We arrived before appointment time and my mom was seen right away. Anthony was very patient, gentle, and compassionate with my 95 year old mom, explaining everything step by step and helping with her ambulation. He asked if we had any questions and answered them, which made us feel confident in the care he provided.

I have finally found a place that will listen to my needs. Ive been with 3 different companies, and this is by far the best I have ever heard.

I started with Beltone 3years ago in the Kennesaw Office. I had been told by another audiology company that they wouldn’t be able to help me hear in my left ear. Beltone was able to help me hear with both ears. I go to the Beltone in Marietta and also to the Seven Hills Blvd, Dallas, GA. The employees that work in Marietta and Dallas office are just the greatest people. Always so helpful and very knowledgeable about any questions I have. I would recommend either office for your hearing needs. This was one of the best decisions I ever made.

I went in for service and advice at the Marietta Beltone location and found Rachel to be very friendly and helpful. Rachel replaced the batteries, cleaned both units, and was kind enough to show me several features and tricks for storing the units for longest lasting service.

I’ve been going to Beltone for years, and they are fantastic. Michael and Melissa have always been so consistently helpful. Great locations, great folks, and great hearing aids. Highly recommended!

This is not a review of Tri-State Hearing. Address is correct - Name is not. Tri-State moved into the Beltone office in Kennesaw. Beltone-Marietta is on Roswell Rd at Sewell Mill. I know nothing about the Tri-State office.Beltone-Marietta is a first class operation. Ive been seeing the Beltone folks since 2014. Ive seen Trey Gordon and now Michael Blackman. Both are consummate professionals and know their stuff. Michael is currently running the Marietta store and hes fantastic. It doesnt get any better than Melissa and Rachel as the assistants. Highly recommend them for solving your hearing issues. They have worked wonders for me. Good location - good people.

I learned so much about hearing loss and why it is important to take care of it early. I walked out feeling like we were part of their family.
