I had a very good experience here. I took in my hand drawn design and the receptionist took it and help me get everything I needed. Everyone was super nice. It took 21 minutes from the time i placed my order to the time it was brought to my van, time which included cutting fence wire to length.Good prices too, much cheaper than Lowes.

Came here at the end of a work day to pick up a few small items. Cant go in the storefront because of covid (which is fine) placed order on phone and Waited in the car for 35 minutes for less than 70$ worth of material. Slow, slow, slow service.

You will be waiting for your stuff for up to an hour.

These guys are the very best for cedar fence materials and many different 4x4 post shapes: Gothic, French Gothic, and other styles. Great prices and service. Helped us estimate all materials including gate hardware for a 200+ fence replacement. Buy from them.

Absolutely horrible experience!! Our business purchased chain link from this company and they loaded half of the materials. The loader assured me it was the correct amount that day. As soon as we noticed it was not the correct amount I called and spoke to the guy in the front and he assured me it was not a problem and they would make note. Meanwhile the customer wanted a different style and I needed a refund for the product. They did not honor what they said about only loading half the materials and do not want to refund me, I had my receipt too. All of the mens attitudes in the store was rude and they acted liked they did not want to service me in the beginning. I am currently filing a formal report. SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE AND SAVE THE HEADACHE!!!!!

Please be careful about purchasing anything from Circle A fencing. I bought a hinge for a fence and was told even though it wasnt a exact replacement that it should fit. I bought it took it home put it up against the fence and it was too big. I took it back the next day and was told since I opened the bag it came in they could not let me return it. So I spent $50 for nothing. I was never told not to open the bag or it couldnt be returned but how else was I supposed to measure it against the fence. Too bad for them. I could have recommended thousands of dollars worth of work for them but if they cant take back a $50 hinge I dont think so. Buyer beware.

First off Im going to say that Im not a fence person. I walked in on Tuesday 10/30 around 3pm. I had to do a small repair on a temporary fence that I had installed around a commercial property. The guy up front was very helpful and let me know what I needed by listening to my very vague descriptions of fence parts. It worked out perfect and I couldnt have asked for better service or quality! Id recommend them for any of your fencing needs. BTW, they also cut on site for you for a small charge. Something that was super helpful for me!

Good products for those needing fence and posts etc. However, there isnt much room to park. Especially if you have a large truck!! During peak times, you may have to wait an hour to get items loaded and your order pulled.

Have whatever you need

Very slow service, took 35 minutes to check out on a very small order. Just over an hour to get loaded. Steel panels initially brought to me were scratched and bent. Check your orders if you buy from this particular location. Will give credit for having almost every item you would need for fencing, even hard to find stuff.

Courteous and knowledgeable sales staff, just about anything you could ever need fence or deck rail related 👍

Slow service, they dont seem to care about counter customers! I was there twice in less than a week. As General Contractor i waited and waited after purchase to be loaded. And i was only counter sale both times. Both times i had to go back to counter to remind them i was there and not loaded .
