If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Mark was extremely helpful and patient with during the process. I had been struggling with hearing loss since I was younger. Mark really understood my struggles and made me feel comfortable choosing the right hearing aid for me.

Finding the right hearing aids is not easy. But, Mark Stevenson at American Family Hearing Aid Centers in Marietta makes it easy. He is professional and personable, offering initial testing and continuous follow-up care. I have been extremely pleased with his help in selecting and servicing my hearing aids. Also, his assistant Anita is both friendly and helpful. If Mark isnt in the office she has always offered assistance that has been helpful.

Office staff is friendly & professional. When I call the office, a friendly gentleman answered the phone and made my appointment. When I came into the office, I realized it was Dr. Stevenson that made my appointment. What doctor not only answers the phone but also makes your appointment! As I was waiting on Dr. Stevenson to see me, another patient came into the office that had a question about his hearing aid. Dr. Stevenson told the patient how much is was for the repair. Something made Dr. Stevenson ask him if he had the money (which was a little odd to me). The patient said no, he didnt have to money. Dr. Stevenson was willing to repair the hearing aid anyway. Thats amazing to me!!!!!!

Ive had hearing aids for 10 years but did not like them thus never wore them much because I did not like the magnified muffled sound. I discovered Mark when I finally got tired of saying What? every time my husband said something. He diagnosed my problem and created hearing aids that help. After a few days with them I decided something was wrong with one of them, even though the computer indicated they were both working properly. Mark believed me and worked until he found the problem, sent it back, and they now both work fine. Thank you for your patience.

I signed up for an appointment via a Facebook post for a free screening. It was easy to schedule and Im glad I went. Mark checked my ears and found some significant wax in one ear and removed it. A thorough test followed. My hearing was better than I expected. Nothing more was needed at this time. No pressure or sales pitch from Mark to sell me something. Very professional and friendly. I will definitely go back for a follow up next year.

I’ve had my hearing aids over 1 year and continue to get excellent service from Mark, who obviously loves what he’s doing. Mark did the standard tests for both ears and then did another test that gave him more information on my hearing loss. He went over all the tests as to where the loss is for both ears. This has never been completed in the past and I was very grateful for the care he showed me. He is there for me taking care of the hearing aids and any further questions I have. Being new to this area this is wonderful to receive such service. I highly recommend Mark for any of your hearing issues.

My mom was eeeking out every bit of life from her old analog hearing aids until one day she forgot she had them in and wore them into the shower. We dropped by American Family Hearing Aid Center to see how theyd compare to Costco. The experience was night and day and Mark was able to help ease her fears about going to digital hearing aids and we were able to get them ordered and qualified for a Wells Fargo account to make monthly payments without having to pay out of pocket immediately. Mom is in her 70s and was very scared about digital but shes hearing better and is able to engage in life again. Its fun to watch her learn new sounds that she hasnt heard before and watch her face light up. Skip Costco and go see Mark!

Professional and friendly. Made me feel at ease. After hearing test, showed me the results and recommended only what I needed and showed me available options. I decided to order the TV option with my hearing aids. I now hear sounds I couldnt hear before and my wife can notice the difference in my hearing.
