We couldn’t be happier than we are with our kitchen countertops! Art Stone’s owners, salesman, template person and installation crew are excelentes. Very knowledgeable, very professional, and friendly. My husband and I were amazed with the final product. I am very knowledgeable about stone and had remodeled three houses of our own before this one, but I NEVER saw someone so attentive to detail as Kalls!!!!! I choose waterfalls for my 102”x48” island. The Quartz Leon were installed last night. To this morning with all the lights on and the natural daylight, I still can’t find where the corners seems are. It’s the most amazing job I ever saw. As Kalls and James were working on the countertops, I could not go away for a second because I am passionate for stones and seeing the beauty of it coming out more and more due to Kalls’ hard and perfectionist job, was amazing. He is the best in this trade!!! Thank you so, so very much Kalls and James. They are true professionals and experts on their trade!!! And the salesperson, Clio, were tolerant with all my changes and very helpful in helping me get the best stone fir this job. I have sent pictures to all my family, relatives, and friends, some camelices to see for themselves, and everyone just loooved it!! They are very impressed with the quality of the job. OMG Mari is absolutely wonderful!!!!! I uad sich a difficult time dealing with contractors and insurance and this woman basically held my hand and completely bent over backwards every step of the way!!! And once the granit arrived..... it was well worth the stress and the wait. Certainly will recommend!!!!! And hopefully i dont find myself in this situation again but if i do, THEY ARE MY CHOICE HANDS DOWN!!! Dont question it choose them ANDDDDD MARI!!!!

Went to Art Stone to find a replacement for our large eat on counter top. Malinda met with us and listened to what we wanted to do and kind of what we were looking for. She escorted us into the warehouse and showed us the a couple of quartz stone slabs. She picked out one that matched our existing counters and cabinet, just what we were looking for. She then provided us with an estimate that was very competitive. When we accepted the job she arranged for the initial measuring and install. All was completed in less than three weeks with no problems. Exceptional service and quality. Would recommend!!!

After a little bit of a fumble on our install day, Art Stone sent out their General Manager TJ. TJ came out and did a real good job wit the install of our Quartz countertops. Even though I was a bit of PITA, he was still patient with me and did everything to our satisfaction. They really did a good job and we are happy. I think when your getting new countertops the key is to have a good plan and make sure everyone is on the same page. Our kitchen project has been hell but we are finally reaching the end. Jennifer at Art Stone is THE BEST! I am a designer and do multiple houses a year and she has done the last dozen or more slabs for me - kitchens, bathrooms, fireplaces, basement bars, you name it, Jennifer can make it happen! The individualized customer service is outstanding - she knows what I want before I do and she will go the distance to find it for me! Be aware! I would avoid this place no matter how much cheaper they seem. We had purchased two large granite pieces and had them installed in our kitchen. However, they installed it very wrong and it could not be corrected once it was put down. In order to correct this would mean thousands of dollars redoing what was just installed in new kitchen! They only apologized and offered less than two hundred dollars! We are having to go to court over this.Update: yes you have done work with me! I’d never forget who you are and what your business has done to cause so much stress. My last name has changed due to my marriage. The name is Morton.

I can not say enough about this company!! The customer service and attention to detail was amazing ... start to finish! Mari is one of greatest examples of true customer service I have seen in a long time. She took ownership of every aspect of the project. We has chosen a complicated pattern and expensive quartz, and she immediately made me feel she understood the apprehension I felt in getting the project right and explained the steps we would take together to make it happen. From TJ, the person who came out to do our template (and help place it on our slabs) to Kalls the person who did the installation ... they all took amazing pride in their work and making sure they customers were happy. This is the company you want to use for your countertops ... no doubt.

I’ve been working with Artstone for my customers projects and I could not be happier, they’re trustworthy, Mari is always great with me and my clients, they’re quick and the team does clean work.

We stopped by on April 17. They requested we provide a basic drawing of our counter dimensions, which I sent over later that day. I reached out 3 subsequent times over a 3 week period, still no quote. They mentioned they are moving locations so they may be busy with that transition.

I’ve been working with Mari at Art Stone for the past 6 months and I must say she did not disappoint! She took the time to fully explain the project & was so patient with me as I continued to explore all of my options. She returned all of my calls, texts and emails promptly and showed the utmost professionalism in all of her communications. The installation went well and I am really happy with the finished product. Would highly recommend Mari and her team for your granite/stone project too!!

