Joseph and Haley were amazing to work with and made my beautiful, custom engagement ring. Joseph was very patient, had great ideas throughout the design process, and never made us feel pressured to decide quickly on the design. I just got engaged on Saturday and went in on Thursday to get my ring resized. They said I could get it the following Thursday. Unfortunately I was leaving town that day to go get engagement photos done in Denver. She spoke with the gentleman who does the resizing and they said I could get it the following Wednesday which I was very appreciative of. Not even two hours later I got a text saying my ring was ready for pick up! Not only was their service exceptional but every employee in there was so kind and always smiling! We were so happy with the final ring we went back to David Douglas to have a ring designed for our daughter with stones from her grandmothers ring. DDD created an awesome custom engagement ring and I dont know how I did it but I cracked one of the begets. The cost was actually lower to fix my engagement ring than what the insurance company told me it would cost. The new prongs on my ring are far better than they were from where the ring was purchased originally (at another jeweler). The ring is over 10 years old and it looks BRAND NEW! I would highly recommend their service! 5 stars!!

My 9 year old daughter recently had her ears pierced and lost one of her sterling silver earrings. While out running errands, I popped in here on a whim to see if I could find a replacement for a reasonable cost. Joe helped us, and he was so kind and professional. He spent time with us looking at options and actually downsold a white gold pair that he ordered in sterling silver. (My daughter just loved the experience and shopping in a real jewelry store for herself.) The total came to $26, but we were treated like we were spending $2600. In my experience, not many jewelry stores take this amount of time and care with a customer at this price point... I would have been told sorry and shooed out the door. Amazing customer care! Christmas is coming up, and I have already told my family where to go for jewelry this year. Thanks, Joe!

Awesome experience! I got a custom engagement ring done here and it was the right choice. Some things stuck out to me about the process:-custom ring done for a non custom price. I would have paid more for a generic ring at a big box store than I did for a custom one here. I loved designing the ring, and their team was super helpful in the process.-3D printing. I got a plastic version of my ring before it went to production. It was great to see and feel it before the real one was made.-free cleanings and lifetime warranty. I thought I’d only get this perk at the bigger stores, but was pleasantly surprised to know it came with this one as well.-customer service. Joseph was a pleasure to work with, including the support after the purchase with a resizing.I wouldn’t buy a ring anywhere else.

However, I worked specifically with Joseph and Winston. They both were accommodating and knowledgeable during my custom ring design and build. Their technology and capabilities to utilize it were far beyond anything I could have hoped for. From the digital design from the pictures I provide, to the plastic 3-D models to try out. I have been a silver and goldsmith hobbyist for the past 10 years and have a studio at home where I make gold and silver jewelry so I know a good bit about jewelry. I shared that with the sweet young lady at the counter and she allowed for me to step back and speak to the jeweler whom was so sweet and knowledgeable!! She showed me where my diamonds were loose and the process that she Would use in order to replace some pieces of my setting so that the diamonds would stay secure. What a wonderful experience! When my husband picked up my rings the sales lady said that the jeweler knew that I made jewelry so she took extra care with my wedding set! When I saw my rings I was amazed with how shiny and new my wedding set looked!! It looked as good as it did when I got married 20 years ago!!! It looked so pretty that I had to leave a review for them because I didn’t know anything about this company before I visited them as I googled for a diamond/jewelry company near me and found them.
