Update - T-Mobile Store Manager called me and was able to grant me a $100 credit for the watch I purchased. I am changing my review from two stars to five as she went above what was asked and made the purchase right.I went to store to purchase a Galaxy Watch. 40mm was free with new line. Three employees and I were the only ones in the store. I said I wanted to get the free watch deal with the purchase of a new $10 line. The employee brought out the watch. I signed 5 pages of a contract. When I got home he gave the 44mm watch which was $100. I called but was told I would have to pay a restocking fee and would not be credited the $35 convenience fee.I kept the 44mm watch and feel like the employee knew he was out of the 40mm and switched it on me on purpose.

At first, I had a great experience at the store. The staff was very courteous and polite. I walked away feeling great with my new purchases. It was one that I hadn’t seen on their website. I was told that If I go with that plan it still accomplished what I was wanting and would cost only $40 more a month. It would save me money compared to the plan I had. I was told the discounts would start taking effect in a month or two. Unfortunately its been six months and I’m actually paying $65 more a month. If I would have known that ahead of time, I wouldnt have switched plans.

Went to upgrade my wife’s phone and mine at this location. We met with Tim to discuss our options. Tim let us know we could upgrade to a better plan that would fit our needs and it would be cheaper than our old plan with T mobile. Saved us money right from the start.Upon inspection for our phones trade in value, my didn’t pass due to a crack on the back of my phone. Tim let me know of some good options where I could fix my phone so I could qualify for the trade in. Wife’s phone passed and we upgraded hers. Since we were changing plans and getting an upgraded phone with a trade in, our bill was going to look “a little different.” Tim took the time to throughly explain what to expect with our bill for the next two months.Great experience. Very helpful and the staff is always looking out for the customer. Couldn’t recommend more.

Came into the store to upgrade my older iPhone. Immediately was met by Keyon and Jordan who were both were super nice . They helped me with choosing a new phone, set everything up for me and even helped me with accessories for it. The whole time they were both pleasant to work with and I didnt feel pressure into buying anything I didnt need. My experience with the store and with the staff was a pleasant one. Will definitely visit this store in the future if I have a need to do so.

She assisted John in helping me get a new phone and new iPad. Working as a team to get me done fast. I got a great deal on a case screen protector and new earbuds. Very pleasant. Dreadful experience - I went in and specifically asked if I switched over to Sprint would they buy out my AT&T contract and the answer given was yes up to $650, once you get your final bill bring it in and we will complete the buyout. Of course when I take the bill in now the story has changed. The employee had no clue what the policies or offers were and had to check with someone else who was off. Couple of days later I get a rambling incoherent phone call from another employee who is unsure of procedure but is going to check the tapes Week passes and I call back after no response and get The manager who tells me she thought the matter was resolved and then goes into yet a third rambling explanation with no real info. Bottom line is stay away, they dont know what they are doing and are no help at all after they botch your order.

Had to purchase a new phone today. I was assisted by Keyon & Justin. They both had very extensive product knowledge, which helped make my decision on which phone I went with very easy. Keyon assisted me on changing my monthly plan, because he saw a plan that would give us everything we needed at a much more discounted price. The whole process was very easy and transparent. I would recommend asking for either of these gentleman when going into this location.

I went in to change my phone from Verizon. Try getting service there when they are busy. I was greeted by a wonderful lady named Rachelle. She helped me transfer my new phone over quickly and explained everything so I could understand exactly what she was saying. That was a first time ever in over 15 years of dealing with Verizon and Att. I will never go anywhere else again. I have found my phone home. They also cut in half some of the fees Verizon was charging!

Terrible customer service at this location. We spent hours here trying to explain what we were offered by a win-back team representative just to end up going to a different store at the end of the day (literally). This other store was able to process our need with NO problem. This store did not seem to have it together, and the employees were extremely rude. The manager was speaking very poorly to her employees as well, so I cant say I blame the employees for being rude to customers.

Id had some issues with Sprint when I had called in to their support line, payments being misapplied, etc., and I was not really extremely hopeful that Id be able to get everything resolved in the store. Im happy to report that I couldnt have been more incorrect.I arrived at the store right when it opened and was greeted by the store manager and several employees. The manager handled my transaction and was quickly able to resolve the payment issues I had encountered, get my phone swap taken care of, handle the activation of the new phone, and get me out the door in fairly quick order. Besides that, he definitely had a great personality to be interfacing with customers -- very personable and easy to work with. Took care of everything I needed and saved me a lot of headaches in the process.

I was a customer with AT&T for 10 years. I had zero problems...never a customer service issue or service issue period. I added my husband to my plan soon after we got married so we could share the many benefits of having AT&T as our cell phone provider. And still....no issues ever with AT&T. The only minor pain point was we felt that we were spending a tremendous amount of money for service that other carriers were charging only a fraction for. We tried to negotiate different terms with AT&T to no avail. We were grandfathered into a 6 year old unlimited data service that if we were to upgrade...we would lose and actually pay more money. And then came Sprint!! Unlimited everything? BEST coverage in Atlanta? NEW PHONES? All for literally half of our AT&T bill (which had 400 shared monthly minutes....we paid $30 for unlimited text....which included that special unlimited data). GASP!! We had to switch. Much to our horror, Sprint is quite possibly the worst service ever on planet earth. I had to stop using my phone for business calls because it was dropping them so frequently. I was missing important appointments because I wasnt getting the texts saying what time/where to meet (I mean....even Sprint was making my feelers get hurt!) My husband.....same exact issues. The overly enthusiastic Sprint lady who sold us this SOLID GOLD deal raved about the coverage area at our house....I believe she even used the word: perfect coverage. So now I ask....why WHY when I called Sprint to troubleshoot they actually told me....my address was in a rough zone meaning little to no coverage. Seriously.......I clearly was annoyed....as was my husband. I was then told to call tech support so they could troubleshoot my device BUT I had to call from a different phone than the one I was troubleshooting. I havent been able to do that yet. I decided to give my phone a chance to redeem itself and have it take time to think about what it had done. And then this moment now happened. I am sitting in the International Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport....and (here comes the climax of my story)....no. service. at. all. NONE. ZERO. Which brings me to my other point...I was dangerously lost in downtown Minneapolis yesterday because I didnt have service. I literally walked around until something looked familiar (in heels....you feel me ladies?).The moral of the story is...I am now questioning my life choices since I thought switching to Sprint was a good idea. And canceling the contract will be a jillion dollars. Please Sprint....let us go. On good terms. Its not you...its us (but seriously its you). And no service in this airport means I had spare time to write this!!So seriously....please let us cancel. AT&T....will you take us back? We will always remember our anniversary and your birthday this time....we promise.
