Ice cream is awesome quality. Very smooth and creamy. I got the caramel ice cream in a small cup. It was just the right amount of caramel flavor, not too strong and not too sweet. The employee was great. The line can get backed up but the wait is never too long. The only bad thing is that half the ice cream flavors were out of stock when I went. Definitely recommend.

Product and employees are great. Product availability is slacking. Always out of stock on certain products. But overall its good.

The workers here are so friendly and positive, the waffle cones are to die for and the whole market is so cool but the four fat cows is the best place to go for a sweet treat! I am so happy I found this place and will continue to come back not only for the icecream but for the amazing Hospitality

If youre looking for a mix of familiar and unique flavors, FFC is the place to go. They have amazing ice cream, and wonderfully unique flavor combinations. Ive never had anything here that I didnt absolutely love. (Try the lavender honey when its in season. So. Amazing.)Their staff is warm and friendly, in addition to being knowledgeable about their offerings. Everything is labeled with potential allergens, and theyre extremely careful not to cross contaminate.The store employees are also very good about wearing face coverings, and the floor is labeled so you can see how far apart you should be standing.

Mediocre ice cream at best. There are a couple of unique flavors, but really just ok. On the icey side not creamy. Would take Jenis ANY day over this stuff. Just not anywhere close to the same quality for the same money.

Been here three times and always get stuck behind freeloaders asking for multiple samples, and they dont buy a single thing. Service is a bit slow and the last visit, the girl took half our order and then literally walked away while two other girls decided that wiping down the glass display was more important than serving us, as we were left standing there. After waiting there a couple minutes while my Mango Sorbet starting melting, another girl finally came back to take my Husbands order. Very strange vibe. Its also really difficult to see all the flavors when youre standing in line. Ice cream is just decent but prices are too high for what you get. Hire employees who care about the food scene, instead of teenagers who dont care about return customers or providing good service. Ice cream should be fun but they miss the boat.

Good selection of unique flavors as well as traditional. Handmade waffle and puffle cones. Huge servings. Definitely going back.

Ice cream was okay but the price was 25 or 30% more than youd pay at other comparable shops and here you get roughly half the volume. I wish their signature puffy cone was available to give a more thorough review, but apparently they were out of stock or the machine was broken. The trouble is I wasnt impressed enough to want to come back and try it again. $9 for a kids cone and small cup is just too much for me.

Ive been eating at the Marietta square market for over a year; my 11 yr old daughter knew about your area and makes sure that we stop and grab some ice cream when we eat; I was speaking to your employee Thaddeus Robinson and was telling him that the owner should place more signs aroundcuz youre losing a lot of business no one knows about your location in the market area hope that you get this message youre losing a lot of business.

We’ve been here twice. If you order a puffle cone, they won’t have any ready so will make some. However, they will forget about you and ask you your order again. The other 6 waffle cones in our group finished their ice cream entirely 3 min before we even received our puffle. Staff is disorganized and no one takes the lead.

Really annoying that they are always out of OREO ICE CREAM ! . I come here frequently and this is my second time leaving empty handed and disappointed!
