We had a difficult order and they stepped up to the job. The work was fantastic, prices were hard to beat, and the whole experience had that personal touch and attention that you don’t get from companies anymore. We will definitely use them again.

We have been using Gear One for about 4 years for company shirts and a few odd items. There have been a couple hiccups but they were always handled fairly and promptly, and they are still our go to every few months for embroidered items for our team.

The WORST company. What a joke. The president is a complete man child. Has an attitude when you call him out for his employees not doing their job. He was stomping around pouting in frustration rather than just resolving the problem. Orders are never correct and never on time. Charles is worthless, overpromises and under delivers. NEVER AGAIN!
