We enjoyed this store they have something for everyone bought some Christmas presents presents lots of Coleman products.

Their very helpful and knowledgeable they have about anything you need other than coffee.

Great experience in the parts department. The gentleman who handle my 5300 jd problem was a very knowledgeable man. Left there and went to sales requesting price on used tractor. Walked out with salesman and oh yes it was there on tag. So sorry. I ask for additional info and was told I could look on website. NO SALES FOR YOU GENTLEMAN. Ill ask someone who has time to show me on computer and print it off.

I would say this is one of the more interesting stores I have been to. If you love guns and the out doors this is your place. It has a full selection on guns and ammo. I would consider it one of the best gun places I have been to. I love it and the next time I am in the area I will be back. Keep up the good work and great service.

For my review, I can only write about the gun department and my dealings with them. I recently purchased an AR that was custom built, and it was very expensive!! It turned out to be junk and highly inaccurate. When I told them about it, they let me bring it in, and they looked at it and told me everything that they thought was wrong with it and why it was performing the way it was. They even brought another guy out to look at it whom was not even behind the counter at the time to look at it. They never ever tried to sale me anything. They just tried to help me. I have come to learn that these qualities are very rare, especially in times like these when rifles are selling themselves. I highly recommend them for any needs you have. Just go there ant talk to them like I did, and I feel theyll point them in the right direction.

Just bought a Honda push mower that doesn’t work 30 minutes ago. They said they won’t take returns on anything so I’m out $400. Don’t ever buy lawn equipment from these dirtbags!

Considering all the work boots I liked were on back order in my size I had a hard time finding a pair that suited me. I was finally able to get a pair that fit the bill. Great service and a good price vs the competition. All in all a good experience.

I was looking for a stihl weed eater and talked with a salesperson i told him and showed him that the same weed eater is almost half the price at Rural king he and the manager said I should go there and buy it. 2 other customers overheard me and they left behind me.

Thats right dont ever buy boat from these people, I bought a $14,000.00 boat from them April 10, 2020, still waiting for boat registration, did finally get trailer plates yesterday September 15, 2020, makes a good yard ornament, pi__ed off.It is now October 12th 2020, still no boat registration, guess Im going to have to talk to a lawyer :update finally got registration, after wife stepped in and called dmv herself, found out boat registration wasnt asked for,had to email copy of purchase order to them, got registration October 27 2020,7 months after buying boat.

They say you can return boots within 30 days of sale yea not true. I brought boots Thursday and they won’t accept them cause they had dirt on them I said I would take them home and clean them up and they said they still won’t accept them. I wear for them for two hours only reason they have dirt on them is cause I live in the country not the city and walking from my house to my car yea going to get dirt on them very disappointed in this. I’m tired of store having policy and they don’t even go by them.

I contacted the service department to schedule a service call. The service department requested a credit card number to charge me for the service call that the person at Bridgeport Equipment could not even guarantee that they would show up for. R

Only reason a 4 star was cashiers attitude. Everybody back with the sporting goods ( guns) was very helpful and courteous.

They have a lot of good items for sale. The problem is finding an employee to pay attention to you. Especially in the gun department. They are the worst.

The guns back in the gun dept have always went above and beyond to help with any thing your wanting or any minor issues that may occur Marietta us very lucky to have such a business in our community. If asked to describe the sales staff of the Marietta location based off my experience today (6-Feb-2021), I would use the words: Incompetent; UN-knowledgeable; Unfriendly; Unorganized. Was my first and will definitely be my LAST time ever shopping here.

Went in a while back to buy some new work boots and supplies for my pest control business. The associates were very helpful. The guy in the boat department even gave my boys a free hat (which they love and wear often). I have returned several times to pick up small supplies. Always good, friendly service.

Definitely the store for Hank Hill. Pure man-store with all that stuff real guys like. Service was great and friendly too. They have ammo, tools, trailer stuff, fishing stuff and a great selection of quality work boots. Marrietta is lucky to have such a place. I would love a store like this where I live instead of our local sissy-mart.

