Wow is right! Amazing customer service in the rental and sales department. This store is spotless and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful on all accounts. My husband and I flew in from out of town to rent a motorcycle. We were picked up at our hotel and driven to WOW to pick up our spotless bike. Brian bent over backwards accommodating our every need to get on the road. And Isela found a brand new visor for my old Shoei helmet. What a score!! Husband and I enjoyed a fantastic and safe vacation. Thank you WOW!

Out of the blue he said “ I like your hair color.” You wouldn’t think you’d find this kind of attention to detail in a motorcycle shop. But that’s what you get a Wow Motorcycles, in all areas. And just to be clear, the compliment was to my girlfriend. I brought my 2007 Honda 919 in for new tires and had a truly excellent experience with Jason, the service coordinator and Brad, my technician. The bike looks beautiful and they spent extra time going over the details and provided additional safe riding tips. Derrick enthusiastically helped my girlfriend find new riding gear, including the coolest leather jacket I’ve ever seen. He didn’t stop there, he then meticulously cleaned both of our helmets. And finally, our experience with Mike on the sales floor was extremely informative and detailed. He is a true expert in matching the bike to our riding style and needs. I love WOW. The instant I walked in I felt welcome and comfortable. I had no knowledge of bikes or even riding and was just curing a curiosity. Glen was super great and didnt make me feel insecure or stupid. He really listened and made honest suggestions. He made my dreams seem so attainable. Greg suggested I take the Honda BRC and think about the bike that would fit my riding skills and style.I didnt hesitate when I returned to buy gear for my class. Oh WOW - Tim must have watched me try on every jacket, helmet, boots, etc in the store - giving advice and positive vibes. (Dont get me wrong - I did shop around but other stores werent as attentive and I never felt confident enough to buy.) Tim and Derek were so helpful with everything I needed. Again, I learned so much and felt great with my purchases. All the staff is wonderful - I could hang out there for awhile if they let me. jkFast forward a month or so - and I just bought my first bike. I love my Ninja 650 and I was so excited when I picked her up! The buying process was so easy - Glen and Mike made me feel so important and cared for. Ive never had so much fun signing papers than with Greg. He explained everything so clear and friendly. I left the store so happy and Glen even called me for a follow up. I am happy I stopped by WOW I’m just getting into riding and every other shop I visited the workers were too busy to answer questions or give advice. I recently purchased a 2012 Honda Fury (my first bike!!). The sales people at this place are amazing. I had an issue with my bike (not at all WOW’s fault). However they worked diligently to resolve the issue. However the part needed to fix it would not make it until sometime next week. I needed my bike over the weekend for my birthday. Brad, who was working on my bike, quickly put my bike back together so I could be on two wheels for my birthday. I’d just like to say you are a life saver Brad. Mike is the best! He helped me decide on the best bike for me and spent the time to look at everything I wanted without any hesitation. He got my approval back very quickly and got my bike to me earlier than promised! Wonderful place. I wish there were more places like WOW in the Atlanta area, sadly it seems like theyre one of a kind.Very low pressure, you walk in to a showroom slap full of motorcycles of all different shapes and sizes, arranged logically according to their purpose, then according to the make and model. Eg. You can find all the adventure bikes in the same place, and all the Kawasaki Versys will be right next to each other.They offer you an inventory sheet (absolutely genius, something so simple, but so effective) and you walk around and look. We came back three times total, on the third we bought the one we wanted.We had to call up a few times, and the same person who helped us in store (Emmaline, hopefully Im spelling that right) answered the phone every time, its like she knew it was us calling.Painless purchasing process, took less than an hour once we finally did pull the trigger. We love the motorcycle.When they handed it over to us, an employee walked the bike out and showed us the ins and outs of our little Rebel 300, including quirks, tips, and maintenance schedules.Truly amazing experience. A lively place, always bustling. So many motorcycles to look at. Best prices and friendliest staff I could find in town, and I looked everywhere.

Buyers beware!!!! They state they do a top to bottom service before letting you pull off the lot. FALSE!!! Within a week after purchasing, air filter, spark plugs, etc had to be replaced. They don’t let you know to contact them for problems, due to the bikes being used. Went through Polini Motorsports for the repairs(no complaints). Very condescending attitude from the manager when I went through to complain about lack of service. Will never shop here again for my many motorcycle needs!!!!

