My boyfriend and I went in to purchase the new yugioh burst of destiny box release, and needless to say we were not disappointed! It’s a great table top gaming cafe, and the staff is super friendly! Great first experience! We will be back!

This is a fantastic board gaming store and their website is fairly easy to use. They have products that most other gaming stores don’t. They vary a lot of Kickstarter exclusive products. I had to give it a 4 star review mainly for the communication if you have inquiries/questions sometimes it’s hard to get answers over the phone and you never get any response sending in inquiries with their website/online tool.

Selection here is incredible, and the food is insane!! See, it would be good food anywhere, but for a hobby shop- I was floored!! Highly recommend this shop!! The people here are very intimidating and unfriendly to any opinion, and the prices on the Pokemon trading cards are priced insanely. I am always an advocate for supporting small businesses, but the price for Pokemon cards is almost double what other stores sell for. It would be cheaper to buy packs online at the scalpers price than buy from this place.

About 65% game shop, 35% place to eat. It’s a great place to hang out with friends and has quite a selection of products from Magic, DnD, Warhammer, board games, and more (standard stuff, but a pretty sizable inventory). They also have daily events for each of these games.Cafe is great too and has general bar food like sandwiches and hot dogs, along with a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.Parking is widely available outside.

The store has a huge selection of miniatures and hobby supplies along with a great selection of board games. There is also a full restaurant menu available which I am sure is nice for those longer gaming sessions. Definitely will be back.

I’ve been traveling the country and visiting game stores as I go, and this is one I remember fondly. Plenty of space and a wide selection of games and materials, great warhammer community and friendly staff. If I’m ever back in Atlanta, this would be my first candidate for my local game store.

Im an out of Towner from Florida and we drove here to play in a bloodbowl tournament. This is a fantastic game store and it has everything! It has miniatures, cards, dice, food, beer, and a super friendly staff. You should go and at least visit for lunch. The burgers were delicious. I had a salad and loved it.

Awesome place. Great tabletop, CCG and RPG gaming communities. The food is also really good: beer, paninis, sandwiches, hot dogs etc. Great selection of product and tools for the hobby too and they have regular tournaments for Armada, Legion, MESBG and others.

FLGS with a small cafe. Focused mostly on miniature war games with several spacious tables and communal terrain available. There’s also a good selection of board games and RPG/D&D-style books and minis for sale and a small rack of borrowable board games for in-store play (they quarantine any played games for two weeks). They have a nice selection of paints and painting supplies for minis, though COVID has reduced their ordered stock. I went to find some black primer and the only available was a huge $85 bottle which was a bit more than I needed. The back room has tables for tabletop and card games like Magic: The Gathering. We’ve been meeting there as a board game meetup weekly and they are accommodating and friendly. COVID restrictions are in place (masks!) and there are definitely fewer folks there than normal. One chair to a table which makes some board game playing tricky but we manage to put some felt down in the middle of a 4-table cluster and just have folks lean in to play. Lots of snacks for sale at the cafe, and tons of quirky sodas and drinks. As another reviewer noted there’s no one really on staff wandering the aisles to help you decide on what kind of game to buy, but if there’s other customers around they have been friendly with advice in my experience. 5/5 will game again.

It was a decent experience. They have lots of board games which was why I came in for the first time. The girl who checked us out was friendly. I just wish they had someone who was helping guests find things though and give opinions on different games but sadly no one talked to us when we arrived. They have what looks to be an area for tournaments and game play as well and food and beer. Seems pretty cool.

Went inside and was immediately met with all the wonder the store holds, it has a lot of square footage that is utilized to the best extend. They have an in houae kitchen that is delicious and a few table outside that make the perfect relaxation combo. I would highly recommend this place to any boardgame or TTRRPG fan out there, this place is worth the drive 100%

This is a long trip for me. And, I generally only go for events at the store. But, it is the best Game store that I have yet found. Not perfect, but far above the rest.

I wanted to save this review for free rpg day, gotta day one of the best game stores of been to in a long while, lots of merchandise for sale a good variety of games and what not. Foods decent for game store that also does that sorta thing, and BEER! I’m typically here every weekend.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Ive been able to create great memories here and forge lasting friendships so this place has become more than just a game store to me. Games stores are one of the few places that facilitate building community and Giga-bites exceeds at that endeavor. They do such a great job at providing a place for people to meet up and feel welcome from all walks of life.I find all the staff to be incredibly courteous, friendly and willing to help. If its not on the shelf, its easily obtained for you. The selection is absolutely incredible though when it comes to your hobby needs. Lots of game systems beyond Games Workshop are well represented and the store does a great job championing other systems. At the end of the day though, not all games thrive. Especially in this golden age of tabletop gaming where there is lots to compete for your attention.Having a kitchen, access to snacks, drinks, coffee and beers is a huge bonus for me. There are times where after work I would rather get to the gaming table and eat while I game. It really adds to the experience and convenience for me. The food is quite good and the selection is great. While you wont get a gourmet meal, its great to have something good to eat and not have to cram fast food down my gullet as I rush to meet up for games.Last but not least, there are little things that make me a committed customer. When you ask for a cup of tea and the owner shares his Barrys Irish Tea with you, you know you have come to the right place.

An amazing game store, specializing in miniatures but with tons of board games and plenty of RPG stuff as well. I don’t play trading card games but that section looks top notch too. The sandwiches are good, the drinks are ice cold, and they even have a very interesting selection of beers. The staff is great - polite, friendly in a delightfully non pushy way, and very helpful no matter how obscure the thing you’re looking for is. Very highly recommended to anyone in the Atlanta area with geeky hobbies!

I love it here!! All the employees are so nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Their stock of figures and dice is awesome. There’s also always great random stuff now and then that’s always super cute. Prices are reasonable. Food is great too!