While the store is quite nice, some of the employees in the firearms section were rude to me and my friends for no reason. I asked if they had .380 acp, they said no, but after perusing a little I found it myself. My friend was interested in purchasing a gun, the bald one said there was a 300% tax on firearms right now, which I guess he thought was some kind of joke but none of us found it that way. Seemed like he just didnt want to do the paperwork. His attitude was quite snippy and I assure you my friends and I were as cordial as could be. I asked another if I could check out at the gun counter, he said in a condescending way to check out at the front. Overall, not a very welcoming and inviting atmosphere. I very rarely write reviews, but this experience irked me enough I felt like taking the time out of my day to write this.

Consistent rudeness. I dont think Ive been anywhere like this where the staff are consistently condescending and rude to customers. All done. Wont shop here again.

Good store for John Deere equipment. Have a selection of good boots and personal protective equipment (PPE) in stock. They also rent equipment. I have been to both the Marietta OH and the Pennsboro WV locations.

We bought a new side by side from here. Scott was the person who helped us through everything. It has been several months since we have owned it, and everything about it is great.The other people who worked there was also very helpful and nice to deal with.I would defiantly recommend this place.

I used to like buying guns and ammo here, but the this latest crew consists of wannabe gun snobs (who ironically carry Springfield armory xd, which is junk) It’s just a bad vibe. Ammo is usually a good price.

Some of the most rude salesmans you will ever meet. Also complete liars, I watched the gentleman at the gun counter make a sale of multiple items then turned around and lied straight to the ladys face who was checking me out when I tried to buy 2 of something he said he did not sell a whole basketful of that same item to another customer 5 minutes prior. They have been disrespectful to my wife and disrespected me this is where we used to buy all of our pharma quipment are side-by-side pretty much everything came from here we will not be back. Screw Bridgeport equipment! I dont need to spend My money at a business that will straight lied to your face yell at you and talk down to your wife just because shes a woman and they think she doesnt know as much as men.

Stay away.Gun department has yet to ship a FFL transfer more than two weeks after purchase. Had to make a pointless return trip a few days after purchase because ignorant staff thought additional paperwork was needed. A headache, stay far away. Probably wont arrive in time for Christmas.

Awesome Store. They carry Union Made, Made in USA Thorogood Boots and thats always a good thing !! And cheaper than online stores. They also carry alot of other boots. The store is big. Excellent firearm section, etc, etc.

I purchased a JD 1025r TLB from Scott M. in the Marietta store. Not only did they have the best price I could find (and I searched for months) but Scott went above and beyond as a sales person. He was always quick to follow up, straight forward and helpful. I visited several local JD dealers prior to traveling nearly 350 miles to Bridgeport Equipment & Tool. None of the local guys seemed extremely interested that I was considering a 1 series, Scott on the other hand handled my purchase as if I was buying one of the Big Boys. I highly recommend Scott and Bridgeport (I spent about 13 hours round trip and it was worth every second) and wont hesitate to travel there again the next time I am in the market for a new toy (tractor, motorcycle, etc)!

Called to get a price on adjusting brakes to find out that John Deere does not have time estimates on doing work on their equipment. I called to get an estimate on adjusting my brake and they told me $85 an hour. Their service department was unable to give me a time estimate. Thats like giving them a blank check. They do it on cars I guess too complicated for John Deere to do that for tractors.

A great place for quality tools, equipment, and accessories. The staff is also knowledgeable, accessible, and friendly. My experience with their rental department was stellar.The only con would be price. This is a place for quality and service, not bargain basement deals.

Bridgeport Equipment has a huge parking lot for parking. Oversized doors for handicapped patrons. The store has just about anything a contractor would neet to rent, bobcats, manlifts, concrete saws, excavators, just to name a few. Outdoor clothing, fire resistant clothing, hats, gloves, boots for men and women and for every size of person. Chainsaw sales, boat sales, tractors and farm equipment and they also sell guns and ammunition. Friendly rental staff know their stuff and can help you with anything you need. The rental prices are quite good. The retail sales prices are a little pricey but the products they sale are quality. Its worth taking the time to browse. You wont be sorry

I have dealt with almost every department in the Marietta, OH location and all I can say is that every occasion has been nothing less than wonderful! I am very pleased with the professionalism of the Parts Department in my time of need. I was in a rush and needed a tie rod assembly for my mothers lawn mower, but was not sure what lawn mower she had. They worked with me until we were 100% sure that we had the correct machine. I would give this store a rating higher than 5 stars if I could. Thanks again to all the parts employees that helped me that day!