(This is in chronical order.) Sales experience went quite well. Mari was kind and patient. Measurements were quick and completed accurately. Unfortunately, thats the only good part about our experience (except for the plumber, hes great).The person recommended by Mari for demolition of our kitchen backsplash did a terrible job. He was late several times, even had to cancel a day. Things happen, I understand that, but he defaced some cabinets and did a horrible job putting drywall up. We had to hire someone else to fix his mistakes. Mari stated she wont recommend him any longer.The plumber did a great job disconnecting everything. He was kind and thoughtful.Then came the install. The men were late, and the install went well into the night. During this install we found that there were several mistakes made on our countertops: wrong sink cut, wrong edge, wrong corners. Now, you might think that its not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but if they know how to do their job then theyd write these details down after asking you. We didnt pay them to do the wrong thing. Back to the install: these poor guys had a job to do after ours (they left our home at 9:30pm...). They were very kind, but being worked to death by this company.The plumber came back out to install all the faucets we purchased. He didnt rush and did an amazing job. Sherry finishing at 6pm, we were his 3rd stop for the day...out of 8.The only good to come out of this was the plumber and the men who actually did the work installing the counters, who are all being worked to exhaustion. Its sad, and I will definitely not recommend this company to anyone.Since having made the mistakes known to Mari, all we got was a halfhearted sorry and an offer to have someone fix the corners. Well, she failed to deliver; she pawned that off to someone else, didnt respect our requests, and went on her marry way after getting the check. Dont expect much from her. Her mistakes may cost you in the long run.

We will never work with them again, we have an open court case due to covid delay. Improper installation could not be corrected without tearing apart our counter and backsplash. We had granite countertop big island and two countertops in between wolf range installed. Countertops between the range were installed crooked leaving big gaps by the range. We talked to the owner and he did not want to hear our concerns but had his lead employee out to look at the problem. The lead agreed it was off and was installed incorrectly. When asked to repair it he told us it would crack the custom marble backsplash and they were not responsible for damages. The owner was difficult and nasty and effectively said it was our problem to fix if he broke our backsplash. The owner would not take responsibility for his own employees negligence. We asked for installation cost to be refunded and he would only refund partial cost of installation but not cost to repair any damages to correct it. This business has poor employee training and practices.

Jennifer at Art Stone is delightful to work with and the templating and installation teams are top notch! Jennifer has a terrific eye for what will look sensational in your home. She helped us select gorgeous stone for a complete home renovation and it turned out beautifully.

Art Stone did a wonderful job! Our rep Mari was extremely helpful and available. They had a white and gray quartz ountertop that we couldnt find anywhere else and for a fraction of the price of the other big guys. They showed up on time,, wore masks, finished quickly,, and were very friendly..The counter is gorgeous! So so happy!

I was referred to Art Stone by a friend, so we popped in one day to have a look around. We had visited a couple other shops too, but Art Stone, by far, had the most competitive pricing around. However, pricing wasn’t the only reason we chose to get our new countertops through Art Stone; the customer service was far and away better than any of the other shops we’d been to. Our sales rep, Mari, was an absolute pleasure to work with! Not only was she professional and super helpful, but talking to her felt like talking to an old friend. We selected a beautiful polished granite but had wished they were leathered instead. The guys at Art Stone leathered the countertops for us and we loved how they turned out. Overall, the turn around time for our install was super quick, and although we had a minor little issue with one of our slabs, Art Stone went out of their way to make sure it was perfect for us. We’re so happy with the final product and would definitely use them again for future work!

