We attempted to order screen printing T-shirts, and embroidery dress shirts and baseball caps.During the course of the order process, three emails were sent and never responded to, and three voicemails were left and never responded to. Eight days past the estimated completion date we did receive a proof, the composition of the order was completely incorrect and the artwork was also incorrect. We canceled the order, at this time this was the only email that was ever responded to. The response we received was: OK done We have ordered products from this company in the past and the quality of the work furnished was acceptable; however, if your order has a deadline, or youre expecting professional and timely processing of your order I suggest you look elsewhere.

I have heard horror stories of people using tshirt printing out of state or US, sure it may save you a buck or two, but then the turnaround and deadlines end up firmly etched in jello.
