My experience with uhaul was a pretty bad one because I was getting the run around due to a deal that was offered but the customer service line wasn’t being very helpful as they kept sending me to wrong locations and giving me false information. All that changed when I met the staff at 900 Roswell st. The staff provided me with excellent customer service. They exceeded all my needs. I really appreciate them for understanding my frustration with what was going on. I want to thank the staff for their hard work. I really appreciate their services.

Zero stars!!!!The worst uhaul ever, two weekends in a row my confirmed online van was not available when I went to pick up. Rude staff told me to call customer service nothing they can do!!!!! They have also yelled at one of my employees on the phone to bring a van back early or they will charge me more as they have a customer waiting on the van that we have. Well where were my two rentals when I had them confirmed. Absolute worst uhaul ever STAY AWAY GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!!!!!!!

Very slow service. I spent about $800 on UHaul rental order and purchased $141 worth of moving supplies. At the end of the move, I returned used and unopened mattress bags which are 4.95 a piece. They were unable to process returns after about 30 minutes of waiting. Willie I was waiting and. The Rebecca started asking me if I was taking pictures of her which was so unexpected. At this I responded the car she needed to focus on doing her job that it was completely unacceptable that I had to wait for over 30 minutes and she still couldnt process my refund. She didnt like my response and told me that she wasnt going to process it. I told her that to focus on been competent and not to make baseless statements. Very unprofessional

Our move across the country got off to a rocky start when our booking location had scheduling issues that threw some last minute logistics curve balls at us. It made our trip a bit more daunting that originally planned, but we managed to make it through to our destination in GA. Even though they had nothing to do with the problems we encountered, Kiya and her team rallied to come up with solutions that exceeded our expectations and truly helped our trip finish on a high note. Couldnt be more pleased with their customer service and dedication to making things right!

What good is the online check in process for the truck when the employees can screw it up and somehow rob you of close to $850? I’m now battling corporate for a refund for a truck i was DENIED after i paid for it and verified who I was. The employees still somehow managed to confirm the truck as rented and the truck is now gone off the lot. Bunch of thieves!!!! And the manager lost $50 in the till so I’d look into that as well.

Thank goodness I found this place. I am not from the area and had to move a family member. It was an emergency and we needed a truck fast. We didn’t even realize we would need boxes and tarps and plastic, they had everything we needed. The manager was super friendly and knowledgeable. She explained pricing and how to use the truck. Great experience.

If, I had the time I would have canceled and went to another location or company. I reserved and paid on line and the cashier Karisa Glover (as indicated on my receipt) has the minimum requirement for customer assistance....breathing. She lacks the demeanor, attitude, and professionalism to be in her position, which should be required to assist people in a respectful and friendly manner. I was thoroughly annoyed by her matter of fact responses to my questions and concerns about needing additional contact information, offering my products that I already declined, and needing me to swipe my credit card. As a customer if I ask a direct question I deserve a direct professional response and if you cant provide that you are in the wrong position. Then she said your vehicle is straight to the back the third truck. Poor direction when straight could be ahead or behind me, which the truck was not. The store was not busy and there were two other workers (I hope neither were managers, if so throw the whole team away) standing at the customer service area, who should have been willing or encouraged to bring the vehicle to the area. I went back into the store and asked for someone else to get or show me the truck. She then proceeded to come out the store speaking audibly enough for me to hear saying, its simple straight to the back. It would have been simple for the truck to be at the front and ready. I came into the store a few days prior to confim I has the right location and to confim my reservation, the staff were friendly and helpful that day. This experience coupled with the stress of moving was thee worst.

Worse customer experience I have ever had.I got a van to move some furniture one month and the truck itself was broken and no one seemed to have checked on it. The tires were flat and not filled up properly. Something was wrong with the engine and it kept dying and the speedometer kept going wild. I suspect it had to do with the messed up tires. It broke down during the trip and I got a ride back and when I asked if anything could be done the guy said I had to call roadside. It was pouring rain and I made a whole trip for nothing.My friend was trying to get a truck and they said it was not available. He is a veteran and he doesnt use electronics. He asked the lady if he could use his veteran discount. The lady said that is possible. My friend got the van but when he got back the discount was not applied. He went in and complained but the new lady there said its already gone through and nothing they could do. What kind of company can not make some kind of initiative to help.

