The girls taking your recycled product(s) and paying or cutting your check are very nice. Its confusing where the entrance is so we had to call when we arrived. Overall it was worth the effort to drop off my items.

Once we figured out how everything works it was great. We have rental property and have to remove stuff that folks decide to donate. MRC is very fair on pricing, weve received far less for more steel and Aluminum from competitors and I recommend them.

Been using this place for years, used to be great place to do business with, however unfortunately they have become a typical scrap yard trying to be dishonest to make a buck. Educate yourself about scraping online before going, (google how not to get scammed at the scrap yard) especially if you have trailer loads and the amount is well over a few hundred bucks. Had issues for about the last 8-10 months with this place and have observed things that bothered me and won’t be returning. Don’t be stupid! They have been saying their scales don’t work and given numerous BS unicorn stories, the most recent was lightning struck it and it hasn’t been fixed. Well it hasn’t worked the last 5 times and I’ve been given two different excuses. If they scammed each person out of few hundred pounds in scrap the numbers add up. And watch the boys inside that weigh your stuff. They act like the money is comming out of their own pocket. Please if you have encountered something questionable at this place post it here so we can all read about it and form our own opinions. Just found out this evening that the department of agriculture is supposed to inspect scales at scrap yards. Will be following up with them next week on my vacation just out of curiosity and to raise awareness and tell what I have experienced and I encourage anyone else to call and report issues to them as well.

I come here several times a year and never had the first problem. I had some wiring in my recycle and one of the guys told me if I separate it I would get more money.The honesty was appreciated. I find everyone here very helpful.

Easy access and great to work with.

If its your first time here go to the office to receive your customer number and card. You must have a valid id. After that recycling is a breeze! If you have metal only drive on to the scale to be weighed in, then simply drive around to unload, someone will guide you to desired drop spot, then drive out to scale to weigh empty load. Then get your check at the office. If youre recycling copper, aluminum, stainless, brass or other non ferrous metals drive through the gate and unload in bins.

It wouldnt be very nice if you would go ahead and put on your website that you close at 4 now and Fridays instead of 4:45. Ive been coming here for many many years and its kind of a letdown some of the changes you guys have been doing. Im not one that scared of change either

I have been scrapping from many years I have never been to scrap yard where they pay two different prices for the same thing. Actually three different prices aluminum condensers 100% aluminum $0.19 a pound aluminum clean aluminum $0.23 a pound aluminum wheels $0.34 a pound its all aluminum 100% aluminum and it pay different prices for so you tell me are they on the up-and-up Ive been going there for years there under new ownership I will not go backl.

Thieves!!! They talk about honesty but will rip you off at every chance they get. Unless you negotiate and look carefully at your receipt, your will 100% be ripped off.

Not sure what’s up with their scales. I went twice same car same trailer, different loads. And I tbeycpaid me the same both times. Exactly the same both time with different weights. I know for a fact the second time I had double the amount of steel.

I dialed the number for holiday hours and it was no longer in service? Comments?

It was a little confusing for a first timer, but once I figured it out, the process went smoothly. Really nice folks and prompt service.

Dont go there!! Terrible owners and takes DAYS to get paid. Better off going next door to other scrap yard. How can you give a check to someone thats not valid????

Was a great customer for years but now they tryto rip you off when they can. Newell Recycling isjust next door. They dont play games, paywhat theyre supposed to, often pay more andmuch friendlier.

Amazing staff But the customer service. Lady literally yelled at me telling me to get out . Claiming she couldnt accept a passport as an i.d . Im an american citizen and she said to get out.

Website says they accept electronics but they don’t.

They pick up the phone and hang up. Very rude, very unprofessional!

Go in and get a card (account) they have to write down your license plate # in case you stole the metal you are bringing in. Then you drop it off, they weigh it, and get a check written to you.

They presume to pay more than other filmmakers and it is true the problem comes when you neglect yourself and give the mean back in my case they took out so much cable that they only paid me half of what I should receive and when I asked about the treatment of my cable they all ran away like cockroaches that are (they are thieves) almost $ 400 dollars that were stolen from me, if you have the courage to go to that place do not separate more than 3 feet because they will take every second to rob you
