I’ve been in the lawncare landscape business full time since 2008 and part time since 1995 I have dealt with a lot of businesses in the Industry and let me just say I have never been more satisfied with a business top to bottom!! From the top man all the way down this is hands down the best customer service I’ve ever received they are always quick to help and answer any questions and when it comes to fixing something that’s wrong they are better than a nascar pit crew!! I’ll definitely be buying any mowers in the future from Master mower RC is top notch very knowledgeable and dedicated as is Michael with the sales end and the mechanics are great guys very friendly and helpful. I drive 2 hours from home to deal with these guys so that should tell you something. If you’re looking for a mower dealership that you can depend on Master mower is the place to go tell them Bigfoot sent you!!

Excellent service from a 5 star Walker mower dealer. Took a half day off from work for an hour drive due to a service need. After arriving and explaining my situation one on the technicians checked out my mower. Thirty minutes later service was complete and I was loading the mower back on the trailer. Mike held his last little wonder c5 blower for 4 days for me since I lived in a different state. I drove over 2 hours because he had one and was better on price then any other place closer to me. I called Master Mower about setting a new rear tire for my mower I’m selling. They gave me a good price. When I drove up, I made the mistake of going into Marietta Mower, they are in the same area. Marietta Mower wanted to charge me $15 more. I left there and Master Mower did a great job. If you want your mower handled by the masters, then go to Master Mower.

I saved thousands buying from Michael compared to my local dealer. He helped decide over the phone, discussed purchase options and we agreed right there. No BS, straight forward deal. They assembled my mower and had it to my door within a week. I highly recommend!

They are honest will give you all of your options. They are able deliver anywhere. The only reason we may not be able to buy is lack of dealer support in our area for the brands they sell.

Being in the lawn care business since 94 you can definitely say that I have bought and operated different lawn mower models. I have purchased and have had them serviced with various dealers. If it wasnt one issue it was always another of why the dealers could not properly fix my equipment in a timely manner. When you are in business for yourself time is money and if your equipment is in the shop for weeks on end, that becomes an issue fast. This brings me to the main part of this review, Master Mower. Now, I only run Walker Mowers and I have to say that it take a special type of mechanic that actually knows what he is doing to work on them. I had heard of RC in Marietta through various other lawn care companies and after being let down time and time again by these so called reputable dealers with master technicians I decided to take the ride from Buford, Ga to Marietta. One of the BEST decisions I have made in this profession. RC and his crew are without a doubt the best there is. Their professionalism and delivery does not compare to these big brother dealers. RC is always quick to diagnose my equipment and fix it on the spot if possible. He understands how crucial it is for a company to have their equipment at all times; not to mention that he beats anybody elses price no questions asked. I would never think about going through the hassle of taking my business elsewhere. If youre looking for an honest, reasonable and professional place to have your equipment serviced or looking to purchase new equipment take a ride to Marietta Master Mower and see RC and the crew. Those guys know their stuff. Theres a reason why hes the number one dealer in the state, just ask any true lawn care professional.

I have a Spartan RZ HD and had some issues with the cut quality after about 20 hrs or so. I called around to multiple dealers and asked them questions but I was rushed off the phone each time. I understand, people are busy in the busy mowing season. I called Master Mower and got Michael and he took the time to ask me questions and I never felt like a burden. He even went so far as to take a quick video of a potential fix and texted it to me. I went by the shop today and got really great service from RC and his wife even though they were hustling and bustling. They looked at my mower and made a couple of adjustments. Ended up buying a weed trimmer as well. Outstanding customer service and really great people. I’ve found my new dealer and shop for sure and that’s driving from Locust Grove.

This is Lisas Husband/yard man. This place is great. They dont have a fancy showroom but the prices are fair and the service was great. They seem to carry top notch equipment what more could you ask for from a lawnmower shop.

I cant say enough how good this place is. RC and his group of mechanics are straight up quality people that really know what they are doing. Now this place isnt for homeowners. But if you are in the commercial landscape business, these are your people. They specialize in Walker and Ferrell equipment. However, other equipment was there, so I assume they work on most commercial mowers. These guys understand the importance of getting the equipment back in the field, pronto.

Talked to the owner on Monday and the mower was delivered Tuesday morning. Great customer service and best price around even with shipping expense! Highly recommend you give them a call if you’re looking for a Ferris mower.

Good service find anything needs in lawn equipment

Picked up a FW25 52 from Mike. Price could NOT be beat, and, he took the time on a day closed to show me the unit and test it a bit. Excellent product and deal. Id 100% recommend a purchase from Master Mowers (and Mike) again. Delivery and final price was spot-on as agreed to. (Oh and the unit runs great!)

I didnt have any business transaction with them and they took the time to walk me thru my situation and repairs needed on my mower to sell it. Great and honest company. Responded to my inquiry within a couple hours, as well. Highly recommend.

My chainsaw was in need of repair under warranty (recoil assembly kept jamming) so I took it to Master Mowers, an authorized Husqvarna warranty repair facility. I called every couple of weeks to inquire on the status of repair and each time the response was, “The part is on backorder.” After two months my chainsaw was out of warranty so I cannot take it anywhere else.A brief conversation with Husqvarna resulted in the response, “Dont worry about being out of warranty, we have hundreds of that part in stock, will ship one to you immediately.” That day I picked up my chainsaw, still sitting on the same shelf with the cord still hanging out, it appears they never even looked at it. I stated I was tired of waiting – they replied they had ordered the part a second time two weeks earlier. Since when do you order the same item twice?The recoil assembly arrived at my house in three days and, five minutes later, the chainsaw was running perfectly.Cannot write an accurate review on the quality of repair work at this facility because my equipment sat on their shelf for 3½ months with zero work done.

Michael is the truth. Bought two mowers from Charlotte NC and he had them delivered in just a week! Wish I was closer so I could buy all my equipment from them. Best prices around !!!!

Revised from 2 STARS from below original review since store manager reached out to me about issues and addressed them with the store employees. I will most likely give the establishment another chance next time I need parts or service on my equipment.Not impressed. I ordered about 8 parts for my backpack blower recently. I was told the parts would probably be in the following Monday. I never received a call so I called on Wednesday to check the status. The person who answered did not find my order but after some discussion determined it was there scattered on the counter with no name on the parts. Concerned, the next day I drove the 20+ miles to hopefully get the parts I ordered. When I arrived the person who ordered the parts for me helped me gather the parts. However, two parts were not there and the guy says, well I guess they were out of stock which I knew was BS. He was so disorganized I am sure he just did not order them. Of the parts I did get, one did not match the original part so his suggestion was to use duct tape to hold everything together. Well, the reason I ordered new parts was to get rid of the tacky duct tape on the blower already. So, basically after getting some of the parts that were supposed to be ordered for me and asking a few basic questions about the parts which obviously irritated the guy I left unsatisfied and will never buy from them again.
