I went in to buy a cable for my sons laptop. When I checked out the guy barely looked at me and mumbled something to me which I didnt hear. Then the screen came up to pay and there was a button that said enroll. I told him I didnt want to enroll in anything and he said its just a free thing that shows up on your receipt. I told him again that I didnt want to enroll in anything. He grunted and said your loss. Had I been in a worse mood, I would have asked if its store policy to sign people up for stuff they didnt ask for. I didnt have to ask that question because I know best buy does it all the time. The first time I ever went into this location, years ago, they signed me up for some Microsoft deal that I never asked for. It took me days to get that sorted out. Best buy seems to usually have what I need, but its not worth the hassle of shopping in the store if this stuff happens. There are too many other options for electronics.

Movie section was pretty bare. Website said there were two 4K versions of the “The Thing” at marina store, but there wasn’t any version of the movie there. Website still says I can pick it up today. Bestbuy has totally gone downhill.

There was no one around to help me. When I was in the San Diego store I had an employee do a stock check for this location and they assured me they several of these expensive routers in stock. The next day after I arrived at the city, I drove over there and they had nothing in stock. This is not the first time this has happened. Calling into the store and being able to do a physical stock check is almost impossible and there inventory control numbers are never right. Very frustrating.

Was lucky to buy a phone at Best buy a couple months ago. The staff was very helpful and gave me a warranty plan for next year 30 bucks. But when the phone started going haywire. It would turn black the screen wouldnt show and I accidentally drop it and broke the front screen. I took it to the store and they were unable to exchange it they said they would send it off. But when they told me theyll send it off that it would be on back order and it would be quite a while before I could get another phone mean while Im without a phone. So I was kind of disappointed although I did like the customer service they were kind. I dont think I will be buying another phone there it was a cheap phone only $130 almost $200 out the door but again I didnt get a replacement phone right away which I needed.

I would leave a zero for the stars if I could. The majority of visits I have made to this store has been with a LACK of customer service. This is just the first time I have made the choice to comment about that.I waited for employees to complete an interaction with other customers thinking I would eventually be able to get what I wanted from the locked display. Ten minutes later I can no longer stand around and watch other customers that arrive behind me being helped, (mainly due to medical issues that cant be easily seen) and head for the door. As I pass another employee I asked who the store manager is and they reply by trying to call that individual on the radio. I explain that I cant physically stand and wait and the employee talks on the radio again and tries to tell me something that sounds non committal. I left.This store gets an F in customer service.The customer help line is no help either.It took 4 calls (3 were disconnected) to talk with someone and that was as fruitless as the visit to the store.

Service quick and easy with appointment needed replace phone and instructions kinda clear in and out with new phone on the way in less than 2 days. Only problem couldnt wipe phone before shipping broken one. Screen broken no view BB couldnt help Samsung and Google FMP. No remote way suggested or found. So very leery about personal info in that device hard to release and ship it back but now reiterated theres a deadline or a charge for the new phone. My whole experience with this series Samsung A51 has been expensive and Ive spent more time trying to service, get service, repairs etc than Ive gotten to use any of the phones to actually use😔

Always big on Customer Service. They know what theyre doing. Not so weird as they use to be in regards to their security. Employees are always polite with great attitudes and our kids(varying in ages from 8 to 22) always find what they need there. My 18 yr. old recently bought his laptop for college there and it was a good experience for him, as they are pretty expensive; they had a sale exclusively for students and a free gift was a great incentive in that it made spending big bucks much more easier for him...lol!

Terrible store. i will order from amazon next time. i tried to buy a camera that i saw on the shelf but it wasnt in stock. they said we could do in store pickup on friday 8-28-20. they charged me for the camera, i still dont have it. i cant get anyone on the phone. now im contacting my credit card company for a charge back. what a pain in the a**. BUYER BEWARE!

Took in my iPhone X to get battery replaced. Speaker on phone non operational after install. They told me it was my problem/fault until I called corporate. Then got another appointment to get told o well if it doesn’t work that’s my problem and I need to figure it out. Being an employee from another location makes me mad that they could do this to me and makes me wonder why people hate Bestbuy. Well I have to agree with them about this store. Go to another location maybe they will treat you better

Best buy customer service is the best it can be under COVID19 condition but the shelves are not stocked. They are slowly running out of things to sell. Purchase online and and pick up at the store. I would be hesitant to assume that the store has what you need.

Best experience. We ordered a TV online. It stopped pairing with speakers and remotes after a week. Called up and Gilbert was amazing to work with. We purchased a new TV, and the drive thru return of the defective one could not have been smoother. This crew is incredible. Did not step foot in the store. They made it beyond easy. They won my business. When it is time for a new anything... will be working with them!

The employees are always so nice and ready to help. The low score is because they barely had any products for Samsung phones. I understand IPhones are more popular but to not have chargers, adaptors, or battery packs for Samsung is ridiculous. They are popular phones, and they had none of this. When I asked they told me theyd have to order it because they arent popular (C cables that come with the more recent phones) which is hard to believe. If I need a charger now, why would I wait for one to be delivered? It doesnt make sense. Other than that they were very nice and helpful.

Do you service at this Best buy has gone down a little. I do not blame the employees but rather the management.I used to look forward to going there as I knew I could get all of my questions answered and help with specific items. I had bought all my computers and electronics here up until about two years ago. I know a lot of people think their prices are too steep but it was worth it for me because of the personalized service.

Want to give a shout out to Ashley who helped us out in the camera section. We came here to look at three cameras that we were interested in, but we really didnt know anything about photography. Ashley came in after noticing we had been standing around a while to help us out, and then gave some really nice suggestions after hearing and considering what we were looking for. She clearly has a lot of knowledge and passion and we really learned a lot today from her, especially about some camera features that we didnt know about, but now are looking for in a camera.
