Needed a few bolts for a car project I was working on. They only had bolts a size bigger than what I needed in stock. Employee explicitly said I would be able to return them if they didn’t work. When I returned to the store a different employee was extremely rude and refused to exchange the bolts. Have been a loyal customer for years and recommend them to many people in town. Will not be returning nor using any fastenal products in the future.
