Alan and his team are top notch! They are trustworthy, efficient and genuinely kind. We had keepsakes from our family home in Marietta shipped to our home in France. Alan took great care in protecting our treasures and getting them to us in a timely manner and in perfect shape. The rocking horse is safe and sound here in the south of France! I was here to send a parcel for a client and was nervous about how fragile porcelain could be especially for shipping aboard. I was surprised how well this shop took care of delicate items! It made me relieved.The previous owner was terrible! It made me give up on this shop which is the closest to my office for a while. Today I took in a package that I needed to return. Jeffrey was more than helpful, he even taped up the box I was sending and removed the old labels! Most places want you to do it yourself. Slow slow slow! Different prices for same thing sent out! Was in there for over 25 minutes and I was the only one!Update.. new management but the prices are still high and one guy is still a little rude at times the other little boy upfront is very nice though.

I go to this location to drop off packages that are already labeled so my purchases are infrequent. But everyone there has always been super nice and helpful, which is greatly appreciated!

It seems this location has changed owners. The employees now seem to have quiet a bit of attitude and rude.