Slow, unorganized and all over the place . We returned our uhaul a few hours before our initial time and 3 days later this lady charged our card 47$ ! Due to her unorganized system. Don’t waste your time at this location !!!!! Extremely unprofessional towards customers !

I was very pleased with the service I rcvd. The store is clean and had hand sanitizer available. The truck was clean and smelled like it had recently been sanitized. Zakiya explained everything thoroughly and I was aware of the pricing and fees. I will use this location again.

Worst place and worst people working with an attitude, I am charged for an extra day with auto transmission though I return the equipment before 3 days according to contract.Contract number: 83711358I drop auto transmission on Friday 20th November 2020 at 7:30pm and they are telling me we close at 7 which is a lie and they close at 8pm. According to contract I can return on 21st November also but I did return it a day before.Check your camera if I am lying. I am just asking for the amount which I am charged unnecessarily.***RECOMMEND NOT TO GO TO THIS PLACE WHERE THEY DON’T VALUE THIER CUSTOMERS***

I never write reviews and am usually an understanding person but this needs to be said. HORRIBLE, and I mean HORRIBLE customer service. I had a hitch reservation set for a little over two weeks. When I arrived, they acted like they had no idea it existed. The first man who helped me (Chris, which his name tag said owner) was terrible. Didn’t have knowledge of anything, didn’t apologize for not contacting me to let me know parts were back ordered, and was complaining about how he had to get off work at 3 pm. He eventually went to the bathroom and changed and left without even telling me anything after I sat around waiting for around 30 minutes at this point. I think I over heard a conversation with another customer where he messed up her storage unit quote or something along those lines as well. Another man who apparently only works there once a week as assistant manager was much nicer but the situation still didn’t end up being resolved. I called back today and Chris didn’t even know how to look up where my hitch was with the courier. This was 4 hours ago and I have not heard back. I canceled my reservation and do not recommend taking your business here. They are unhelpful and have really screwed over a military family with moving.

Made an online reservation for contactless mobile pickup. They gave the reservation to someone else right in front of me, saw I was working through the online pickup at the truck in question, and told me they had nothing left, despite having several on the lot. They could give my reservation away, but not get me anything on the lot. The told me to call 1-800-Go-U-Haul and they could do nothing else. Been on hold for 15 minutes. What a joke. Go to Enterprise instead.

This U-Haul Store was very helpful in their customer service. We moved from Missouri to Georgia about a month ago. We had to drop off our things to their storage unit. Also we were pressed for time because we had to go to another U-Haul in Smyrna to drop off the truck. Nick (Manager) stepped in and stated that We will take the U-Haul Truck from you guys for no extra charge. That took a load off of our shoulders. We were able to put our things in storage with no worries of a late fee. I recommend these guys because they go above and beyond. Excellent Customer Service. A++++++ World Class Standards

Everyone at the U-Haul at Roswell Street location was extremely helpful and did everything in their power to help us out during our move! The general manager Kiya Blair went above and beyond when setting up our storage area and trailer drop off. We will definitely use this location in the future and will let all our friends know to use them too! Thanks again!Edit: Kiya Blair is at it again! After there had been some miscommunication from the corporate office about closing out of our storage unit, Kira was able to fix everything quickly and with a smile on! She also was able to efficiently deal with a long line of customers (some being extremely difficult) in front of me and never lost her cool. Please give this woman a raise. She deserves it!

We made a 9am reservation to have a hitch installed. When we arrived for the appointment, there was only 1 worker present in the establishment. This poor guy had to answer phones, handle register, interact with customers and do installations. Where is the management here? We are almost an hour into our appointment and he has yet to begin our installation. Poorly run operation here!

Picking up my uhaul I was helped by Chris, he was knowledgeable and friendly. Upon returning, I was yelled at for entering the store, only 2 people at a time. Different rule then when I had walked in but of course I respected it without issue. When it was time to enter i was helped by a young lady who was also nice and helpful. When she went outside to check for damage on my uhual the associate who originally asked me to step outside starts badmouthing me in front of his customer. Saying how can people not respect it and read this sign. His current customer stands up for me saying the sign was half off the door. He continued bad mouthing me and it took all I had not to cuss him out. He is very lucky I was moving all day.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. Borderline incompetent staff that KEEP CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD ILLEGALLY! of course when it’s time to be refunded for the incorrect $913 I was charged, it’s impossible to get a hold of anybody that’s authorized to issue refunds. Kia on the phone was one of the most rude people I’ve ever spoken to. It’s truly chocking that this company still remains when all they do is lie and steel. I will be reporting to the BBB and going through my credit card company to dispute charges. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HAS BEEN A HUGE HEADACHE!!!!