Just picked up my motorcycle from service at wow today and let me just say WOW!!! Thier service is second to none. Ive had work done at other shops, but nothing compared to the level of professionalism I received at wow. From start to finish Jason handled everything on the front and end. The technician: Travis Hutton, had a task with some extremely difficult repairs and completely NAILED IT!!Highly recommend WOW for service or if you need a steel horse, they have a crazy inventory to suit any riders needs!!

I gave up riding and needed to get rid of my motorcycle. I decided to get a price from WOW and not have the hassle of a retail sale. The wholesale price was a little lower than I was hoping for, but we agreed on it. Three days later the WOW truck was at my house in Birmingham. Cash in hand and Freddie loaded the bike on the trailer and was back on the road to Atlanta. Very easy, trouble free sale!

I found this place because I live close by. I went to quite a few places looking, as well as a lot of research online for pricing and inventory all over the country. So being local was just lucky... Id have come here had I lived 100 miles away, and I suggest you save yourself the trouble and just start here. No pressure sales, but still available to answer questions, they know their inventory well and the bikes are in great shape. I worked with TOM CARTER and RICK LUNDY. Was told the motorcycle was throughly inspected before bought, apparently not. Giving 3 stars only because the finance guy Greg was cool. Make sure before you buy a motorcycle from this place you bring your own mechanic because the service department (whom im guessing does their inspections) isn’t worth listening to. this is a 60$ fix for me, If they lack on the cheap stuff i can only Imagine what else gets lacked on.. could’ve been bad if my throttle cable failed in the middle of riding. Had the motorcycle for a month or so.

Went to WOW as I will be purchasing a motorcycle soon. They had a good selection. There was a sign out front with a bunch of rules. Some were, no touching, sitting on or photographs allowed. When buying a bike or car I like to take pictures to remind me what I saw...Found a bike I was interested in and asked to see it. Was told there it is, asked about a test ride and they do not allow it !!?? They did not even start it up. Asked as they do not allow any real review of a used bike before a purchase how was their return policy. None existed.I walked out. Sorry lost my business now and forever.

I took my bike here for servicing and to get sliders installed and the service was great. Jason said that the sliders would cost between 100 and 150 and they would charge me based on the time. They ended up charging 100 when they could have just done the 150 - honest people. They also adjusted my clutch and gave it more give, which had been a point of contention for me. They also straightened out my exhaust that I installed a bit off center, with out me asking or even mentioning, but I had recognized that it was off center, just hadn’t had the time or inclination to mess with it again lol . This place is a gem. Don’t hesitate in taking your bike here for service!

I am brand new to motorcycling, received the endorsement on my license in October. Purchased my first bike here and Glen was the absolute best! He was patient with me, was available to answer all my questions, and I know I bought the best bike for years of enjoyment. It was a great experience Theyre in the new building facility from ground up about 200 feet or 200 yards north of their current or their old location in a larger taller warehouse type environment cover all the motorcycle and other related paraphernalia and if just as usual great customer service from the employees there very close and environment and no hassle no push on the sales side they just want you to build enjoy the experience and come back again as much as possible while I was there I had to buy a break heart from my Honda and that was readily available on purchased and very low cost So again another plus in the experience there. The only drawback is that there was on the inventory sheet was not up to date the account for the new products available for purchase.

Great people really knowledgeable and no pressure. Check it out sit on a few bikes they have close to 100 of them. Cant do that buying from a private seller.

(Please read all of this to get the total story). 2020, what an unusual year. Mid-year I sold my Harley Ultra Classic and decided to purchase a UTV to use at our home on our property. Via Facebook Marketplace, we found a Gator that met our Wishlist at WOW Motorcycles. We made the purchase. On my wife’s advice, I had the unit delivered to the JD shop, here, to be serviced. The shop presented me with an $8,000 estimate for repairs. This was almost ¾’s of the total purchase price. The required safety & run ability repairs totaled over $6,000. I was devastated.I checked the BBB site and saw a similar complaint. This reading worried me, but I saw hope in the GM’s response to the complaint when he stated that he wished that they would have come back to WOW and worked through the issue. So, I decided to take him at his word.A friend and I went to WOW (50 minutes away) to make an appeal for help or to return the unit. We presented our case to the sale’s person and as we expected met resistance and were reminded that the sale was “as-is”. Our appeal was about the drivability/safety issues, so we asked to see the General Manager. He was not on property at the time. We left, got lunch and returned one more time before driving back home. At that time, the GM was in but was in a meeting. To be honest, I wondered if that was ‘a dodge’. So, we headed back to Covington.When I walked into the house and put my paperwork on my desk, the GM/Steven Seymus called me. I was so relieved as he apologized for not being available earlier in the day and then he asked how he could help me. After a brief conversation and then the exchange of a couple of emails with documentation included, we reached a reasonable agreement for sharing the cost of the essential repairs. Mr. Seymus was gracious and did everything that he promised with punctuality and efficiency.With professionalism and courtesy, Mr. Seymus helped me move from deep regret for having made the purchase to a great joy that we bought from him a fun piece of very useful equipment. The Gator is actually a pretty good substitute for my season of motorcycle riding.Thank you WOW for the opportunity to make this purchase. Most of all, thank you Mr. Seymus for having a value of being a profitable business and a greater value of treating a customer well. He obviously wants a good sale to be about starting a relationship not just making a buck. In other words, WOW will be on my shopping list when looking for a product that they sale. Thanks, WOW

