I went in with quite a list. I couldnt find everything I was looking for. Every time I asked for help I was told where things were and then I was physically shown/led to where things were. I was so impressed with the customer service over and over again that I had to say something to the manager before I left. I asked one employee about wine racks which they didnt have many of in the store. the gentleman in the fine China section took me to a computer and showed me the website and all the wine racks there as well as a reward program he told me all about. I was grateful to sit for a minute since I was shopping for about 2 or 3 hours there. I guess Ive gotten so used to poor customer service that when its exceptional like this trip was...Ill remember it forever! Thanks bed bath & beyond you guys are the bomb!

I love this place so much Im addicted. The staff is always friendly to my boys and let me tell you my boys are loud and one like to moonwalk down isles!!! No joke! But they understand and are helpful and just nice. I always have my 20% coupon ready when Im there and they always have just great decor for ur home im just obsessed. Great place to shop to redecorate home from bedroom, to kitchen and bathroom supplies etc.. If item is not found on shelf they can order on-line to be shipped to your home or store pick-up plus they guarantee your money back if not satisfied with item. Luv it!! BBaB is a must-run for kitchen essentials like de-calcifier for the espresso machine. I was taken by the number of knives on sale, and the general sales-y feeling in the store this time. Not crowded, the interior reflects recent reorganization to give shoppers more space. Checkout was easy and I got in and out in record time

My fiancé and I went to register at Macy’s and had such a horrible experience, so we headed to Bed Bath & Beyond in Marina and I am glad we did! Cynthia helped us register and even offered to walk around with us. She helped explain a few benefit and features of products we were looking at and even found items that we wanted that weren’t in stock. She went above and beyond. It is rare to find good service and I appreciated her efforts!

The merchandise sold at BB&B is varied and plentiful. They offer a wide variety of high quality items. The staff that work in this store are exceptional! Thank you to Diana, Arlene and the sweet woman who works in bedding/curtains etc. Each of whom are helpful, friendly and professional.

Parking is great in this Center, access superb. For this store, the selection and prices stand out. Many of the items are not available at other stores in the Center.Clerks and other personnel are helpful and knowledgeable. Bathrooms are just inside the front door, carts are available and work. One thing, Im sensitive to scent and theres a load of it just inside the front of the store.

Thankful they are open. Great customer service. Great pricing.

Always a great shopping experience with mostly helpful staff. I hear theyre closing some BB&B, I hope this one is spared from the chopping block. My pups and I will keep our hopes up.

They should add a map at the entrance so I do not need to bother employees with what should be a common sense location. I am referring to the ability to locate household items; store seems to need a layout update.

A lot of the stuff here is way over priced. The store feels cluttered because there is junk everywhere. But, the Modal sheets they sell are outstanding. The Jersey knit are perfect.