Beware of the scam!! The staff is rude! Two men helped where in the building and neither person greeted me! One was having lunch at the counter! Uhaul now charges a extra 20 if the check in your vehicle if you return it after hours! This information is not on the box where you return the key! I’ll never use them again

U-Haul is great, but STAY AWAY from this dealership. I was overcharged $72 on my rental. Spoke to the GM (Kia), said shed be able to refund me, and would call me back in 5 minutes. Three hours later, I had to call her back, only to find out I would only be getting a refund of $53. I protested but was told there was nothing she could do, and if I wanted to discuss it more, Id have to call back later. After gently calling her out for her terrible customer service, she actually had the audacity to hang up on me, a paying customer.I then called corporate customer service and they somehow had no problem refunding me the remaining $19 in about 5 minutes. If it wasnt for excellent customer service at the corporate level, Id never be giving UHaul another dollar. Truly baffling this woman became a GM with absolutely zero customer service skills.

Staff is totally useless (Hannah) this location charged me an extra 70$ by accident and getting it refunded back to me took literally hours on the phone. After 5+ phone transfers and a tons of unnecessary arguing I was finally refunded by the a general manager(Blair Z) in customer service. Considering this fiasco among many others I’ve encountered since making my reservation to rent a ubox just three days ago, I can safely say that uhaul has NOT made moving any easier!!! Go elsewhere.

I picked up a truck specifically at closing time because I needed it from 7pm until 7:30pm the next evening. The location was closed when I returned it and I left the key in the drop box and they charged me for TWO whole days. I’ve rented from the U-Haul just up the street for over a year now and they have never been that petty and cheap. They always charge me only one day when renting at closing time. I rent from U-Haul almost monthly and have been a loyal, repeat customer. I have rented from this location twice and have had poor customer service/appreciation every time. I will NEVER return to this location.Save yourself the hassle and rent from the U-Haul at 706 Roswell St instead.

This Uhaul lied to me and robbed me.After buying moving boxes in December, I returned my unused boxed here. I had lost my receipt in the move, so I accepted store credit for the unused boxes, figuring I’d use it next time I moved. They handed me a sheet of paper, and not knowing when I would move again, I asked the employee, “Will I need this paper to use the store credit?” She smiled and said, “Nope, we can look it up by your phone number.” Fair enough.So now several months later I go to use my $55 store credit, and as soon as I bring it up the store manager goes, “You got the paper?” I said, “No, but it should be under my phone number.” He immediate got rude and said, “We can’t do nothin’ without the paper.” I explained to him how the employee had told me I don’t need it, and rather than have a discussion, he kept repeating his same sentence, “We can’t do nothin’ without the paper.”I called uhaul customer service. They couldn’t find it. They said they should be able to, but it wasn’t there. So they got the store manager on the line, who proceeded to get rude again and repeat his same sentence over and over, and then he hung up on me and Uhaul costumer service. The rep said there wasn’t anything else she could do.Based on his reaction, I’m guessing they do this a lot.

Terrible!!! I reserved a trailer hitch install on the U-haul website, and as soon as I did, the location called and stated that they could not do it that date. He further stated that the District Manager would not allow them to block of dates that they off.

Excellent Service! We moved from FL to GA and located this Uhaul location near our new home. General Manager Madi was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the products and services. Orginally, I contacted the location at 706 Roswell Marietta, GA because I needed to return my 20 foot truck, auto transport and get a storage unit. The General Manager at this location was very helpful and referred us to 900 Roswell St where Madi assisted us with our rental return and storage unit. Madi was in the office bright and early and answered all our questions. We definitely recommend this Uhaul to anyone looking in the Marietta, GA location 30060.

I only put a star on it because if not, it wont let me comment but if not, I wont give it any, its my bad service, they dont explain anything to you and I asked them what time the unit could return and they told me before 8 am and that there would be no surcharge as it was late that it was not a problem and even so I returned it the same night and when they charged me they put two days and apart three days later they charged me again and when I went to ask it was completely rude the employee yelled at me and said that they do not have to explain anything that is the responsibility of the client I WILL NEVER RENT IN THAT PLACE AGAIN
