was a very frustrating ordeal I just left the store and went somewhere else.

Ordered business cards from here even after reading the bad reviews. Im glad i did because this store is full of great helpful people. when i asked why they had bad reviews they told me the store is under new management and has new employees running it. If you need anything in your office this is the place to go. fast and friendly service.

We were looking for an inexpensive desk but most of them didnt have prices. When we finally got someone to check prices for us and picked a desk it took forever to get checked out even though there were only a couple people in line and no one had very much to buy.

Incompetent, unprofessional and terrible management.

We usually have really good experiences at this print center, but not this time. We had to have a reprint on a poster. Yolanda said it would be only 20 minutes. We came back an hour later and she had not cut it yet. She also bent another customers poster several times trying to move it so she could cut ours, and then asked me if I could move it for her.

Lousy service!!! We ordered a locking storage cabinet. First cabinet arrived damaged. We called and filed a complaint, and they agreed to have the damaged cabinet picked up the following day and a new one delivered at the same time. They didnt live up to their commitment. I called at 3:30 on the day the new one was to arrive, and was told it was on the truck and was out for delivery. At 4:35pm - still no show. So, I called again - and this time they checked with the warehouse - who checked with the driver - who relayed that he would not be able to deliver it today, and indicated it would be the next day. Unfortunately - they cannot say what time the next day - just sometime. Lousy service!!! And, this is the company who is buying Office Depot - who recently bought Office Max? Really? The future doesnt look bright for office supplies!!!

Marietta, GA - location - Stood in line for 20 minutes for a simple binding before leaving the store in frustration as it seemed like I had at least another ten to go. Its Saturday and the store has one person staffing the copy/printing area. She was trying her best to assist people, but the area she was working in was disorganized. It took her the better part of five minutes to assist someone with resume paper selection because she couldnt find the full selection of samples. They were scattered in two different places and mixed into a mess. The sad fact is the presence of three other team members standing around watching this poor woman struggle to keep up with line for service. Three people, to include myself, just left. Cha-ching, Cha-ching. #poorcustomerservice #badreview #lostrevenue #lifetimevalueofacustomerWill stick with my go-to UPS stores going forward. And, will be reconsider the corporate business I do with Staples.

I’ve been going to this staples location for several years now and printing comics with wes (and andrew before him). they’ve been outrageously helpful in assisting me each and every time, to the point of absurdity. i’ve done surveys and spoken to store leads but this time let me leave a public google review: please shop here! if you need help with copying, printing, tech, and everything else, this is your store. be sure to hit up the back clearance wall, too! thanks again to wes and andrew for always being kind and exemplifying good service.

Terrible customer service. Very slow. Do not answer the phone. Sat on phone waiting for someone to answer for 15 min. Went ahead and drove to store where I waited forever for someone to help me. While waited I listened to the intercom repeat over and over again that there were calls waiting. This place sucks.

Had a book spine cut off and spiraled. When I got the book back it was completely disorganized. Chapters were mixed up and out of order and spiral was placed on the wrong side of the page. Had them redo the book and they still could not get it right. I have missing pages and chapters mixed up. Absolutely horrible service and crappy quality of work. Wont be going there for my business needs or anything else for that matter.

The genlemen at the printing station were very nice paitent and helpful helpful .. The young lady at the register, I just loved her vibe, the way she had happiness and kindness in her voice makes 3 GREAT customer service workers..

The customers there a horrible!! Some lady was yelling at an associate just because they wouldnt make the price 10 cents cheaper! If you cant afford 10 cents, then you probably should get a higher paying job in the first place lol The only why I put 3 stars is because the store seemed a little dirty. Corporate needs to upgrade the store! Paint the walls, get new flooring, and put new carpet! Oh and the bathroom is DISGUSTING!!!

The UPS shipping has limited capabilities. For full UPS services you have to go elsewhere. I wish they would let you know that on their signs outside of their store.

Went to grab a couple hard drives. They have display boxes here instead of the actual items. I picked out two different drives and of course neither of them were in stock. Thats the problem with having empty displays instead of actual inventory!! Waste of my time. Thank god for Amazon.

The print shop seems to be their bread and butter, yet it is never properly staffed. Long lines, endless wait times on the phone. Usually just one poor guy or girl back there with a deer in headlights look on their face. Do yourself a favor and take your print jobs elsewhere.

Went in to mail off a return package from ebay and the customer service person helping me was in fact an ebay seller and he helped me out alot. Was able to ship package via UPS and getting a tracking label. Great customer service on that mans part! In case you didnt know, you can ship UPS or USPS from here!

I go here a lot and the staff at the printing center have no customer service skills. They dont do a good job of acknowledging customers or workinh in a timely manner. I have had a couple of good experiences with cashiers but unfortunately most of what I do is with the printing centsr. Wish I didnt have to go here at all, I go to fedex kinkos whenever I can.

Store hours have changed from what they post on the internet. Just wasted 30 minutes of my life trusting their web site.

Price online is always lower than in store. They will match the online price of you bring it up on your phone or use their computer in the store. My problem is why not just have the lowest price in store and online.

Claims they will price match to Amazon but when you actually try to price match a product they will decline it regardless of what they claim. According to a store associate they will only go down by $10 to price match so its not even a true price match. They also wont even match a price when the manufacturer sells the same exact product for less.