Love this place. Food, nerd games, role playing and miniatures. Call early to reserve a table and get in on some awesome fun. They play non warhammer miniatures games all the time here also, so theres some variety. They have a paint station set up and loaner board games. Just a great game shop.

My go-to place for tabletop gaming and MTG. theyve been around for years. The staff and leadership makes for a pleasant experience whether youre playing 40K, D&D, MTG, or shopping for models. Cafe food is good and reasonably priced. Great place to meet for games or just to catch up with friends.

Giga-Bites is a great store with an excellent selection of board games, miniature games and card games. It also supports RPGs and has a kitchen for when you are gaming and are feeling snackish. The staff is wonderful, friendly and professional.

My go to store for almost ten years, this store has everything! From a huge range of miniatures, to an extensive board game collection and hobby products like paints, brushes and and model building equipment. Friendly staff, a large gaming area and tasty food. What’s not to love!

Great place to buy gaming supplies and to hang out and play with your friends or local tournament circuit. Better prices than some places.Food is lack luster and bland. Lack of security makes your cars vulnerable to break-ins.Overall this place is awesome and provides a great service to nerds of all kinds.

VERY busy on certain nights. Without private RPG rooms, it can be very challenging to run one on a busy night. But, these are good problems to have in a vibrant, gaming, market! Met many new friends when I moved here.

Great place to game! Likely one of the largest tabletop gaming stores in the ATL area. The building is run well, bathrooms are clean and the staff is friendly. If you’re into board gaming or miniatures this is your one stop location. Many events and tournaments are held here. The owners are quite nice and accommodating. It’s kid friendly and prices are reasonable. When it comes to Trading Card Games (TCG) this is one area that lacks availability for sales. When it comes to Pokémon there is little to no singles in store, they do have loose packs and starter kits to choose from. They do have magic the gathering singles though. I do enjoy their magic the gathering nights for Commander, I’d go to say it’s one of the better constructed events they run on a Saturday night. Friday night magic (FNM) is well run and prize support is reasonable. The player base is a tight knit community and they are very kind. It’s obvious they welcome new players. This location doesn’t offer much in the way of drafts (limited format) for Magic the gathering. It’s always been a difficult location to try and get the format to really take off. There are few locations that offer a cafe, they do make tasty panini’s and smoothies. All in all, a very fun and great place to game. I highly recommended it. Please be advised that COVID-19 May have altered some of this locations accommodations.

Im proud to have Giga-Bite as my LGS (local game store). They offer decent food and good beer for long tabletop sessions, and Ive bought some great singles in the Magic area. Selling cards to them was easy and I didnt feel cheated at all. At one point, the employee inspecting the cards I was selling undervalued one of them due to printing, but his coworker noticed right away and corrected that.The staff are all super nice, whether youre picking up supplies or playing games in-store. Ive never had an experience with them being pushy or unwelcoming. Being a woman in a game store can really suck sometimes. Ive been gatekept and gotten some really nasty comments. Ive never had an experience like that at Giga-Bites from the customers or staff, and if I were to in the future, I know it would be addressed promptly and well by staff.I highly recommend Giga-Bites. I dont play Warhammer, however they have a huge section and community for it. Whatever your TTRPG or TCG needs, Giga-Bites will meet and exceed them.

Has become a second home since moving to Georgia. The staff and owners are great, love games, and strive to form a relationship with their customers. The food is good and there are a variety of choices. The one game store my wife will just hang out at with me due to the selection of beers and the general atmosphere. Love the store and the folks there. The BEST game store in Atlanta for sure, and top 5 in the country Id be willing to bet!

I WAS SUPER EXCITED TO GO TO THE GB CAFE TO FIND PEOPLE LIKE MYSELF AND POSSIBLY MAKE SOME FRIENDS AND MAYBE JOIN A TABLE AND PLAY SOME DND .. NONE OF THESE THINGS HAPPEN. CAME THREW THE DOOR. WAS A SUPER CROWD OF PEOPLE ( WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN A GOOD THING.. ( BUT WASNT ) THEY WERE SETTING UP FOR DIFFERENT GAMES AND SESSIONS WITH FRIENDS. NO STAFF GREETED US AS WE CAME IN NO ONE ASKED US IF WE NEEDED HELP NO ONE APPROACHED US. BUT THEY DID COME BEHIND THE COUNTERS HELPING REGULAR THOUGH... THE FOOD SERVERS WERE NICE. I DIDNT GET A CHANCE TO ORDER BUT I DID BUY SOME SICK DICE I SAW.. I WANTED TO SIT IN AT SOME TABLES BUT THEY WERE NOT INVITING WHICH WAS NOT SO BAD I EXPECTED THAT.. BUT I WASNT INTERRUPTING THE TABLE BUT WHEN THEY WOULD NOTICE US STOPPING TO TAKE A LOOK OR LISTEN IN ON CAMPAIGNS THEY WOULD START TO WHISPER AND ONE TABLE FLAT OUT STOPPED TALKING AND JUST DEATH STARED AT US.. SO NEEDLESS TO SAY I FELT LIKE A OUTSIDER AND I DIDNT GET TO EXPERIENCE THE STORE LIKE I WANTED TO AND IT LEFT ME DISAPPOINTED. I DONT KNOW I DO PLAN TO TRY AGAIN BUT IF IT IS THE SAME I GUESS WE WILL JUST HAVE TO MEET NEW FRIENDS SOMEWHERE ELSE.

So the place was bigger than I thought. Had a good selection pic stuff and I like the fact you can order food while playing games. The young girl that helped me was really nice but 2 of the guys there were useless and rude. For how long of a drive it was not so sure I will ever go again.
