I actually used to be a manager at Big lots! But after getting to know dozens of people that were at the same level they came into the company at 14 years later I realized it is probably not the company for me. But Big lots is a great company for America. What they do is find companies and companies find Big lots and they work out a deal so that companies that have large amounts of inventory of items that are about to become historical Big lots stepson and buys them from the company so the company gets cash Big lots gets a good deal on stuff and passes this savings on the customers. Sometimes Big lots is able to go into a situation where a company is going under and they buy out all their inventory obviously itll be a great discount helping the company to pay for its last bills before it goes under and the customers can get some top of the line equipment at bargain prices. But you do not want to go work there because theres no chance for advancement.

Love big lots..... they have everything for a good price. I cant come in here and not spend $100 when I see all the deals they have. I was even able to find some nice stuff for the house. I love that this store sells furniture as well.

I always like coming too this Big Lots. I definitely always seem to find things that I never find at any other Big Lots. Plus its just really good feel to the place. If u ever find yourself looking for some affordable furniture this is a good place to start your look.

I love the prices, I was able to get a complete living room set, complete dining room set, two area rugs, and the accent chair, for under $1,200 for everything. I would highly recommend this store if youre shopping on a budget and want high quality Furniture thats going to impress and last a very long time.

So, I walked into big lots on Sunday afternoon the 15th of March 2021. Went to the Funiture side and there were two sales people, a lady and a young guy. They were finishing with another customer and I was expecting after they were done, someone would come help me out. I was going to buy a mattress and a living room. To my surprise, they finished with the other customer and didn’t even bother to approach me or even ask from a distance if I had found what brought me to the store. I could see the manager also coming and going to the back with no bother of whether I was being catered for. Am disappointed in the service I got from them. Used to be a good store to go buy stuff, but I’ll probably try another big lots.

Great service and selection. This store is very clean and well stocked and impeccably organized. The grocery aisles are packed with hidden treasures at a price you cant argue with! I will definitely be making a return trip very soon!

It looks very old from outside but the place really has some good stuff. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. I have visited this place few times and I always find something nice at a very decent price. I usually go in the morning s when its not too crowded.

My husband and I came in looking for furniture and we had an outstanding experience. From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out. Greg was amazing giving us the most wonderful customer service EVER. I’m really big on how I am treated in someone else’s place of business. We where able to purchase a bed and Greg even helped us find a cheap way for delivery . My experience doesn’t stop there uralonda the cashier gave us great customer service at checkout. She was very patient and friendly.

Need more space. The aisles are extremely narrow. Could work on customer service as well. Many people in line only one register and other employees standing around talkingNot a good look

Even though the shopping center that this Big Lots is in is going through construction and remodeling the inside of the store is so organized and clean the best Ive ever been in as far as Big Lots is concerned and the staff is very friendly and helpful they acknowledge every person that walks in the door when you walk into the store not to mention that the store now has some pretty cool things at very reasonable prices Id go back again suggest you check it out

I like all big lots... This store has a huge furniture section though much of it looks the same just different colors... The store is a bit unorganized but not to the point that you cant find what youre looking for. The parking lot is shared with other businesses but you wont have an issue finding a spot. Easy in easy out...

Unique finds, gluten free selections, interesting products and helpful staff make visiting this location especially pleasing. Ive been there twice and both times left with things I havent seen elsewhere. From garden gnomes to reusable water bottles to noodles and gf brownie brittle, Ive enjoyed my purchases.

Pretty nice for an older Big Lots. Furniture staff is always greeting and helpful. Love the staff in general always the nicest and chatty cashier...in a good way. The restroom is a little dingy... but accessible.

Got there when the store was about to close. Was able to run in and get what I needed and get out quick. The store was neat and clean and the customer service rep was friendly.

A convenient store to go to for a wide range of items. Anything from furniture, household items, groceries, health and beauty items, holiday decorations, etc at very reasonable prices. With a Big Lots card they will offer 20 percent weekends throughout the year.

Great place for some cheap goods. Sometimes the checkout line moves very slowly, but its not a reason to stay away.

Probably one of the better Big Lots in the area, especially as far as the employees are concerned. They are much nicer and more helpful than other big lots in the area. A little while back, one employee working the furniture part was especially helpful.

I was kinda disappointed, I had heard that they had DVD and Blu-ray DVDs on sale. They had some but no true things worth adding to my library. The store was truly very clean and organized and will return soon.

The furniture dept staff Amy and Greg are very helpful, professional and patient. They made the buying experience very smooth.

I shop at this location once or twice a week. I bought headphones. The wont keep a charge. I lost receipt . The couldnt pull it up with my reward card. They basically dont care if i shop there anymore . I spoke with store manager . She acted like she can careless . She couldnt be bothered .I will not shop at this location ever again .Its the worst customer service i have received in a very long time .

The shelves are somewhat bare and you may only find a few items of a particular brand of merchandise. Theres usually a coupon for regular customers available almost every month.

This has to be one of the most depressing shopping centers in the metro region. First off the Big Lots is nice and clean but no bargains here unless you are price ignorant. The furniture is best described as mobile home cica 1980. For the love of humanity just close this horrible shell of a plaza. I need my Prozac.

Its big lots.....you shop you save. Its not Wal-Mart and its not the dollar store. Its like a hybrid of many stores. Ill tell you this. Customer service is good and the store is clean and neat.

Big Lots was an unusual store where you could find great items (odd lots) at discounts, now, its simply yesteryear products at todays prices, nothing great. The store itself is usually rundown and the employees are usually rude rude.

Many of the prices are not marked. Sticker shock at the cash register.
