I brought in a small, retail pressure washer to solicit a quote on pressure hose repairs. They looked over my machine, helped me to disconnect the existing hose (I would NOT have figured it out on my own), and quoted me their best price to replace it with industrial grade hoses.Realizing that industrial grade pressure washing is both overkill and expensive relative to the cost of a new entry-level machine like mine, they proceeded to tell me that Id be better off going to Walmart for my repairs and they even showed me the exact item I needed on the Walmart Web site.They spent a good 15-25 minutes with me, just to send me to Walmart to resolve my particular problem. It is so refreshing that such quality customer service still exists. This is Miracle on 34th street-style business quality. Larry S. was the fellow who directly helped me, with assistance from a colleague.If I ever need industrial, high pressure tubing, I know where Ill be going!