DO NOT GO TO THEM - Breach of Contract - Countless lies from management and the owner. 10/14/2020 contract signed | 11/3/21 install | Per my contract and multiple discussions with Jennifer (sales manager), TJ (installer and part owner),Wellington (owner), Mari (sales agent) and support staff at Art Stone Granite & Marble; I was being sold quartz that was under warranty. My contract states it is under warranty too. I reached out to all parties listed above for several months to fix the seam and to provide me the warranty information so I could get the warranty set up through MSI. I kept getting a run around on why people were not responding to me or not available to call me. After 2 months of trying to track this information down, someone finally gave me the MSI information. The MSI fabricator of the material could not warranty my product and denied to warranty the product (which I have in writing). I reached out to the MSI rep, Edward and was told that I would need new countertops installed at Art Stones expense and he of course would assist in making sure everything was taken care of. I immediately reached out to Art Stone to advise them of the situation and spoke with Jennifer. She said that this has never happened before and would have to get with the owner. After weeks and weeks of leaving countless messages for the owner I was told (and in writing) that I would get my countertops warrantied by Art Stone and would receive paperwork with warranty information under Art Stones name. We are now 8 weeks out from that date and I have yet to receive anything. 13 weeks out from when I first reached out about getting this resolved. My seam in the kitchen was also jacked up. The seam has separated and there is a gap, allowing food and crumbs to get into the seam. When I reached out to the owner about this (after the initial repair) - he brushed it off. I asked Wellington to come and look at the seam himself, so he can see what it looks like and fix the issue. He said Normal Read your contract - Well I did read my contract Mr. Wellington - and you are in breach of it. The contract clearly states that I was being sold Warrantied countertops and it also says that you warranty countertops, specifically seams, for 2 years. I have already reached out to BBB and will be pursuing further action if necessary.They breached the contract twice, Multiple empty promises (lied to), Several times I was told someone would show up to make repair (and I had to arrange with my work to be home) and they never showed up! Multiple installation errors, hours upon hours of my time to resolve this issue all while being ignored by all parties mentioned within. A full timeline of events can be provided upon request. I will be happy to speak with anyone regarding my awful experience.

So awesome. We went on a Saturday so they had limited staff but the designer took us through the warehouse and the remnants and for our island that were building. Lot of choices and we will definitely be back to see what further we can find.

My home was totally remodeled! Everything had to go. All that was left was 2X4’s from one end of the house to the other. My biggest concern during the remodel was my kitchen. Everything had to be just perfect. My contractor showed me the kitchen design which was quite ambitious, but I loved it. He brought in the cabinets and Artstone and Mari did the rest. Mari did an amazing job organizing my countertops and sinks for the project. She did an absolutely AMAZING job. Everything went quickly and flawlessly. I couldn’t be more happier with my kitchen and my bathrooms. She organized those projects as well. I now have the most beautiful home because of Mari and Artstone. I recommend Artstone and Mari highly!!

We used Art Stone in our kitchen remodel, and absolutely love the work they did. Mari was super helpful in helping me find exactly the quartz countertop I was looking for, showing me samples and slabs at their showroom, and setting up an appointment for me with the Cabria showroom when I became enamored of that brands quartz styles. Our countertops look even better than we had imagined. The contracting was simple, Mari promptly answered all the questions I had over several weeks, the Cambria slabs came in quickly, and she took care to make sure everything was integrated - the carpenters to provide the tear out, the templating (with lots of input from me), the plumber, the installers - it was all so simple with Art Stone. Mari even asked if I wanted to see and review the quartz slabs when they arrived, and of course I did! And she was happy to find ways to save us money here and there. Everyone that came to our home for the entire remodel was very polite and careful, and every piece of the project was well thought out ahead of time. Installation day started a bit later and ran a bit longer than we had expected, but it was all well worth it - the installers are true professionals and did an immaculate job. Its obvious why Art Stone does such a great business.

Art Stone just finished installing our new kitchen counter tops. They did a wonderful job with the install. The 2 person crew had to do some minor modifications on the spot with no issue. The end product looks great. A job well done all around.

First off, need to state this was $9000 quartz project. They arrived with a cracked corner slab for the waterfall counter. The top slab was 1/2 too big for the island. They refused to trim it and we ended up with finger size gaps all around our island. After I requested either remediation for the gaps before I would pay my balance in full, the manger threatened they would take my prepaid slab back. It cost us $800 for another contractor to fix the horrible instill. Dont trust them, better options to work with in Atlanta that take pride in craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

These guys are great and easy to work with, Wellington the owner is involved in every project, Im a contractor and have use Art Stone many many times. Highly recommend if you want something to look GREAT!

The owner Wellington called me to see if we could work something out and promised to speak with the MSI the supplier after I left a bad review. We have a defective product and both the supplier and fabricator are choosing the blame game. I bought White Quartz tops from Art Stone who sold it and for some reason are being scratched very easily. They wont even come out and look at the tops and this has been going on for 6 months. Wellington texts me in the meantime and says he has me (2) new slabs and now wont respond. I assume he was trying to buy some time and hope the review would not be updated. I would be glad to screenshot his text of promising 2 new slabs. Never use this company as it appears from other reviews if a problem comes up they ignore. They are more texts after this and no response

We were only doing a update to a basement vanity . Cleo helped us pick out a remnant piece of quartz and walked us thru the process. Even when the original plan did not workout, he stayed with us and was able to redo it to make it work . That kind of customer service is hard to find, especially for just a small project.Kudos to the installers too !