Huge P.O.S. Unwilling to work with a customer after they tried to sell a bike out from underneath me. Would not trust this business AT ALL! Had a couple of friend have issues with them as well. Their mechanics do a shady job if you’re buying used from them.In response to this businesses comment. The “low price” they speak of is a 200$ difference. It was based on principle because they were not upfront and honest with me in the first. I have worked for a HD dealership in the north and have never seen a prospective customer like this. Honesty, and integrity are foundational in my line of work and it should be in all business. That was not found here. I spoke to a salesmen prior to and was discussing a different bike where they said “in the grand scheme a $1,000 in a big difference for what your getting”… which may be true. But what I wasn’t getting was honest people who have integrity and try to sells bikes quickly instead of taking care of the people they have in front of them. And they lost two sales that day. A week later and that bike still hasn’t moved of their used inventory list on their website.

I stopped by on a Tuesday. I was a little disappointed when I pulled into the parking lot but after I walked in I was so surprised at how many motorcycles they had. I found what I wanted and made a deposit. Went back on Saturday to pick it up and it literally took less than 10 minutes to sign my papers and get the key..2019 honda CBR300.. please note, if you are shopping on Saturday it is packed. People were parked on the street .. thanks Mike for making my 1st motorcycle purchase a great experience.

I was NOT wowd.I felt very unwelcomed by the staff when I showed up to the store.The service manager looked at me like I was soliciting. My bike was happily serviced there at their old location. Apparently not anymore since they only service newer models now.The service manager was confrontational and aggressive when he was corrected on something he was obviously wrong. When I picked up my bike, same manager did not even acknowledge me or greeted me even though I was 5 feet away. Several minutes passed until another staff member asked me if I was helped.They stated they only serviced me was out of courtesy/pity.I would never return to this place. Nor recommend. We customers deserve better service, we deserve a place happy to earn our business.I never thought I would be treated like that.

My experience with a WoW has always been a positive one... Whether Im rebuilding a carb & Petcock or buying jacket and boots Isela in the Parts Department has been knowledgeable & friendly over the last 20 years... It is a bit of a commute but Isela takes the time & doesnt brush me off & notification is given as soon as my part arrives... Good luck in the new location & I will continue to be a customer 🤙✌️

Jason Goldschmidt went above and beyond in his service that he did not have to. For that, my son and I will be visiting WOW soon and make them our #1 place to shop for new motorcycles for my 6 grandkids. Bought my bike there and love it road it home to Charlotte NC...however customer service was lacking...I really felt like I was in the way while waiting for my bike...easiest sale I would imagine I bought the bike over the internet so limited time spent in person...when I went to pick up the bike it was filthy I had to ask for it to be washed and he wasnt sure if they could but he asked and they did...I asked if it had a full tank of gas and he really didnt answer directly...so I said I thought that was a common courtesy as I have recieved much more from other shops when they are handing off the keys...on the bright side unknown to me but a guy came out to go over the bike with me which was awesome he refreshed me on the difference of a carburetor versus fuel injection plus any other not so obvious differences...its been a long time since Ive owned a bike with a carburetor....I dont think I would make another purchase from wow again...

