I was looking for a ruck plate with certain dimensions and a specific weight limit and from the minute i called them, they were very helpful and thoroughly professional in finding the right combination of material and price. I needed a small mounting plate and a piece of barstock. I took them a template and expected to pick it up in a day or two. Here’s where it gets bad and VERY good. I received a text saying my order was ready. Due to an error (premature texting) upon arrival it wasn’t ready. The entire staff was apologetic and bent over backwards to ‘fix’ the problem. In the end I have a mounting plate at a fair price. More significantly they handled a minor screw-up in the most expeditious and ethical way possible. I suspect screw-ups are rare but I got to experience quick service, fair pricing and dedicated, superior customer service. I will use them again.

These guys were awesome! I was doing in job in downtown ATL and needed a piece of aluminum stat. Im based in Oregon and unfamiliar with the ATL metal markets. I called metal supermarkets towards the end of the business day. The owner agreed to personally deliver the metal, it was onsite within 2 hours.

Terrible customer service. Needed a 20 pipe cut in half, but said they closed at 4pm, and it was 10 min to close. Supposed to close at 5pm. Call before to see what time they arbitrarily close.
