Just replaced my fence with a new one from Mauldin & Cook. I could not be happier. Their crew was so professional keeping our perimeter completely fenced in at night and keeping everything clean and neat. When I identified a small issue in an e-mail to the billing admin, I had a phone call from one of the owners within 30 minutes. The issue was resolved on the second business day. Great service - I will use them for any fence work I have in the future and recommend them highly!

Their bid was the highest, but I appreciated that they worked around my schedule for the quote. When I questioned them about the high bid, they said they would work until we were completely satisfied. Given my experience already with them, I was sold. We do have a fence now, but installers left tire tracks through my front yard trying to get out of my driveway, and Im still picking up their trash they left behind including soda cans, plastic tabs, and plastic nail holders. Ive sent pics to the company, and there was not even an apology.Ray did have a crew come fix the gate that was left with a big gap. I did reply after that with pics of yard and fence gaps. Two weeks later, I was told fence gaps were normal. When I mentioned that the double gate wouldnt open, we went back and forth over 12 emails. I asked him to stop by at his convenience to check the gate. That was four days ago. I havent heard from him since. My home is five minutes from the office. I appreciate the fence, but if Im paying top dollar, I want a PERFECT fence. They did not provide. Did they build a fence? Yes! Did they build a highest-bid fence? No.Pictures of yard damage and fence gate before the gap was filled in.

Great company to deal with, from estimate to install to follow up, the team is great and I would highly recommend them. I have been doing an exterior and interior renovation and this is the only company that has showed up on time, did what they quoted and did it in a very professional manner. The installer Sammy is awesome, hard worker, respectful and dedicated to his job!!

They never called back with estimate. No follow up through email either. I guess they didnt want to make money? Thats no way to run a business. Call your potential customers back. Bad for business.

Unprofessional and rude. My boyfriend set up an appointment for a quote after they ignored my call and email. When the guy came out he was arrogant and very disrespectful. His response to their lack of reply was that they have so much commercial business, they dont need residential business nor do they like to deal with regular homeowners. His quote was extremely high and he hit on me in my own home while my boyfriend was outside. Find another company to install your fence and if you still feel inclined to obtain an estimate, dont send them out for a quote if youre wife is home alone.

Theyve been servicing our property for over a decade but its time for a chance. A newly installed gate keeps failing and they continue to charge us for fixes. We have a $80 charge that was late and they refuse to schedule a repair. Not the same company anymore.

Very rude would never do business with them.
