I don’t normally write reviews, But with the extraordinary customer service my wife & i received from the sales rep Harvey Dunn was unmatched!He was very informative and sincere with the advice he gave us about purchasing the new slingshot. We left this dealership feeling like family. Dealing with Harvey was the best dealership experience I have ever had! No Hassle, No pressure unlike every other dealership I’ve went to over the past 5 years.I highly recommend visiting this branch if you’re in the market for a motorcycle or slingshot you will not regret it !!!

Being a new motorcycle owner i didnt know what i was getting into. But the team over at indian were patient and outgoing over exceeding my expectations.the biggest thing i thought was how timely they are i thought it would have taken longer for my bike to get here but it got here really quickly which really surprised me.If your looking for some really nice bike Id recommend you go see them. The sales folks are the best Ive encountered. Very straight forward. I was lining at a vanderhall and I just need some extra cash to pull the trigger. They actually service them, so keep that in mind if looking. Most dont service and youll be stuck. If and they sell motorcycles too

If you are shopping around for a slingshot or motorcycle; Indian Motorcycle of Marietta is the place to go. Great customer service; staff and owner. Ask for Harvey, great sales person very knowledgeable. They treat you like family. My husband purchased a slingshot, Harvey showed him much love, my husband wanted the midnight blue the wait time was around 8 - 12 weeks, a bike came in for another customer, but he backed out. Harvey called my husband worked out a deal and hooked him up with a promotional deal on accessories.

By far one of the best experiences Ive had at a motorcycle dealership! Harvey and Joseph were super friendly and insightful. Staff is very honest. 5 stars do not adequately describe my experience! From the moment we stepped in the door Joseph and the rest of the team treated us more like family than customers. My wife returned and purchased a 2020 Chieftain Darkhorse as a surprise birthday gift. Her experience with the team was a mirror of the first visit. This experience with the Marietta team has been more than awesome. I have to personally thank Joseph, Roxie, and the guys in the back for their patience with my wife and how they jumped in and supported her throughout the entire process. Even following up after delivery just to see how we were doing. Another special thanks to Zach for making the long drive to deliver the bike. He treated the bike as if it were his own displaying genuine care and patience to set things up perfectly. Terrible service, I walked in and stand there for more than 20 minutes and nobody even told me “Hi”, when you walk in to a Harley Davidson dealership they really make feel welcome. If this is the kind if service I’m getting from Indian I’m staying with Harley Davidson

So far so good! Had a horrible experience at another Indian dealership and ended up with a bad attitude toward Indian motorcycles...thankfully I remembered why I wanted one and called corporate to make sure that was not how Indian did business. From there I called Marietta dealership and got Harvey on the phone. He was immediately helpful and ensured me I would not experience the same customer service at Marietta. My husband called a few hours later to make sure the final price is what we wanted and the payments were in order. Harvey did not hesitate to work with him on the phone and a few emails later we were good to go. We are supposed to pick it up in a few days so I will wait and give a final review after the prospective purchase. After my first experience with Indian I am hesitant to get my hopes up, but am slightly excited about getting it home.Update!Everything went without a single problem. All of the staff were extremely helpful. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and I would definitely recommend Harvey and Indian Motorcycles of Marietta to my friends and family. It was well worth the drive!

I was impressed with the 2019 model chieftain.. the new designed side bags have more room. The 3 ride commands are a nice option. The 111 continues to be a strong engine. The sales and service at Indian of Marietta is top notch.. go test ride one.

I had a great experience at the dealership walking in. They spoiled me from the moment I entered the door. I was greeted promptly. I came in 15 minutes before closing. That 15 minutes turned into 2 hours of pure energetic delight. I traded in my Harley for a great Indian Motorcycle and ended up receiving a brand new 2018 motorcycle plus a refund check. I have never walked into a dealership that said, just pick what you want and that gave me what I wanted for my trade, sight unseen. After very little to no negotiations, I got what I wanted and more.Rick, the owner, was a fair, pleasant, and all around great guy. The staff was also amazing. Bought my 2015 Vintage from Lee with Doc handling the final paperwork. Excellent experience and very helpful. No pressure to buy and I looked over several bikes. Ive been back a few times to purchase accessories and still impressed with the place. Reminds me of the old bike dealership back in the 70s before they became the bike boutiques of today. Very personable staff. If youre looking for an Indian, or Slingshot for that matter, these folks have a good amount of inventory and are great to deal with.***Update***Found myself looking for a new motorcycle (Indian and Harley). The bikes speak for themselves. Shopped around with a total of 3 dealerships and still came back to Indian of Marietta. Settled on a nice 2018 Springfield. Once again, great staff (thanks to Pat and Sarah were awesome). Got a fair deal on my trade-in and a great deal on the bike overall. Second time very happy customer.