Glen with WOW Motorcycles did a fantastic job with my 2011 Yamaha R1. I purchased a bike based on his honesty and transparency without even looking at the motorcycle with the exception of the pictures that were taken from the showroom, as I live in Texas. He went above and beyond to get all paperwork and my bike delivered in no time at all. Upon inspection at delivery by Mike (another fantastic employee with WOW Motorcycles) he kept me updated where he was at and made it on time as promised and the bike was in mint condition. I will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future and I highly recommend them even if you do not live in Georgia as they can ship it to you! The customer service here is unlike any motorcycle shop in the state of GA. These guys will always take care of you. I don’t hesitate to bring my bike(s) here because they know what they are doing. Certified and experienced mechanics. Trustworthy sales and associates in the sales department. They’re all really good. However, James (from sales) is especially exceptional. He gets up and always smiles and greets his customers. Treats them like family. Always professional.

The staff here are friendly and welcoming. Ive stopped by a few times to check out the selection and every time I feel more at home. They say the key to sales is to not sell anything, and thats the way they operate here. Not pushy, not trying to get your email and number for sign ups, just casual and fun to talk to. I stop by most times just to get a feel for what type of bike Im looking for, and Im sure theyll end up getting my money soon enough. But its good to know that Ill spend it with people I can trust. I’m Ian, and I came across WOW when they were one of the only places that had a used Mt-07, and I went and took a look and swung leg over the one that they had, and from then I went through the process very smoothly and decided to buy it OTD, and Mike helped me every step of the way in helping me sign and deposit from Athens, and because I wasn’t going to be able to make my way over there easily due to the gas issue.Then after a couple of days I had signed and ordered my bike, and surely enough Santiago (Safari) brought my bike to me safely and made sure everything was up to standards. Very accurate within the estimated delivery time that they had told me. Runs great and I’m loving my Mt-07. Definitely coming back to look for my next bike in the future, where I don’t have to worry about any hiccups, because WOW will take care of it.

My experience with WOW was excellent. Sales mgr Mike Puntney kept all promises. After I committed with a non-refundable $300 deposit, Mike saw to it that all promised items were done. He went over and above by having the 2006 BMW detailed to look like show room condition when I came to pick it up. That I had not asked for. I was pleasantly surprised and came home with a 15 year old bike that looked like new.

These guys are the best. Go see Glen, hell take care of you. Great customer service, knowledgeable, and patient. Not your typical salesman, they make sure you get what YOU want with no pressure to buy. Will definitely recommend them if youre in the market for a bike. Give Glen a raise!

I cant say enough about Glen Hauenstein. He was professional and patient with me while making my first motorcycle purchase from out of state. He was prompt in answering my questions via phone/email. Michael, the delivery guy was great as well. The bike got a little water on it from the rain and he took his time wiping it down. I would purchase from WOW again.

Great place to buy a motorcycle. I actually didnt even have to go to the store. Ordered my new Zero SR/S premium bike over the phone and they delivered. Shout out to Glen and Greg for helping me get everything in order and in less than a week I was riding my new bike. Great service and very knowledgeable. Huge selection of motorcycles. Bought a bike for a friend and the staff seemed pretty helpful. They are firm on all prices because bikes are selling so well right now, but otherwise seems like a good place to go. Lots of accesories for sale as well.

Literally the name of the dealership says it all for me Wow! I had searched with much difficulty for a 2nd generation vmax for sale that was within a reasonable distance to my house and wow always had at least one or 2 in their inventory but I was hesitant cause I live 6 hours away in Kentucky. My biggest regret is not calling them sooner! Emm was fantastic very detailed very thorough and extremely helpful. Not only did she get me the bike I wanted at a what I consider a very fair market price, but she also was able to arrange to have it delivered to my driveway for way less than what I anticipated the cost would be. Thank you so much to Emm, Jason, Greg, and all the folks at Wow!I would also like to add that I have never purchased a motorcycle like this never seeing it in person, and having it shipped to me, but they made this process effortless for me, and for many of the bikes they sale they have videos of them on their website as well as YouTube. If Im ever in search of a bike this is the first place Im looking.

I just bought a Roadliner from them, and I am a diligent dude when it comes to spending my money. Mr Watkins showed me around, patient. Sooo patient, because I am climbing on every and his knowledge was on point of everything I touched. He handed me off to Ricky and we quickly reached a price I liked. But, I’m a pain and had to be sure I was getting what I wanted and the price was competitive, way better. The next thing is even after we agreed they still went through the bike, made sure it was right, turned it around way quicker than I expected and surprised me by replacing the tire as part of it because...that’s what they do. I waited years to do this again, these people made it so freaking easy. The best experience I’ve had in a major purchase, ever. Hats off to every dept and excellent management. Thanks Ricky, know I ain’t easy.
