I am updating my review. After consideration of the employees and manager, I have realized that the staff has a tough job. They are just doing their best. So many places are understaffed because of Covid 19. The pharmacy has always been kind and friendly. They have great prices and special offers as well. I have reconsidered and will return to CVS for great prices, great selections, and friendly staff . Thank you

I can’t believe after all this time that I have been giving CVS my business today the young tall brown haired lady in ponytails was disrespectful! I was trying to give her my information but because my husband started to talk first she just addressed him! I was offended because as I tried giving her my birth date she ignored me and waited for my husband to say it! I don’t appreciate being ignored when it was my information that I was trying to give her for my prescription! I have never had anyone from CVS treat me in this manner! Bad customer service from her! The other people always treat me with respect!

I dont recommend this store . Everytime I go to pick up my prescriptions there are issues. Just left store one pharmacist told me they are having ordering issues. So I have to call back to check again .

The manager was pretty rude. All I ask was I wanted to get a flu shot. And she aggressively told me they were all out. Take it easy on your customers

My doctor and my sons pediatrician never not fill out prescriptions properly. This place has a bad history or losing stuff before they even get it.. dont come here for your prescriptions. Go to Walgreens.

I went to the store, as a walk-in appointment to receive my Covid-19 vaccine. I received the vaccine, & everything was great! Then I misplaced my white card. Samantha went above and beyond to retrieve my information, contacted me as she said she would. Thank you so much Samantha! You are truly a lifesaver!Also, on several occasions, I was greeted & assisted by David. He is very polite, helpful, as well as friendly. Thanks so much for your time and help!! Unprofessional, neglectful pharmacy and tried to override doctors decision. Pharmacy staff have been seen standing around slandering patients and not working. Not wearing their face masks properly either. Many of them don’t wear name tags.

11/13/19 - Shocked at the utter lack of customer service. I was told by my doctor that this location had my prescription on hand and they suggested I use it. When I went in to pick it up I was inaccurately told they had no record of it. I then called in today for a status update (six days later) and was on hold for 23 min before being hung up on by the female pharmacy rep that answered the phone before I could even identify myself. A friend of mine called from his phone while I was on hold to the front store to see what was going on. Derek, who answered, was great and genuinely tried to help, but even he could not get the pharmacy to pick up and take a call. You cannot play with peoples prescriptions as for some it can be a matter of life or death, this is just disgusting. I would never recommend this store ever.

All of there prenatal vitamins are expired!They never restock anything and the workers are never on the floor.

Constant difficulties getting prescriptions from this location. My doctors (yes multiple doctors) contact them several times and they still say they don’t have the prescription. Very very frustrating. There is something very wrong with their processes. One of the more difficult interactions I had to come back 3 times to fill a prescription. In between I was getting texts or a phone call saying it was ready. Each time it was not. In the end another pharmacist gave me a discount for my troubles....but the problems are still there.

I went in to get a flu shot and the pharmacist told me to come back tomorrow even though they werent closing for another hour. She was rude and inconsiderate because I was lugging my baby around in his carseat. I went out of my way to go there and she didnt even take the time to come to the counter to talk to me, she yelled across the pharmacy to tell me to go away... Im never going back even though we have always used that pharmacy before now.