I could not be happier that we went with Art&Stone for our countertops. I have to be honest after I saw all the bad reviews on yelp I was very concerned to say the least. But the price was ok so we went with it.Best decision ever, from the time we walked in the showroom, Rafella was amazing we picked the slab we wanted than before the design they sent a picture to make sure the veins are where we wanted.One thing I will be aware of make sure you check for cracks and chips after they install, they are able to fix that although I noticed mine late and since the payment was made not sure they will come back to fix it. But overall very pleased with the finished product and service.Highly recommend.

Honestly, this is the first review I have ever written on a company. I would like to be very fair in all aspects of the service, but I do feel that we were mistreated. There was poor communication through out the actual installation process. When the company installed the granite they broke our sink & instead of consulting with I or my husband installed another sink at a lower grade (without asking). I LOVED our previous sink and was obviously upset by this. I reached out to our representative and they said that there was probably nothing they could do. My husband went up to the site and spoke with management on this. After speaking with management there was still no resolution. They said they would not replace the sink or give us credit for the broken sink as they are not liable for damages. I do know that that is stated in their contract, but it is also in their contract that their priority is providing a positive customer experience. Now I am left with a sink I do not like & if we would like to replace it we will have to go out and buy a sink because the one I loved (& more expensive) is now broken. This ultimately left me with a terrible customer experience.I would recommend anyone using this service to be cautious while reading the contract. I hate to only list cons so I will say we had a positive experience at the beginning with our sales rep and the granite itself is quality at a good price. But I could not in good conscience recommend this business to friends or family.

We got our countertop installed a few months ago, and had a great experience. Malinda was very nice, we played phone, text, email tag getting everything worked out, but isn’t that normal? Getting to bring home multiple samples to see in the light of my kitchen was very helpful. The whole process took a few weeks, but we had the 4th of July holiday to work around. We would definitely us Art Stone again.

Recently, I needed to replace four cultured marble bathroom sinks in my 25 year old house. I called three local granite suppliers to get pricing. I gave Jennifer at Art Stone Granite my current sink measurements and she was able to give me a quote in a matter of minutes. They had the best price and and committed an install in less than a week. They scheduled someone to come to my house, do the actual measurements, then a few days later the granite, sinks and backsplashes were installed. One of the pieces of granite had a blemish on it and after the installer left my wife noticed it. I then called Jennifer, sent her a picture of the granite with the blemish. The following day Jennifer called me to schedule a replacement granite top, at no charge.I cant say enough about the quality of the product, efficiency of the entire process, and most of all their overriding concern for me as a customer. I highly recommend them.

Our countertops are gorgeous, and at a reasonable rate. Mari did a great job communicating along the way, as well. I highly recommend!

Their team threw away my sink grid by accident and I’ve had to follow up for 2 months to receive it, and still haven’t.Next remodel I do, I will NOT be using this company. Clearly they are okay until they get your money, and then you are SOL.

Marilene was wonderful in working with me. I needed a new quartz countertop for my kitchen remodel. The selection was more than enough to choose from. I also needed the install done ASAP and she made it happen. I love my new quartz countertops and will use Artsone again for any future projects.

I remodeled my kitchen and purchased granite from Artstone Granite in December 2012. The process of selection and ordering went smoothly, however the rest of the process was unfortunate. The day of installation I notified Artstone that they created a large gaping hole in my wall by the backsplash. Artstone did not address the issue in a timely manner and never fixed the hole. After waiting for over a month, I had another contractor repair the wall. In addition to the wall damage, Artstone also left exposed wires in a backsplash area where electrical outlets were located. I notified them of the exposed wires as well. Artstone stated that it was not their responsibility to repair it. So I hired an licensed electrician to repair it and he explained to me that Artstones poor workmanship and ill-sized cuts caused me to have an issue that is not standard. I called the owner, Wellington with this information and he has simply refused to return my phone call. CAUTION: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Artstone Granite & Marble. Mistakes happen and can be fixed, however it is a bad business practice to ignore your customers and refuse to address their issues.

Disappointing experience-I suspect that Malinda lost my order as the slab installed was not the one I picked out but more importantly, did not have the edge I specified in my order. I have called three times over 3 weeks and no call back-would NOT recommend!!!

The worst experience ever, I had my marble installed and it got damaged while they were working on it and they promised that they would be back and fix it, charged my credit card and they never got back to fix the problem and it has been over two months, don’t use them ! They are fraud !