First time in the store on a Sunday and was I greeted with a smile as I walked in. Every employee was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions and never felt rushed even through they were busy. Came back the next morning to test drive the new Scout. Harvey set me up with the Scout Bobber with the upgraded exhaust. He took me on a nice ride and was really able to get a sense of what the bike could do. Asked if I could drive the standard Scout next and without hesitation we were on the road again. What a great bike!Harvey and Pat took the time to price out the Scout with all the options I was looking for. Gave me a great price and went home to figure things out with zero pressure to buy. I then happened to find a bike for sale through a private seller, and came back in to talk to Harvey about the bike I found. He couldn’t have been nicer even though I did not buy the bike from him. He helped me purchase a new helmet and gave me a discount! I have a few accessories in mind and will definitely purchase them from him.Thanks guys! I rented a Scout Bobber from them. The entire experience was lovely. The staff was very informative and clear about the prices. The store was very clean and well stocked. They got me on my way in a hurry. The return experience was clear and concise. My experience at Indian Motorcycles Marietta,I was driving on 75 south in the area and riding past me, was the most beautiful and elegant bike I had ever seen. After noticing the Indian logo, I quickly searched for a local dealer. Popped a u-turn and headed there. 30 minutes after arriving, I was signing for my new Dark Horse. I was first greeted by Pat. With a warm and friendly welcome, he let me look around without the overbearing attitude we all get when walking into a dealer. “I see you eyeing up that Dark Horse. Do you have any questions?”, he said. I asked about the bike and explained my frustrations with my previous Harley’s. I was still skeptical about an American made motorcycle. He then not only told me about Indians engineering, but actually took time out of his day to show me. I was captivated at this point. Indian impressed the hell out of this former professional road racer. Then I sat on the bike and started her up. Everything was so smooth! From the finishes to the feel of the engine. That was enough for me to make this Horse mine! I’ve had a couple really bad experiences at Harley dealers in the past. With blatant lies and even tried to sabotage me at Hellbender with trying to trick me with a lease when it was time to sign. EVERYTHING was straight up and 100% genuine about the guys there and even one of the new owners found me and shook my hand. These guys are a testament to dealing with common folk, with respect, honor and integrity. And for the bike itself, ill leave it at this. Riding Bliss!!

Purchased a 2017 Chieftian Limited from this dealership 8/29/17. Hands down, the best buying experience I have had! Pat Holland, Sales Associate, was awesome! He was knowledgeable and helpful, but was laid back and never pressured me to move forward until I was ready...really easy to work with. Lee, the manager and Sara the finance guru, were also great to work with...This dealership understands customer service, I give them 2 thumbs up!

Good place.I know these guys must sell tons of bikes. But they never seem overly busy to talk a bit.Its kind of cool to see that the turnover isnt high at all. The last place (not Indian) I bought a bike from...I stopped in less than a year later and didnt know a single person there...even the manager was a different guy. I never felt any compulsion to come back.Ive been stopping into Indian Motorcycles for a while now and think if I buy a bike there, the staff would probably remember me as a customer.

Called to ask about a 2020 Springfield dark horse asked about if there was a fairing available for it. Was told you can order anything from a magazine. Not helpful at all will be purchasing from Harley Davidson Just don’t understand why there is no effort put in from a lot of salesmen

Harvey Dunn answered all my questions good people. I stopped by Harley on the way home since Ive rode Harleys for many many years I asked them tell me why I shouldnt buy an Indian the only answer they had was because we dont sell Indians here .LOL

This was the BEST purchase Ive ever made. I cant stand the negotiation that has come with every car, bike, boat, etc Ive ever bought. This place shows you everything up front, none of the nickel squeezing that goes on everywhere else. Everybody is very helpful and knowledgeable, The bikes speak for themselves, I know my Roadmaster does. To get the same level Harley, it would have cost me $40k, or $15k more than I paid.

I purchased my 2016 Chief Vintage from Doc. It was a nice change buying my bike from a motorcycle shop where the staff are all about motorcycles! Staff was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful! I had a great time with Harvey, Pat and Doc. I made the 2hr journey for the pure reason of, not knowing about Indian Motorcycle. That was four hours well spent, most definitely on a Sunday. I did a lot of comparison prior to making the decision to drive up, but certainly glad that I rode out and got behind a Chieftain and ultimately the Roadmaster. By the end of the day I was indeed aware of how great these bikes are with the comforts they offer, the base model power range and last but not least, the terrific suspension!Harvey pointed out small details like weight adjustment and not thinking of the Roadmaster in all of its awesomeness as a big bike (give it a test ride and see for yourself). He also provided a great route to test it out on. And when in doubt or curiosity, run the route again. The route provided all of the different types of encounters that we see every day. Uneven roads, divots, medium holes and uphill and downhill slopes. All handled extremely well with the suspension. Pat made sure to mention, since I was potentially a first time Indian buyer the differences and niceties. Even the Chieftain, along with the Roadmasters are ... the Cadillac (the Bentley) of motorcycles.The wife has been pleading with me since I brought it home how difficult it would be to keep her from riding with me now. +Indian Motorcycle of Marietta, Thank you guys for being open and ensuring I got every detail of what owning an Indian Motorcycle is all about.
