If youre looking to buy you will get a fair deal because of the pawn store prices they offer sellers. No coin grading at all is used, only sight and then quick offer. As they sale and make 100% profit off of sellers. No need to drive to this location when you can be offered the same prices for your coins at any near by pawn shop. There is never anything special about pawn shop service. Dont be fooled by what you read, I was.

A post was created on Facebook of a lot of silver plated items. The entire lot was posted for $500, however I was only interested in some of the items as I would be using them as centerpieces for a wedding. I contacted Mandy regarding the post asking if she would piece the items out as opposed to the entire lot. She encouraged me to come into the store where we could choose which pieces wed be interested in and they would create a price from there.Today, My mother, friend and I drove the 30 minutes to their store where we proceeded to go through the 4 boxes of plated silver items. While still sorting through the final box, the owner hovered and scoped the pieces I was choosing. After choosing about a box and a half worth, the owner proceeded to pull some of the most beautiful pieces from my pile claiming he needed something interesting to add to the rest of the pieces to make it appealing. He saw the look in my eye as he pulled my favorite piece, which had a matching miniature version to go with it. After the battle of which pieces I would receive, he proceeded to weight the items to give me a price of $250.00 - half of the original posts worth (Remember, this was less than half of the items posted. Plated silver is not worth $5.00/lb. I understand that this is a business and a profit must be made to survive, however a bird in the hand is worth more than two in the bush. You can rest assured that we will never step foot back in this location.

I have a 2.4 carat diamond that was decent quality. They seemed to know everything about it after looking at it intensely for about 10 minutes. The grade that they gave it matched the appraisal that I had exactly. They pulled up the value on some program that they have which valued the stone at $10,200.After they made the offer of $9235 I decided to hold on to it for a while. I did shop it a little bit to so called diamond specialists. The other offers were between $4500-$7750. The guy that offered $4500 kept going up on his offer by $500 every 30 seconds until he was finally at $6000. I felt like I was at a used car dealership.I did not end up selling it yet but I will likely bring it back in a few weeks to see if their offer still stands.Thank you very much and I will be back

Rob was great! I brought my diamond ring in to sell. I was not looking forward to letting my ring go but desperately needed the money. To my surprise Rob worked out a loan instead so I will be able to keep my ring after all for a very reasonable price. Very professional! I will definitely recommend this place !

I would recommend them. They were very forthcoming about their pricing structure and very efficient. Although their prices are fair, they were a bit short with me on the phone. I also had to wait in line for 20 minutes to see the buyer but in the end it was worth the wait. It felt a little off putting but I guess it all comes down to what they pay.

I brought in several items, including a piece of broken necklace, which the gold buyer told me was 10k. I asked how he knew, and he said he would see a 14k marking if it were 14k (there was no marking at all as it was obviously a segment of a larger piece). Super lame answer, as I know there are other methods but I let it slide as I was new at this. However, when I did find the rest of the necklace, it was clearly marked 14k. In addition, all the weighing and such is done out of sight behind a high counter so I will go elsewhere in the future as I now question the integrity of this business.

I have looked at all reviews and none of the bad ones were legit! Rob works out of a re purposed BANK! Yes you do have to wait your turn: They are busy helping other customers and when they get to you they will give you the same kind and courteous service they give me. One person even said he used a kitchen scale first at home and did the math etc... What?I admit Rob is kinda quiet but I can tell you now he is a serious business man! The last time I went in and purchaser some coins he weighed everything on an expensive scale turned towards me and calculated up the price right there. I have a written sales receipt to refer to and the last thing he told me was, I will always buy back anything I sell to you.I will continue to use Rob whenever I can and Ive recommended him to a lot of people! Always satisfied.

Gold and Coin Exchange will try to STEAL your gold. They dont weigh the gold in fornt of you. After an offer was made I checked the math and for what they were offering it was off by $400! When I asked about the discrepancy the sales associate became extremely hostile and threw my gold at me saying he didnt want to buy it anymore. Be very wary! Not the best in town!

I went 3 weeks ago after a loved ones funeral. I didn’t know that I needed an appointment...I was buzzed in by a worker, who clearly acted like he didn’t have time for me. I was told to separate my coins and the coins most were worthless, due to their condition. I asked a few questions, however, He spoke to me as if I was wasting his time. My advice “Don’t do business here”!
