Out of ALL the UPS stores that Ive used to ship out work stuff, this is definitely number two on my list! The staff is always super nice, and get me in and out with no problems. This is now my new go to location to to get my work stuff shipped out, with no problems. Other UPS Stores, TAKE NOTES - being RUDE to myself or another customer, wont keep my service at your store.

Came by today to see if the store was and open and thankfully they were. The store representative Mumin was very professional in assisting with shipping my fragile goods to a customer in San Diego. He provided the best rate to delivery day option and carefully packaged my product Great way to start my Sunday. Will be recommending this store to my pals.

I showed up around the time they were closing, and i needed to ship something important overnight. The staff requested the UPS driver to wait a couple of minutes and were able to assist me by shipping out my package. They were very courteous and went above and beyond !

This store went above and beyond to help me fax important documents over which were needed eod for a closing.Very knowledgeable and courteous staff.Will be bringing all my shipping services to this location and will be recommending it to my friends and family.

STOP! Save yourself time, money, and trouble! The owner of this shop, Rao Umarkhan is a crook. His business promised me over the phone that a medical device would be sent next day air which I paid for. He used a sneak tactic and really the product would not arrive until 4 days later even though I paid the $107 dollars for overnight shipping. I had to send my teenage son in to ship the medical device since I was no longer in town. Since my son signed for it they would not issue the refund. Since I would no longer be in the town that it was shipping to I had to stop shipment and return to the establishment. I have spend hours on the phone with Rao and UPS trying to resolve this matter and I’m just simply out the $107. So basically I spent $107 to not be able to sleep for 4 nights and get ripped off by this crook.

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF TROUBLE AND FIND ANOTHER UPS STORE NEARBY. This location is careless and will not take care of your package properly. This place’s owner, Rao Umarkhan, uses the ol’ “bait and switch” method to steal money from his costumers. His business promises to overnight a package and then prints a label that ships the package 4 days later. Once you sign it, he has your money and will not give a refund. It’s sad to see businesses treat their customers like that. We tried to resolve this matter with him over the phone but he just shouts over you the entire time you’re explaining the situation.

This location is extremely efficient with a fast in and out of store time. the guys are fast, friendly and listen to what you need. no stress or drama. thankyou very much for all your hard work!!

Mr. Josh was extremely knowledgeable and professional with his assistance and provided pertinent information to help with my shipping needs. I recommend this location to anyone who is looking for professional, honest and expedient service.

Dont ask to purchase an envelope with a stamp on it here. Apparently youre up to some illegal business if you do.

I always have a great experience at this UPS store. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Special shout out to Josh who was so kind when I rushed in this evening right before they closed. He didn’t rush me and made me feel very welcome. So happy to have this UPS store in my neighborhood.

Great UPS, I don’t live in this area, but like to drop packages off here. I’d chose UPS over any other delivery service, Joshua is awesome.

I havent been to the post office in years and years because of this store. They are helpful, friendly, fast, and efficient, even during the holidays. I always get great customer service and shipping here.

These people are not only friendly, they are very saavy aboutthe shipping services they represent. They really do getinside your frame of reference regarding whats importantas you set up shipping details for whatever you are shipping.You can tell by how they respond to questions and issuesthey have experience and really want to go it rightfrom the customers perspective.If youre going to ship or mail something, use people whoknow the services they represent. These people do!

The employee was nice but I will never use them for copies again. I just paid 3 dollars for 3 sheets of paper. Apparently they charge 2 dollars if you email what you need copied but pick and choose when they apply it (the 2 dollar charge).

They would probably be a decent print company if they kept ink. Of course they dont have any today which is odd because I thought a print company would keep stuff like that.

My mother doesnt have an email so I am writing for her and I also feel the same way, Not only the owner but everyone there seems to love being there and is so very sweet and helpful. We ship out a care package to my son (her grandson) at least 3 times a month and every time we are in there they are quick and always smiling. My mother who I might add is not usually out and about in the world so much and feels as if she feels like they are apart of her family almost now lol, they even ask how her grandson in job corp is doing, (where her care packages go) I appreciate the care my mom gets when she goes to this store. Keep up doing such a great job.Also 2 years ago when my grandmother passed, I was in charge of making and printing the announcements and was having difficulty I believe just b/c I was so upset over our loss, but the owner helped me and didnt charge me, it really meant alot to us. Thanks again

Operating hours on Google are incorrect. They are 9 a.m. per the location. At 9:01 a.m. it was still dark inside and gate down. Plan your day accordingly if you want to conduct business at this location. Im off to another UPS location 😔.
