The girl waited on 2 people & greeted me. She said she would be right with me.When she finished with them, she walked away, was hanging out with one of the other girls & playing on her phone while I was standing there waiting patiently for service. I finally walked out.Also, many of the flavors were mislabeled or not labeled at all.This location did have a competent staff. Nobody wants to work anymore.

Im back and forth with this place. It looks like new staff so im giving a new review. I rated it a 1 before. I never ate baskins b4 so i gave that a try has well. I always perfer their donuts over other places. The ice cream was actually really good was surprised. Please if you care about customer service remove the 24 hour from your advertisements. Update your hours!! Leaving you home for a craven that can not be meet and waisting time, gas, only increases the likelihood of losing customers to your brand. The one star represents the memory we shared. 😢

Its just okay, as this location seems not to be a complete Baskin Robbins location alone. We went at around 11pm and it had nothing apart from vanilla flavour. However it should be a good location during day time rush !

BR ice cream is always good. This location has World Class Chocolate flavor which is not at every store which is a plus. They also have the most beautiful Eritrean woman working behind the counter. This is also a plus!

This Baskin-Robbins location is the best in the entire area. The ice cream is consistently smooth with zero of the frost that kills the ice cream at all of the other locations Ive been to in the the area.

Worst experience ever considering we were locked from coming inside. As we are walking up to the door, one of the workers sprints to the door to lock us out. Keep in mind there are many customers sitting inside enjoying themselves. It was embarrassing and incredibly rude. They are open 24 hours yet sprint to lock it and keep us out. Will never come back. Horrible treatment

I hate to give this place a 2 star review on just 1 experience. However they did not have strawberry or chocolate ice cream and is the hottest day-of Spring. The lady who took my order acted as if this was normal and assumed it wasnt a big deal. Seems to have poor management with little expectation from team members

Ordered my sons birthday cake a week ahead of time - not there when I went to pick it up on his birthday. Explanation - the person who delivers them didnt get around to it?!

Came for ice cream asked for multiple favors and out of all five really who doesnt carry cookies and cream... Why call yourself 31 flavor a if you DONT HAVE IT....

DISGUSTED! When I drove up, the guy was definitely outside smoking, not even sure if he washed his hands before he made my order.But that wasnt the worst part.I order a single scoop in a waffle cone & after a few bites, I took off the baskin robins paper that comes on the cone only to discover the entire thing was complete mush and It couldnt have been from my ice cream because it looked like something spilled on the outside of the cone, like maybe old ice cream, & it dried up, coating almost the entire bottom half of my cone in something completely unidentifiable. Needless to say I am disgusted and wont be returning to any baskin robins locations anytime soon

To give them one star is cutting them some slack. That was the worst experience I have ever had. They forced us to go through drive thru and decide on what we wanted with no flavor menu in the drive thru they didnt have any thing we wanted and the lady was getting impatient with us because we didnt know what we wanted. Then when we asked her what flavors there were she just stared blankly at me and said we have 31 flavors. Really...I know that, what kind are there...then when ever we asked for a flavor they either were out or it was discontinued. I finally decided after all this to get a banana split only to find out they were out of bananas. No excuses for this terrible store and their horrible service. Will not be returning

Bought a pretty cake for my little cousin birthday

Claims to be 24 hours but when I went by it looked closed. When I called they said they would be open 10 more minutes. Show up. Go through the drivethru and they have no menu to say what flavors or icecream they have. Ask for a hot fudge sundae. No, we are out of hotfudge. Okay, then Ill have a warm brownie sundae. We are out of brownies, too. Oh, okay...Ill have a Reeses layered sundae. No, we are out of those too. All while laughing loudly. After that, we just drove off. Obviously someone either was too lazy to make our food or they didnt do any prep beforehand. This isnt the first time Ive went there and them literally not have anything on the menu.

The worst place and there is a woman is acting badly with people. I went with my wife there and the door was closed,while it is 24h. I also saw people were eating inside. There is a man saw us trying to enter the store, and he allowed us to enter. However, the woman told us to go out and we just wanted to ask her a question we couldnt. They sould respect people.

You want a Banana Royale? Sounds fancy and luxurious. The picture showing perfectly cut bananas, caramel sauce, cookie crumbs, all surrounding 3 mountainous lumps of vanilla ice cream. Sorry to inform, but you will be receiving the Banana Peasant, with 2 lumps of boring vanilla and 5 banana medallions. No sauce. No crumbles, no Royale.Also, if you enjoy doughnuts,To your delight, this establishment is also attached to a Dunkin Doughnuts. The doughnuts themselves are publicly displayed.... outside of the building sitting 20 feet near dumpster. Its okay though. To my chagrin, they were covered on a speed-rack with saran-wrap so that my taste of Marietta swiftly thwarted. I do enjoy the taste of a dry doughnut infused with the aromas of the street. Flavours such as: Rattus norvegicus, Blattella germanica, and the musk of our fellow Urban Outdoorsmen. How long do they sit outside to marinate in the turbulent plethora of noxious aromas? Its a mystery as they were left unattended and shunned from the building like John Snow was from Lady Starks heart.

What a waste of time. Not open 24 hours as others have mentioned. Employees quit around 9 and smoke cigs outside, staring down anyone driving close- see photo.
