Ive been thrilled with my experience working with Hearth Designs. Ed was my point of contact and did an excellent job of working around my hectic schedule, was clear and concise in what to expect and when to expect it, and the final product looks great. Their prices are very reasonable. The granite we recieved is of tremendous quality, honestly its much nicer than much more expensive options that Ive seen. Our project wasnt very big, but they gave the same top class service that i would expect if i was spending huge money with them. If I ever have the opportunity to work with them again I would jump at it and will happily recommend them to my own clients and friends.

Save yourself the headache, stress and entire project delay by going with a company that focuses on quality and not quantity. We are building a very nice new home and hearth designs is doing all our quartzite, granite and quartz for the entire home. They are 3 weeks post deadline, have not been able to install even 1 countertop without a minimum of 2 attempts, and are now postponing our project more due to other projects which are “bigger than ours”. Our home is 5,000 square feet.All the original materials I had picked out have had to be changed due to errors either before or during fabrication. The plumbers can’t finish installing faucets because the countertops are not in and they have no urgency to finish.Ed, our main contact and support has been outstanding in trying to coordinate our project since January. A true gem in the company. It is May 1st. If you want nice quartzite in your home, an elegant look and done efficiently don’t look here.
