Went for the first time today, and gotta say I love it! Its small and cozy, and the owner Berry is so sweet and easy to talk to. So sad that theyre closing soon!!
Im ecstatic that this shop is in Marietta! Im mainly a weaver but also knit some. They have a fantastic selection of yarn including eco, humane, and hand-dyed. Its so nice to have non-acrylic options. This yarn is so much better than what big-box craft stores offer. Friendly staff!
What a beautiful store. They have a little bit of everyhting. Owners are super friendly and knowledgeable.
Barrie was super helpful and knowledgeable! Super cute and cozy store, plus good selection of yarns. Will be back!
If youre a yarn lover, this shop is literal heaven! Cozy atmosphere, incredible yarns in an array of gorgeous colors, all of the tools you need to create your own pieces, and fun patterns to purchase. I recently bought the crochet slipper pattern and cant wait to get started. Be sure to check out their hand dyed custom yarns that you will only find here, and grab yourself and bag of tea (or two) to take home as well. If you have any questions or youre stuck on a project, the owner is extremely helpful and knowledgeable! She also offers classes on different projects and techniques in both crochet and knit, with a schedule listed online. Regardless of your taste in yarn or level of ability, Craft Yarn Co has something for everyone.
Such an amazingly wonderful yarn store. The owner was so sweet and the yarn is absolutely gorgeous! I could easily spend the day just looking at the yarn. I cant wait to make something with my beautiful new yarn. I look forward to shopping here again soon.
Small shop but really friendly staff. Great LYS.
Precious place full of magical yarn and cute oddities. The owners are super helpful and know everything there is to know about knitting. Do yourself a favor and go there. Buy some stuff and learn a new craft if you arent already knitting or crocheting.
Really nice shop with a good selection of yarn and accessories. The owners were very nice and helpful.
Owner Barry [girl] was very helpful & enthusiastic for all things kitting. Her yarns were high end options with education about what each type was best for and how it would hold up to wearing & washing. She offers a sit & stitch classes on Tuesday evenings.
Crochet class teacher was not prepared. Spent almost one hour on her phone looking for a project. This was a 2 hour class. The craft shop and the owner was wonderful with large variety of yarn that is hard to find in Rome.
I love this little shop - friendly and helpful!! I still love knitmade scarf with Sublime yarns from there! I ll miss this shop when it would be moving to Cobb county.
